When Glenn answered the door, it wasn't really a surprise. He came off as almost giddy as he greeted them, a huge grin on his face as he held open the door. Lawson didn't even bother to ask him if he was happy about him and Nathan being back together. It was a stupid question anyways.

"Nate's in the kitchen," Glenn explained, noticing the way Lawson glanced at the empty living room. "There's wine in there too". Still smiling- Lawson wondered if that would ever fade- he lead the couple into the small kitchen and immediately moved to the counter, where there was indeed a bottle of wine.

"Wine?" Lawson repeated, watching Glenn pour the dark red liquid into two stemless wine glasses. "What are we, like, sophisticated or something?" Glenn handed both Sean and him a glass, and Sean thanked him silently before chuckling at Lawson. It was Nathan, who was standing before the stove stirring something, who answered.

"Glenn likes wine". Lawson could see that from the way the light haired boy finished his glass only to pour himself another one with an affectionate look at his boyfriend. It was returned, and they stayed like that, just looking at one another before Nathan snapped out of it, looking over his shoulder at Lawson. "What would you prefer? Tequila? Remember what happened last time you had tequila?"

Lawson felt Sean's finger slip in one of his back belt loops, tugging gently, and he shot his boyfriend a look before smiling. "Uh, Yeah, I got a boyfriend".

"You also blacked out," Sean pointed out not even a second later, but Lawson just shrugged.

"That does not change the end result". With a loud sigh, Sean pulled Lawson back against him by tugging his belt loop, and then shaked an arm around his waist.

As Glenn cupped his wine glass with both hands, he smiled over the rim at Lawson knowingly, as if he could hear the rapid pounding of his heart from across the room.

"What's the story behind the rings?" Sean asked suddenly, and Lawson tried to look over his shoulder at him in confusion, but couldn't with the other boy's unwavering grip on his waist. "I noticed them at the coffee shop last weekend but didn't ask".

"Oh," Nate said, voice smallas he turned, leaning back against the stove. He held his hand out in front of him, displaying the silver ring that he wore on his ring finger. Without looking, Lawson knew there was an identical ring on Glenn's hand. "Pearson".

"They're Nathan's Christmas gift," Glenn explained without pause, looking at his own ring fondly. "He was very embarrassed".

"And the best part-" Nate moved away from the stove as he slipped off his ring. As he came to a stop in front of them, he was examining the inside, but he soon turned it towards them. Even though Lawson already knew what the engraving in the ring said, he narrowed his eyes to see it. Glathan.

"Is that-"

"Our couple name," Glenn explained, seeming less than thrilled, but he made a happy noise when Nate went over to him to kiss his jaw.

"They also have matching tennis rackets that say that," Lawson said, and Sean made a little noise of surprise.

"Oh. I didn't realize you two played tennis as well," he said, and Nathan and Glenn shared a little look.

"We were doubles partners actually," Glenn explained as Nate nodded along. "I'm surprised Lawson hasn't mentioned this".

"Yeah," Nate agreed, expression smug. "We were kind of a big deal. You know, state champs and all". Without looking at one another, Glenn and Nate high fived, and then Nathan moved back to the stove to stir what Lawson thought looked like spaghetti sauce. With an eye roll, Lawson leaned back against Sean.

"Damn, are you serious?" Sean asked, sounding impressed. "You guys went to state?"

"And won," Nate added absently, adding some kind of seasoning to the sauce, dark hair falling into his eyes when he looked down. As usual, he was in desperate need of a haircut. "We were only in the doubles bracket though, which is hard for sure, but nothing compared to what Lawson had to do".

In any other circumstance, Lawson would be focused on the fact that Nathan was actually giving him credit for something- even Glenn seemed a little surprised- but all Lawson could think about was how he had purposely neglected to tell Sean about his attendance to state one year, and how his boyfriend's body had tensed behind him.

"What?" Sean asked, voice small. Glenn's eyes got wide, and Nathan turned back around, looking surprised. Quickly, Sean loosened his hold on Lawson's waist and instead forced the other boy to face him. "You went to state?" Lawson grimaced in answer. "Why didn't you say anything?!"

"Well it's not really important. I mean it's not like I won or anything," Lawson defended.

"No," Nathan confirmed from behind him. "He took second".

"Second!" Sean exclaimed. "Lawson, Why didn't you tell me this?"

"It never came up?" He tried weakly and Sean's eyes narrowed slightly, since they both knew Lawson had many opportunities to slip this information into conversation given how often they talked about tennis. "I don't want to sound like I'm bragging".

Laughing, Sean ducked his head to press his lips against Lawson's temple. "I actually want to know these things about you. They're impressive Lawson. It's okay if you brag".

"I hate talking about myself," Lawson grumbled, enjoying the feeling of Sean's lips pressed on his skin.

"Well, you have a boyfriend who wants to hear you talk about yourself, so you're going to have to get used to it," was Sean's response. There was a laugh from behind Lawson that he identified as Nathan's.

"Yeah, man, good luck with that-" by the time Lawson was turning, Glenn was already stealing Nathan's attention, interrupting him with a not so hushed statement about leaving them alone to let them have their moment.

Sean chuckled as Nate's eyes rolled. "I was going to suggest we move to the living room anyways. This should be fine if we leave it to cook for a while..."

***

Sean and Lawson ended up on the floor while Glenn and Nathan took the couch. It was against Glenn's wishes, of course- guests shouldn't sit on the floor- but Lawson insisted due to the fact that Nathan had a very expensive carpet, and a very cheap couch. Still, Glenn looked displeased for a about a full minute after they all had taken their seats, relaxing only when Nathan pulled him into his side and said something soft in his ear.

"So," Lawson began, shifting against the couch cushion Nathan had thrown at them to lean on. "Where'd you guys go for lunch?"

Nate looked sheepish, raising the arm he had thrown over Glenn's shoulder to tangle in the hair at the back of his head as Glenn's eyes dropped to the floor. Neither of them answered for a long moment before Nate chuckled, pressing a thumb against his lips as he said, "ahhh, yeah. We actually didn't get that far".

Lawson's eyebrows shot up as Glenn shook his head very quickly. "Not important. Let's talk about literally anything else, please," Glenn pleaded, face very red. Lawson wanted to point out that just a week ago he had been unembarrassed to have sex in a public bathroom, and now he was blushing over the implication of spending the afternoon in bed.

"Okay," Lawson said slowly. He raised an arm and slid it behind Sean's back on the cushion. "What'd you do then, Glenn, for the month you had off from Nathan?"

"Don't phrase it like that," Nate grumbled. Glenn didn't protest Lawson's use of words, but he did pat Nathan on the knee in acknowledgment of his displeasure.

"Well, I went to my mother after Nate and I really talked about why we were breaking up, since I didn't know what to do. All I wanted was to make her happy and get a good job so I could help support her so she didn't have to work as much, so that's why I was highly prioritizing school, but she told me all that she really wanted from me was to see me happy, and since Nate and I were taking a break, I started getting back to doing the other stuff that made me happy and cutting myself some slack with school. I had stopped volunteering during the beginning of school, but I recently went back to that since doing things for others is one of the best feelings in the world, and I spent more time with Grace and Greg and I hadn't really talked to Becca since her and Jason moved so I reached out to her..." Glenn sighed, sounding content. "If I'm being honest, it was one of the hardest months of my life, but I feel so much better now because of it".

Nate looked a Glenn for a long minute, expression very soft, but then his eyes moved to Lawson and Sean. "The only bad thing is that Glenn's brothers are now plotting my murder".

"This is true," Glenn confirmed, seeming unconcerned.

"You have brothers?" Sean cut in, sipping at his wine casually and licking it off his lips afterwards. The action caught Lawson's attention, and he considered the fact that Sean had probably done it on purpose.

"Two of them," Glenn responded casually. "Twins". Sean laughed at this, and Glenn's eyebrows raised. "What?"

"I'm not even that surprised anymore," Sean said, confusing Glenn further, so Lawson explained.

"Sean has a twin brother as well, and earlier today he met my twin sisters, and you have twin brothers. It's kind of a rare thing that just seems to be common in this particular friend group".

"Ah," Glenn vocalized with a nod. "You have a twin brother? Back in..."

"Wisconsin," Sean finished for him. He then nodded. "Yeah, I do".

"Wow". Glenn finished his wine and put his empty cup on the coffee table. With a mumble that Lawson was sure Glenn didn't even understand, Nate got up off the couch and returned to the kitchen. "That must be hard. My brother Jason just moved out of state a couple of months back and my brother Greg is still taking it pretty hard. How are you handling?"

Lawson felt Sean shift against his arm and shot a boyfriend a look, only to find Sean looking back at him. It was kind of evident at this point that Sean avoided talking about how much he missed his brother since the topic often made Lawson sad- not because he was bothered Sean missed his brother, but because Sean was wonderful and didn't deserve to hurt like that. It also made Lawson wonder if the boy was considering transferring to a school closer to home.

"I, Uh... it's hard. Really hard. I mean he's literally my other half, but I left home because I needed to be more independent, and even though I miss him I know it's important for us to be apart and find out who we are not as the twins, but as Sean and Chase," he explained, and Lawson hummed thoughtfully.

"And what do you think of Florida?" Glenn inquired, lifting his head to smile at Nathan as he returned to the room with the bottle of wine, which he set on the coffee table before dropping down next to Glenn again.

"The weather's nice," Sean commented before looking back at Lawson with a small smile. "There also happens to be a super cute boy here who was somehow still single, so I guess I lucked out in that sense". Before Lawson even had the chance to blush, Nathan laughed.

"You talking about Reese?" He joked, and Lawson deadpanned, turning his face to show his friend he wasn't amused.

"I haven't actually really met him," Sean admitted. "The only time we were even in talking distance before was when he poured liquor down Lawson's throat that night at the party". Nate chuckled.

"Who's Reese?" Glenn questioned eyebrows furrowed in confusion. Both Nathan and Lawson's eyes widened a fraction, and they stared at one another, neither meeting Glenn's gaze. "Nathan?"

Nate sighed, his shoulders dropping. "Reese was the boy I was dancing with in the video".

"Oh," Glenn said, eyes widening slightly. Nathan immediately looked ashamed. "Well don't make that face. I'm not mad at you".

"Really?"

"Of course not," Glenn assured. When he smiled, Nathan visibly relaxed.

"Nothing happened," the dark haired boy assured, and Glenn nodded his head quickly before pouring himself another glass of wine.

"I'd be lying if I didn't say I'm a bit relieved to hear that, but I have no right to be upset with you. We weren't together at the time, and at that point we didn't know if we were ever going to get back together. You're allowed to dance with him," Glenn explained calmly, sipping his drink and grinning when Nate ducked forward to give his cheek a big kiss.

"How are you so amazing and understanding all the time?" Nathan questioned before making a face. "Oh! I got distracted so I forgot to say something. We are going to need to order food, because I burned ours".

"I thought you were supposed to be a good cook," Lawson commented, and Nate shot him an unamused look.

"Mediocre," Glenn corrected, laughing lightly when Nathan looked wounded. "He's not bad. He's just easily distracted and forgets to stir things or turn the heat down".

"So he's not bad, he's just stupid. Got it," Lawson said, and Sean let out a startled laugh. Before Nathan could snap back, Lawson asked, "Okay, well what kind of food should we get. I'm voting for Chinese food, which if that's what we decide to get, we should call now because it takes them like two hours to deliver".

"I have no problem with that," Glenn agreed, nudging Nathan then so the man would stop frowning and give his opinion.

"That's fine".

"Sean?" Lawson looked at his boyfriend, who just shrugged his shoulders.

"I will literally eat anything".

After looking through the menu for a ridiculously long time- due to Nathan's indecision's which Lawson figured was on purpose to piss him off- Lawson called and placed their orders, rolling his eyes when the woman told him it would arrive in one, to two hours.

They spent the two hours laughing, drinking, and spilling secrets that they probably shouldn't have once the alcohol got them in that sort of mood. Some of these were unsurprising, such as the fact that Nathan had sex with a woman before- only Sean seemed surprised, and entertaining enough, a little disturbed by this- and that Nathan and Glenn had in fact hooked up in the school one time. Lawson found the rest of the information shared was far more shocking, since he already had a bet going with Jean concerning this.

It came out that Nathan wasn't the only person Glenn had slept with before, and that his year long period dating Nico Dayton ended with him being cheated on. Glenn also revealed that he had given Nico a blowjob in the back of the other boy's parents van.

From that Sean admitted to giving multiple public hand jobs, and the occasional blow job, to which Lawson responded with a loud "what?!" Before Nathan made a joke about how lucky he was, and then they all dissolved into a fit of drunken laughter that was only stopped when Nathan admitted that Jean and their tennis coach from high school, Caden, had sex.

This made Lawson choke on his drink, which actually really hurt, before demanding details. Sadly, Nathan didn't have many, and they moved on to talk about how Glenn had tied Nathan up in bed once. It did not end well according to Nathan- a headboard was apparently broken- but Glenn said he was interested to try again, which made his boyfriend's eyebrows shoot up.

"Here's a question," Sean said then, grabbing the bottle of wine- they had long since opened a third- to refill his glass, "for all of you, Okay? What is the worst time you've ever had sex?"

Glenn went first, mumbling something about Jason's bed and Nathan being a douchebag, but the answer he gave that was loud enough for them to hear was, "probably the first time, and I'm not just saying that to make Nathan feel good about himself. The fact that Nico cheated on me less than a day later makes me look back on it I'm a negative light. It's the only time I've had sex and regretted it. Also, Nico wasn't nearly... as skilled as Nathan, so it hurt more and then end result wasn't as, Uh, Satisfactory".

It was Nathan's turn next, and he only gave a vague description. "Her name was Kaitlin Leftkey, and I'm not going to say much about it because the whole thing was pretty disturbing, but we were on a roller coaster, and I went home that night with teeth marks on my dick". They all took a break to laugh, and then all three of them were looking at Lawson.

He took a deep breath and leaned his head against Sean's shoulder as he said, "hot tub". Nathan's eyebrows shot up in surprise. "Oh my god, the friction. It was awful".

Glenn and Sean both laughed, and then Glenn asked, "what about you, Sean? Worst time you had sex".

There was a pause, and Sean cleared his throat. "Uh, I actually haven't done that before," he said softly, and Lawson's eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

"What?" Nathan questioned with a snort. "Had bad sex?"

"Yeah," Sean confirmed. "Or like, and sex in general, for that matter. I'm a Virgin".

Lawson lifted his head off of Sean's shoulder and turned to look at him. "Are you serious?" He questioned. Sean held his gaze for a moment longer before looking away.

"Is that a problem?"

"What- no!" Lawson exclaimed, and then he laughed and leaned forward to kiss the other boy chastely. "Why would it be a problem? I just was assuming, I guess... since you dated what's his name for a long time, I just thought it probably had happened".

"It never happened," Sean assured.

"Wow man," Nathan said from the couch, and Lawson turned his head to look at the other couple. "You're seriously going to love it. Oh my god, when you two have sex you gotta tell me- ow, Glenn! Don't bite me," Nathan said, but he was laughing as he leaned away from his boyfriend.

Lawson looked over his shoulder at a wide eyed Sean. "Ignore him," he instructed, and blue eyes slid to lock on his. There was a knock at the door, but neither of them moved, waiting for Nate and Glenn to both clamber off the couch, seeming tired from their wrestling match, to answer the door.

"You know, I'm actually not too offended by what he said. I mean... I figure it'll happen, right?" Something in Lawson's surprised expression made Sean smile.

"You... you're okay with me- me- being the one to take your virginity?" Lawson inquired and Sean laughed.

"Okay with? I think at this point it's a preference, Lawson," he admitted before turning his face away to look at the door where Nate and Glenn were. Lawson continued to look at the other boy's face, thinking about how much he would like to kiss him, but not knowing if the moment was just right. "Oh, poor delivery boy".

That drew Lawson's attention to the door, and he watched, slightly horrified as Nathan and Glenn both flirted with the teenage delivery boy, who seemed slightly terrified to be hit on by the power couple. It was quite obvious that both Nathan and Glenn were struggling keeping in their amusement, and Sean chuckled as well.

It wasn't long before the two returned to the couch, food in hand as they laughed together about traumatizing the boy. "You should be ashamed of yourselves," Lawson accused with a small smile, moving away from Sean so he could rifle through the bags of food to find what they both had ordered.

"Hey," Glenn began, taking the fried rice out of Lawson's hand when he removed it from the bag to see what was under it. "We tipped him well".

With an eye roll, Lawson
