It's awkward in the room, neither of the guys is sure how to feel about your current appearance. "You're telling me this is what you look like in your world?"

"I think so?" You say, looking over your body as best as you can. Everything seemed to be correct, "is there something wrong with it?"

"No...." Kakashi looks over your body once again. "Is this permanent?"

"Would it be a bad thing if it was?" You ask, you tried not to laugh as you watched him struggle to answer you.

"Yes, I mean, no. It'd be hard to explain to people but I suppose it wouldn't be a bad thing." Kakashi muttered at the end, looking toward the door.

"It's not permanent," you assure him as you undo the jutsu. Sasuke frowned when he saw you with Sakura's appearance again, his mind was quick to associate you with that body. Kakashi, on the other hand, was relieved to see you looking like you always have, since he met you at least. You, of course, can't read their minds or their faces so you have no idea how they feel right now.

"That's good, we don't have enough answers to deal with that yet." Kakashi nodded in agreement with his own words, deciding he handled that well. "Well, why did you need me? To show me that?"

"No, actually you weren't supposed to see that." You tell him, scratching the back of your neck as you share a look with Sasuke. "We were actually looking for you because Sasuke needs your help," you tell him and walk the few steps over to Sasuke. He glares at you shortly, before looking to Kakashi.

"I don't need help."

"Well, which is it? Do you need help or not?" Kakashi looks between the two of you impatiently, you just now notice he's wearing some form of pajamas.

"Aroachiemaru bit the duck." They both shook their heads.

"Listen carefully, Orochimaru."

"Oroachimaru."

"Oro."

"Oro," you repeat after Kakashi.

"Chi."

"Chi."

"Maru."

"Maru."

"Orochimaru."

"Orchimaru."

"....Okay." Kakashi says, accepting defeat this one time. He makes his way to Sasuke, "let me see the bite." Kakashi doesn't even wait for Sasuke to show him, he could see it plain as day and that's all he needed to see. "Come on." You start to follow the two of them as they begin to leave your room, Kakashi turns before you can leave the room. "Not you," he says before shutting the door.

"Oh come on!" You yell after a minute of waiting for him to come back and tell you he's joking. You throw open the door but the halls were empty. You frown, closing your door behind you as you wander out. You shriek when a hand grabs your shoulder.

"Where are you going?" Izumo asks, he's not the one who grabbed your shoulder but you glare at him anyway.

"You scared the crap out of me, what were you thinking?"

"Me? Ask him!" Izumo points at the owner of the hand, which is still on your shoulder.

"I was thinking it'd be fun to scare you." Kotetsu said without hesitation, he pulled his hand away. "Where are you heading without us?"

"I was looking for food, it's to late to sleep now and I'm kinda starving."

"Food actually sounds good, we'll take you to get some." Izumo says, he motions for you to follow him as he walks in the opposite direction than you were going. You and Kotetsu trail behind him, neither of you knowing where to go for food. He puts a finger up to his mouth, sneaking past slightly open door. A couple people were talking inside but you couldn't make out the words from where you were, Kotetsu nudged you forward and the three of you moved on.

"Welcome to the food hall," Kotetsu says quietly as they both push open a large set of double doors. It wasn't an extraordinary room, just a bunch of tables lined up like a school cafeteria, the amazing part was the kitchen off to the left.

"Let's go feast like hobbits," you say as you abandon them and make your way over there. You push through the handleless doors, they're left swinging behind you and you're at the fridge in no time. You hum to yourself as you grab the most interesting thing you can find in the fridge. "Food, wonderful food. Marvelous food, glorious food!" Your sing quietly to yourself as your stomach growls in anticipation. You turn to see your babysitters making a sandwich while sitting on a counter, watching you out of the corner of their eyes. "What?"

"Nothing," they said simultaneously and looked away. You prepared yourself some food as they ate their sandwiches quietly, they were both swinging their feet like children do and their heels hitting the cupboards made thumping noises.

"Isn't that going to draw attention?" You ask, looking at their feet as they stop moving. Izumo shrugs.

"Maybe, if it does we'll just run away."

"What about me? I'm not able to do that," you frown at them when they shrug again. "You guys are crappy babysitters."

"Nooo," Kotetsu whisper yells in horror. "We'll take you with us, just take back what you said."

"Yeah yeah, I take it back. You guys don't suck," you tell them as you begin to eat. It's only now that you realize you didn't eat at all yesterday, outside of the small breakfast that is, and it takes all of your willpower to chew your food before swallowing. "But you've done a terrible job with feeding me," you say as you steadily pick up the pace you're eating it at.

"You never told us you were hungry," Kotetsu says through a mouthful of sandwich.

"I didn't know I was hungry, you should have asked me." You tell him, your mouth equally full.

"Will you two stop that? It's disgusting, chew your food." He demanded both of you to do, handing out napkins. "What does Orochimaru want with you anyway?"

"What do you mean?" You say after chewing your food, what exactly were you supposed to tell them?

"We're protecting you from him but no one told us why he's interested in you," Kotetsu explained further.

"Oh, well.... I sold my soul to him and now he's come to collect." You tell them, they clearly don't believe you but they take a hint and drop it.

"Oh, someone's here." As soon as your babysitters hear the voice they abandon their food and flee, leaving you behind. You frowned at their empty spots, they had reinforced your previous statement about them being crappy babysitters.

"Hey Choji," you wave at him as he helps himself to some food. His teammates weren't quite close enough to greet yet.

"Who were they?" He looks at the abandoned sandwiches, "and what kind of monsters are they?"

"They're my babysitters, they'll probably be back for those."

"Babysitters?" Apparently they were close enough to hear that now, you look in their direction and nod. "Hey guys."

"Why do you need a babysitter?" Shikamaru asked, making a sandwich from the ingredients left out.

"Blame Orchimaru, he found out I was psychic and now the Hokage is worried he's after me." It sounds like you think he's being over-dramatic but you don't.

"Orchimaru?" Ino asks, making herself a salad using a bunch of different veggies. "Who?"

"Do you mean Orochimaru?" You nod at the young genius, "how did he find out you were a 'psychic' exactly?"

"Do you doubt me?" All of their faces proved that they clearly did. "Anyway, he overheard me talking to myself about it out loud I guess. A simple mistake became such a big hindrance to me," you shake your head with a sigh. It's silent besides the eating happening for another moment. "So how was the exam?"

"Ugh," Choji groaned at the thought. "There was no food, it was horrible."

"Plus the whole Sasuke thing sucked, but you were there for that." Ino added, "I wonder how he is."

"Sasuke? I saw him earlier, he's getting the bite looked at by Kakashi-sensei right now." You tell her, assuring her that he's alright. She looked relieved and relaxed a bit, the other two were surprisingly happy to hear that too. "I haven't seen the other two yet though, Sasuke was the only one that came to my room."

"What?" Ino shrieked, choking on her food. "He came to your room?"

"Oh yeah, I guess he wanted to make sure I was okay. I mean, I was sleeping so it was a bit rude but it was also kinda sweet. It's good to know he's okay at least," you don't even notice Ino staring at you with jealousy.

"Are you two.... you know?"

"Know what?" You ask her to clarify what she's asking, she gulps before whispering the words she didn't want to say.

"Boyfriend and girlfriend?"

"Oh, no. Why would you think that? Sasuke and I are really good friends, that's all."

"Are you sure?" She pressed a bit harder, there was so much hope in her eyes.

"I'm almost positive, you can ask him yourself." She seems to accept your answer, returning to eating in silence.

"I didn't realize the kitchen was open so early," you tell them. Why did you have to sneak in here if it was open?

"It's 9 in the morning Sakura," Shikamaru told you. You blink at him, was it really that late?

"You sure?"

"I'm positive," he gives you a tired look. So you really didn't have a reason to sneak in here at all.

"Huh, Sasuke said it was late but that was only about an hour ago." You thought out loud, "maybe that's just because he hadn't slept yet. Maybe he's like me, it's not morning until I wake up." They shrugged an almost awkward silence settled over the room again.

"Sakura!" You're pulled into a hug from a certain knucklehead ninja, Haku was following behind him. You hadn't even heard them come in.

"Hey you guys," you say and open your arms up towards Haku. "Come here, give me a hug." Naruto released you as he went to search for food, specifically, ramen. Haku stepped into your hug, having to lean over to return it due to Sakura's height."It's nice to see you guys."

"I'm glad you're okay," Haku said to you. "Have you seen Sasuke today?"

"Yeah, he came by earlier this morning. What time did you guys get back?"

"Early this morning, at around 6."

"It took Sasuke that long to find my room?"

"In his defense we didn't even know you were here, why are you here?" Haku found himself something to eat, it was kind of odd how you could just come in here and eat whenever.

"I got bored and convinced some people to sneak me in." You were getting tired of explaining the whole babysitting thing to everyone.

"Only you would be able to convince someone to break the rules," Haku sighed. "Just be careful to not get in trouble."

"I won't, I'm a very good ninja. So good I could be a jonin if I wanted to," you said jokingly.

"If you could be a jonin then why didn't you take the chunnin exams?" Naruto asked with his mouth full of noodles.

"No wonder Izumo wanted us to chew our food...." You mutter as you look at all the food that fell out of his mouth. "Either way, I didn't take the chunnin exams because I'm secretly already a chunnin. Don't tell anyone," Naruto nods his head in understanding.

"Already a chunnin huh?" Kotetsu says from behind you, they had come back to retrieve their sandwiches apparently.

"Who are you?" Naruto demands, putting the cup ramen he's been slurping off to the side.

"These are my teammates," you lie as you point at both of them. "We're good friends, right guys?"

"Right," Izumo agrees. He's not sure what you're talking about but he goes long with it. "I'm Izumo and this is my partner, Kotetsu."

"Nice to meet you guys."

"I'm Haku and this is Naruto." They nod at your boys and Kotetsu leans in towards you.

"I'm Ino, this is Shikamaru and that's Choji." Ino introduces her team, they politely acknowledge your babysitters. The two chunnin grab their sandwiches before turning to you.

"Kakashi wants to talk to you, he wasn't happy that you weren't with us either." Kotetsu breathed in sharply at the memory of your sensei's reaction.

"Well, he should expect that, you two are crappy babysitters." Kotetsu made a noise of disagreement, "you left me here the second you thought trouble was coming this way. How dare you?"

"That's fair," Izumo says and though Kotetsu wanted to argue his side a bit more one look from Izumo gets him to drop it. "Come along," you hop off the counter and wave to your friends before following the two of them out.

"What does Kakashi want?" You ask, jogging a bit to keep up with their fast paces.

"He didn't say, he just told us to bring you to him because he had something very important to talk about." You get there pretty quickly and they're dismissed to do other things for the time being.

"Hey Kakashi, Sasuke." You greet them, sitting at the foot of the Uchiha's bed. He moves his feet to give you more space, "are you okay?" You ask him, he only nods in response.

"We need to discuss something very serious, is Sakura here?"

"Nope," you don't even bother looking around before answering.

"Yes I am," she corrects you as she floats down to join you.

"Yes, she is."

"Which is it?"

"She's here, what do we need to talk about?" You glance at her and notice she's looking at Sasuke with some worry. "He's fine," you talking to someone they can't see throws them off a bit. Even though they know she's there it still looks weird to them, especially considering they couldn't hear her side of the conversation.

"I know..... but I also know what Kakashi wants to talk about and Sasuke isn't going to like it very much."

"Oh...? Kakashi, what is Sasuke not going to like?"

"Well, the next part of the chunnin exams is a one-on-one fight. And people are going to be coming from all over to see these fights, there's one, in particular, we've been asked about a lot."

"Whose?"

"The Psychic of Konoha," Kakashi looks uncomfortable with the idea of this person fighting and Sasuke looks like he's ready to argue about it.

"You guys have a psychic?" You ask, looking at the three of them.

"It's you (Y/n), you're the 'psychic' of Konoha." Sakura informs you, shaking her head.

"Ooh, it's me! How do people know about that though?" You try to think of a time where anyone outside of the village would learn about it, none came to mind.

"We don't know but the Hokage has decided to allow you the choice, given your knowledge of our world."

"Knowledge of our world?" Sasuke asks, you hadn't really explained anime to him now that you think about it.

"In my world, you guys are characters from a book that was turned into a show, so Sakura can find out just about anything that'll happen." You give a quick description, skipping a ton of details. He nods, thinking over what you said.

"I personally don't think it's a good idea for you to fight," Kakashi tells you.

"I agree with sensei, it's too dangerous. You can't fight," Sasuke says.

"People don't know who the psychic is, they have no idea it's you. If you choose to fight Orochimaru won't be the only one you have to worry about." Kakashi warns, both of the boys look to you for your answer. You look towards Sakura for her opinion, she looks like she wants to talk in private.

"Can I have some time to talk this over with Sakura?" Sasuke looks disappointed that you didn't flat out say no.

"Of course, find me as soon as you get an answer. We don't have a lot of time to train you should you choose to fight." You nod in understanding, leaving the room to wander the halls.

'What do you think Sakura?' You ask silently.

"Do you have a room you can go to?" You nod, "let's go there before we talk." You agree, setting off in the general area that your temporary room is.
