*Lilith*

I woke up feeling like I hadn't slept at all. Still, I did my usual routine without a second thought.

I had a lot of things to do today, and I wanted to get them all done. I was great at procrastinating, so it was going to be a challenge.

I was making breakfast, this time scrambled eggs with vegetables, when Silvia joined me in the kitchen, standing awkwardly in the middle of the doorway. She still looked terrible, but at least now she looked well-rested and clean.

She was wearing a blue sweater with sweatpants, that I immediately recognized as my own. I always kept some extra clothes in all of my closets for when other people didn't have extras.

"Hey girl, how did you sleep?" I asked her, no wanting her to feel uncomfortable.

"Alright. How about you?" She said taking a few steps closer.

"To be completely honest, I slept like shit," I said smiling at her, while I set the table.

"Here, let me help," Silvia said, grabbing the plates from the counter and placing them on the table. We set the table in silence and sat down.

Even though there were a lot of unspoken things betwine us, the silence was comfortable for some reason.

"Thank you for the food yesterday, it was delicious." Silvia said, grabbing her cutlery.

"No problem," I said, taking my first bite. As if she had been waiting for me to take a bite first, Silvia attacked her food like she hadn't eaten in days. And that might have actually been the case.

I ignored it, knowing how it felt to eat after days not eating, and not wanting her to feel judged. I ate my food calmly, drinking every now and then so the salt didn't make my mouth as dry as the Sahara desert.

After we finished eating, Silvia's plate was scraped so clean, I could have put it back in the cupboard.

"Do you want some more food?" I asked quietly, and she shook her head.

It was Monday today, so I probably had to go to school. I decided that I would only go in the evening though, as I had a few things to do this morning.

"I'm going to take you to the hospital alright?" I said, and she looked nervously up at me.

"Why?" She asked, squinting her eyes at me suspiciously.

"Because I don't want to risk that you might die" I said casually, standing up and grinning at her.

"Fine" Silvia sighed, and stood as well. I loved how strong she was. Even though her father had abused her, she was still here with me. She was still standing tall, and with that determination in her eyes.

I didn't know what she was so determined about, but I was just happy that she hadn't given up. I had no idea if she ever even had the thought of giving up her live, but I know how easy it could be to give into the urge to make the pain stop.

We cleared the table, making some small talk while we did so. We honestly didn't know each other that well yet, so it was nice to talk.

After that, we walked towards the garage to go to the hospital and I cringed.

Her father was still in the trunk of my car.

"Come on," I said, turning abruptly and walking the other way outside, avoiding the garage completely.

"Why?" She asked, and I smirked.

"We can talk about this later shall we." I said, opening the front door, and letting her go outside first.

I locked the door behind me, and Silvia stood there awkwardly. We both got on my Harley Davidson bike, and I gave her my helmet.

"Don't you have one?" She asked, putting it on.

"Don't worry about me." I said confidently.

When we got to the hospital I parked my bike and got off it. The look in Silvia's eyes as she took off her helmet was filled with adrenaline and excitement.

I grinned at her like a psychopath, and to my absolute delight, she did the same.

We went inside without a word. It might seem weird that we didn't talk that much, but it just didn't feel like we needed to.

The place smelled almost like plastic, and the lights were so blinding I needed a few seconds to get used to it.

As Silvia and I started walking to the front desk, Silvia grabbed my arm gently.

"Can I do this alone?" She asked me, and I could see in her face that she really did want to.

"Are you sure? I'm here if you need me." I reassured her, and she smiled a bit.

"Thanks, but I'm sure. I'll take the bus back to your house when I'm finished"

"Alright, see you later then. -oh, before I forget," I said, giving her a set of keys, "here are the keys of the house."

She smiled a thank you and I left.

When I arrived at my house, I checked my phone for any messages.

'One missed call from, 'Kelly'

I went to my living room, and quickly called her back. Kelly answered on the second ring.

"Why hello madam Kelly" I said with a French accent. I didn't have a single bone in my body that was French, so my accent was pretty fake.

"Heyyyyyy," Kelly said back, with a somber voice.

"You called last night, is everything alright?" She asked, and I nodded even if she couldn't see it.

"Yeah, everything is fine. I just wanted to let you know that Silvia is with me, and that she's safe." I didn't comment on everything that happened last night, as that was Silvia's story to tell.

"Thank goodness for that. I might have gotten a few gray hairs with all the stress she gave me." Kelly joked, and I let out a huff of laughter.

"Anyways, what's up?" I asked.

"Not much." Wow did she really have to be that dry.

We stayed silent for a while, and then we just had some small talk. Damn all this small talk today really sucked. I didn't mind small talk, I just enjoyed deep conversations a lot more.

After a few minutes we hung up, and I went to the garage. It was time to take the piece of shit out of my beautiful car.

When I went inside, I slammed the door shut behind me to show him I was here. Just then he started screaming, and moving so violently that the whole car shook. I grinned as I walked closer.

When I opened the trunk with minimal difficulty, I saw him again. He was thrashing around, his wide eyes scanning everything. Well, at least he was sober now.

It took me some time, but after 20 minutes, I finally had the douche in the black room. The black room was located in the basement, and we all know nothing good ever happens in the basement. The black room was the place where I kept my prisoners, and beat some answers out of them. I didn't always stop at just beating with my fists either.

Of course, the black room was a room that I had completely made myself. Alas, the house didn't come with its own room for walloping the ever living shit out of people. But that was to be expected.

I had put him in my fav cell, the one where you could see all my, these-are-going-to-hurt-like-hell, devices. And it was also the one with absolutely nothing inside.

Good, two things done from my list,
1. Get Silvia checked out
2. Piece of shit in the black room

Now for the next thing and one of the most important things I had to do,
3. Deep clean car

After I did that, I was going to have to do the thing that I was absolutely dying to do. It was the thing on my list that I had been looking forward to.

Not that I didn't like bringing Silvia to the hospital, and having her father locked away in the black room.

But I had been looking forward for this for a while now.

Spying on Steel.

Why do I get so damn hungry when I write?
Maybe it's just because I write about them eating a lot or something.
