Another week had passed, and Kelly, Silvia, and I were closer than we had ever been. What I loved about our friendship was that we could spend time with each other, but we also didn't mind doing our own things every once in a while.

It was refreshing that way and prevented a lot of arguments. Today all of us were going to go shopping, and it was the first real-time we had gone out since the day at the restaurant.

Sure I had done some groceries here and there, and we went out for coffee together sometimes, but that was never more than an hour or two.

I knew Steel had threatened every grocery store in town, but I threatened that if they told him, I would kill their families. And so they kept their mouths shut. People cared a lot more about the lives of their families than their own, and I used that to my advantage.

Did that make me a bad person? Yeah. Did I give a shit? Nope. I would do anything to keep me and mine safe, even if it meant being a bitch.

"You girls ready?" Silvia asked, and Kelly and I nodded getting into the car behind Silvia. I was going to let her drive this time.

Then I pulled in my phone and I blasted 'I've had enough' by Melina KB on full volume. To my surprise, Kelly and Silvia both knew the song word for word just like me, and we all sing it at the top of our lungs.

All the way to the mall we sang so loud my voice had already cracked a few times. I wasn't the only one either. We passed on the phone to one another and picked out a new song every time.

We arrived at the mall and got out of my car. The sun greeted us, and I was forever great full for warm weather. I had once had an assassination job in Europe in the middle of the mountains in the winter, and let me tell you, I was freezing my ass off.

"Come on bitches, let's go shopping," Kelly squealed, and I couldn't help but go along with her. Shopping was one of my favorite things to do, and apparently, it was Kelly's as well.

"Why did I come with you?" Silvia groaned. And apparently it wasn't Silvia's favorite thing to do.

"Because you love us," I said, slinging my arm over her shoulders. Even though she looked miserable, she still grinned at me.

"And you can't be without us," Kelly added, but she wasn't looking at Silvia. Kelly had already spotted a new pair of shoes and was walking to them as if the world would end if she didn't buy them.

I made a huge mistake. And I was regretting it now. I thought it would be a good idea, but it was slowly killing me. I couldn't keep it from them. They had every right to know. They had to know why I was hurting.

"My heals are killing meee, why did I think it was a good idea to wear heels to go shopping," I groaned, sitting down on a bench in the middle of the mall. We had been shopping for most of the day now, and my feet just couldn't take it anymore.

"I don't know, it was your decision," Silvia said not so helpfully and I glared at her. She just shrugged.

"Girl, I feel you alright, but we have a few more hours and I just saw this beautiful handbag I would adore buying," Kelly said, also not helping me in the slightest.

Before I could reply, I heard a scream.

I turned my head so fast I was surprised I didn't get whiplash. Then I saw who was screaming and why. I took off my stupid heels, and I started sprinting towards the commotion, both heals in my hands. Breath coming fast, and my heart beating like crazy because of the adrenaline.

Anonymous was in a fight with four older and stronger men.

The men were all wearing complete black, and ski masks on their faces. I knew anonymous could fight, but not good enough to be able to defend herself. Her specialty was hacking, not fighting.

I heard that Kelly and Silvia were right behind me, and I decided that they could fight with me. That way they learned some more about the stress when it's in real life instead of training. I had the situation covered anyways.

Charlie was throwing punches left and right, her face filled with determination. The other people in the mall were screaming as well, but instead of helping a girl out, they ran for their lives. Security helping people get out of the mall instead of helping anonymous.

I threw my heel at one of the guy's head, and because he hadn't heard, or even notice me coming, it hit him straight in the throat. Heal first. Me being the smart bitch that I was, I made sure to wear my longest and sharpest heels today, and I was never so great full for them.

I was a good thrower, but I couldn't throw that hard so it didn't puncture flesh, it still hurt him like hell though. He fell over, his ass hitting the floor.

Once I reached the guy, I embedded the other heel that I still had in my hand into his neck, straight through the other side of the throat. He started gurgling up blood, and I let him die struggling for air.

Then I turned to my next victim. And just in time too. He was standing right in front of me, a knife in his hands, and looking ready to pounce. His green eyes staring at me from under the mask.

Before he could make a move, I reacted on instinct and ducked, tackling him to the ground. He was a big ass mother fucker so it didn't go as smoothly as I had wanted it to go.

He let out a sharp breath when his body was underneath mine on the floor. Then his knife was at my throat. I grinned.

He stared at me incredulously, and I just grinned even harder.

I held eye contact as I maneuvered so that I was in the right position, and then crushed his junk under my knee. He howled in pain, and while he was distracted I grabbed the hand that was holding the knife and twisted it. The delightful sound of bones cracking filled my ears.

Before he could so much as react, I grabbed his knife and stood, ready for the next one. Kelly, Silvia, and anonymous were all fighting one guy, barely being able to dodge his attacks and only being able to put in a few punches of their own.

I looked around for the last man and found him standing a few feet away just watching. Doing nothing but watching. Once he saw that I was looking at him, he finally went into action. He came at me.

I used my jujutsu to bring him to the ground, as he didn't have any weapons on him as far I as could see. Everything was so much easier on the ground, or from a distance. Like throwing a heal, or with a gun.

His eyes were wide, probably not expecting me to know shit about fighting. Well, he was wrong because I was one of the best assassins as of right now. And I knew how to fight.

A few seconds later I had snapped his neck, and he lay motionless on the dirty mall floor. I didn't have a single clue were security was but fuck that.

I stood again, ready to help out my girls with the last guy. Then I sighed. Of course, the guy had a gun. Of course, he did.

He was pointing it at the girls, and he kept changing it from Kelly to Silvia to anonymous, not letting any of them leave. All of their faces were void of emotion, just like I taught them. All of them were making eye contact with him. Good.

I sighed again and slowly walked towards him, putting my hands in my pockets, and grinning again.

"Ello love," I said when I was a hairs breath behind him. He turned in a flash and then I was staring straight at a barrel of the gun. My heartbeat even faster, but I let my face look impassive.

One move from his finger and I was dead.
