*Huff, huff* you were breathing heavy, sweat droplets rolled down your face as your hands found your way to your hair pulling on it tightly to try and bring your mind back to reality.

The constant training of your quirk had made you feel faint and out of it as if your head was no longer connected to your neck.

Staring at the off white wall in front of you that had the new additions of scorch marks over the old scratches and holes.

You still hadn't made any progress only being freed from your quirk once it was done with it's work. Despite that fact you drew a large breathe in 'I'll set you on fire myself.'

Your mind went hazy once again as you were connected to yourself using your jack. The hero costume you wore made it easier than your everyday clothes or school uniform.

No ones POV~

Her eyes seemed to have a sheer, red, gleam coat over them as her body mind fought back for control her body already being under control.

Lawless noise shouting in her ears as her body tensed listening to every order.

She held out her hand as she waved it around the air almost as if she was trying to find something in the wall that's when her head snapped to the side, looking directly at the right bottom hand corner staring at the medium sixed pile of dried up leaves.

Walking over she picked up the bundles of dirty leaves before returning back to her original spot. Closing her eyes she inhaled a deep breath sucking in as much oxygen as she could before throwing the leaves up in to the air.

They swindled around her creating a cloak, tilting her head up her eyes snapped open, all the oxygen leaving her lungs at once, the foliage setting a light an evil glint appearing in her eyes as she smiled evilly.

Fire raining from the sky.

Y/n POV~

Your eyes snapped open as your lung heaved for air not managing to find enough as ash fell onto your exposed skin and hair causing you to focus on your surroundings.

Small flames still flickered to the floor but most were not nothing but the leaves burnt remnants remained

'Did I do it' you thought but setting fire to the room wasn't your plan it was for you to have full control as you set it alight.

That didn't happen as you racked your brain for any memory fragments that were created in the last 4 minutes and 3 seconds

'I should start working more on how I'm going to do something and less of what it is I'm going to do' you pondered carefully wiping off the ash on your skin

'I need to be in control to ensure no one will get hurt, but the bet is so risky I cant guarantee his safety.'

You grabbed a fistful of hair with each shaky hand as tears pricked at the corners of your eyes. A tsunami threatened to fall your mind becoming overwhelmed with panic.

'5 things I can see uh, the scratch marks on the wall, something else... the non burnt leaves, 3 more things the the small door in the corner of the room, an old microphone stand, and my combat boots.

You rocked back and forth on the sturdy heels of your boots to stop you from pacing the room 'what can I touch? The grains in my palms, the chipped nail polish on my fingers, the smoothness of my black polyester tights and my (h/t) (hair type) strands.

You could feel yourself calm down slightly as your tears retracted themselves naturally 'What can I hear? The soft voices of people walking by, the traffic up near the lights and the roller door of a storage shed close by.'

At this point your little hiccups were disappearing '2 things to smell, the freshly rained on dirt and the strawberry scented shampoo scented shampoo I used to wash my hair this morning.'

'Finally I can taste the juice that I had this morning with breakfast

The 54321 technique was often a saving grace for the anxiety attacks you weren't able to prevent.

Done with being in the confined space of the room you were in you latched onto the handle on the roller door, lifting it up and in one swift motion you ducked under it locking it with the bulky padlock behind you.

Trudging your way off of the rocky dirt path to the smooth concrete one located next to the busy road too caught up in your own head to notice the mop of hair that rode past you on his bike sparring a glance before he whizzed past.

Ah I'm about to board my flight, don't worry I'll be staying safe, all of you should too :) I hid a little hint of her quirk in the chapter hehe ╰( ̄ω ̄o)

Oh and before I go the 54321 is a really effective technique to help deal with anxiety and panic attacks during, or starting so I would highly recommend it for anyone who may need it.

As always here's your postly Shinso meme

Remember to stay hydrated, have a snack and get a good nights rest (^∀^●)ノシ
