I had gotten 2 kills in last night. Not a lot I know, but I had gotten tired and I still had school tomorrow.

I almost couldn't believe that I had only been at school for one day. It left like a lifetime.

The morning after killing those men I had eaten waffles for breakfast, and I worked out for an hour.

Now I was driving in my fav car, driving to school. The sun was out today, giving everything such a happy vibe. I felt better then I had in a while after finally being able to work again.

I parked in the school parking lot, and got out of my car. I noticed the little gang staring at me, the same way they had yesterday. Wow, deja-vu much?

The other students looked at me as well, but after yesterdays little incident, they kept to themselves. Not that they didn't do so yesterday, but there was no way people were going to approach me after I punched Steel.

As soon as I stepped into the hallway, Silvia walked towards me.

"Hey girl, what's up?" She said, looking as calm as ever. She was wearing a cute green dress that went over her knees and that she looked absolutely stunning in.

"Hey Silv! I'm all right, how about you? I love your dress by the way!" I said smiling at her.

"I'm ok. Thanks, you're looking good as well" Silvia said, smiling right back at me.

She turned her head slightly, making sure I couldn't see the other side of her nek. I frowned at the gesture, but let it go.

"What class do ya have?" I asked her, and saw that we had first period together. We had some small talk, and walked slowly towards our class.

At lunch we sat down at the same place we sat last time, and ate the same food as well. Oh well, as long as I had food I was happy.

Just as I was about to eat to my first delicious bite, Kelly ran towards us, getting a few weird looks from other people.

"Omg, omg, omfg," She said rushing with her phone out.

When she finally reached us and we could see her better, I could see that her face was set in shook and distress.

"Look at this!" Kelly said, shoving her phone in my face.

I looked at her phone, and saw a news article with a picture of Mr. Migere's dead body on the front page. The title said:

"The notorious killer that goes by the name of Shadow killed another one of his victims."

Well, they sure had found his body fast. I set my fork back down, and grabbed Kelly's phone to read the entire article.

"It seams that yesterday an alcoholic and gang member, Mr. Migere, was killed by the Shadow. No one knows what his motives could have been. The Shadow left his signature mark on on his victims body, writing the name 'Shadow' on Mr. Migere's abdomen. The Shadow had yet to be caught. The memorial for Mr. Migere will be on......"

So they only found Mr. Migere's body, and not yet the other dudes body. Uff, that was going to smell a lot. I must have cringed at the though or something, because Kelly yanked her phone from my hands.

"Sorry, I should have asked if you were ok with reading violent things" Kelly said, frowning.

"No, no, it's not that...." I said, then realizing my mistake said, "I read the news a lot too, don't worry I'm used to it.." Ok so I was rambling.

"Well let me see!" Silvia said exasperated.

"And don't worry Kelly, I'm fine with violence." Kelly gave Silvia her phone, and we waited a minute or two for her to have read it.

"Damn..." Silvia said, "that looks.... gruesome." Kelly and I nodded our agreement.

"Why do you girls think that he killed him?" Kelly asked, still not sitting down, leaning with her hands on the table.

"I don't know, maybe he did something to annoy the Shadow? I mean he's killed thousands of people" Silvia said, running a hand though her hair, making sure her hair covered her nek again.

"Maybe..." I said, trying not to sound sus. I mean what was I supposed to say? Yea, haha, I killed him because Steel told me too. Yeah..... no way.

"What if he comes after us?" Kelly said, dropping her tone a notch, and sounding worried. I really didn't want her to worry, but how was I supposed to do that without admitting that I was the Shadow.

"Don't worry, he won't." I said, giving her a small smile.

"What the fuck. What do you mean he won't? Do you know him or something?" Kelly said.

"Something like that." I smirked, and like I had hoped Kelly's face lit up with a huge smile.

"That is sooooo... I don't know. Anyways gotta go, see ya girls" Kelly said smiling broadly at me and Silva.

Silva had stayed still, but when I turned to give her my full attention she once again didn't look that shocked her fearful. No. She looked fucking gleeful.

"God we are such psychopaths" I laughed, and she laughed with me.

I made some weird ass friends.

I looked over my shoulder, seeing Steel and his posh sitting down, and Kelly plopping on his lap again. We had texted last night how this was going to work. She knew what she was doing.

I still didn't know what on earth she meant by needing to pretend to like Steel, but that would come when she wanted to share with me. If she even wanted to share that with me at all.

I also didn't really know why Silvia called her the head bitch around here, when all she had been to us was kind. I hadn't seen her be rude to anyone.

God I hated Steel's stupid face. I wanted to rip it off him and feed it to the flesh eating turtles, (yes those actually exist) and then burn the rest of him alive.

We locked eyes and I gave him the sweetest smile I could manege. His time would come. I would get revenge for my dead parents. But I wanted to do more than just kill him. I wanted to hurt him inside and out. I wanted him to me miserable. I wanted him to beg for mercy.

But I wasn't the only one with a vendetta against him. And who was I to take all the fun for myself?

I just had to wait for the right time. And when that time finally came, I shall be brutal.
