'texting you' as a life lesson.

i've seen a lot of comments on 'texting you | jeon jungkook' saying: "this reminds me of someone i know." or "i've been in a relationship with someone like jungkook."

yes, people like that exist. situations like this exist.

by the way, the things i say in this chapter may come out as incorrect and unreliable. i've got these ideas from real life problems and the works of creation. you can always leave your own opinions and perspectives of this in the comments. 💕

the main reason i get my ideas for jungkook's personality and traits come from himself, which are the positives. these positives include his goofiness, sarcasm, affection etc.

the other main reason i get my ideas are from a person that i sadly dated in real life. jungkook gives off as really clingy, paranoid, and really toxic in most chapters and that was reflected on my ex that was actually an a*shole.

majority of relationships like that can be bad. for example: putting the blame on other people or denying it's your fault when it clearly is your fault.

and lying of course.

yes, somin and jungkook end up happily together married, however, that doesn't mean you shouldn't look out for a toxic relationship. because you have to agree, if you read the book, it was kinda toxic.

and it was all over the place, i'm a bad writer.

if you see odd similarities in jungkook's way, or even in somin's way of text between you and your partner, your past partners, or even a friend that is in a relationship, it's a big chance it's toxic and it may not end well.

but please don't rely on my advice. things can be fixed and sorted out of course! not everything goes into the deep end.

you don't need to agree with me, i'm still young and my experiences are not valid yet. but from stories i've heard, and witnessed etc, i put a little bit of it in the book for more of a realistic feeling.

there are many relationships like this that make people become blind in love and it's hard for them to see the toxicity.

for example, accepting apologizes just like that, when you know it still hurts and you still need time to reflect. you're letting them get to you but you're too blind to see reality. somin shows off this character a lot.

it did remind me of bad memories whilst i was writing it however, it kinda made me develop into a more aware person.

this story has a BUNCH of manipulation.

manipulation = red flag.

and it's scary to know that it wasn't even jungkook who was manipulating somin most of the time, but majority of it was taehyung.

taehyung was jungkook's friend.

your friends can really turn on you during times like this. it may be because they want you to have what's best for you or it's either just complete manipulation that is a no no.

JEALOUSY in this story is evident. whew the jealousy.

they say "jealousy is a disease". the jealousy we experienced in the relationship was, i guess, understandable since jungkook did have problems with taehyung in the past which did include his prior relationship. you could low key see why jealousy was there.

but overall, jealousy is a big part in love. please do watch out for the bad ones that can lead to over protectiveness.

jungkook showed this because he was scared to lose somin. scared if he had to experience his past relationship again. trauma can lead to such thing.

also, watch out for jealousy outside of the relationship. so for example: taehyung being jealous of both of them. it can also lead to immature behavior, just like what taehyung did to somin.

i won't even go into detail with the whole hoseok and mia situation. a life lesson for that is: exes can be dangerous and can be too attached and obsessive. friends can turn on you at any time. be careful with who you're friends with because they could be your greatest enemies.

and of course we all need a friend like jimin. :)

i was reading comments and it really got me pondering about some elements i included in my fanfic. of course, i'm pretty sure nothing like this happened with jungkook, tae, jimin or hoseok in real life. it's a work of fiction.

i reread the book which made me to write this as there was confusion and anger in many ways.

thank you for reading this and thank you for the love on my stories !!

please be safe. 💕
