Since the beginning of human history, there has been a phenomena where people who turned 18 within the last circle around the Sun exchange bodies with their soulmate at 12:00am on New Year's day for 24 hours.

If a person doesn't exchange bodies with their soulmate at that age, it could mean one of two things; either their soulmate is younger than them, or their soulmate has already passed away.

Those who don't have a soulmate the year after they turn 18 must wait until their soulmate turns 18 for them to exchange bodies.

This means that anytime after they turn 18, they could change bodies on New Year's Day.

A person can only exchange bodies with somebody once; people don't have to worry about exchanging bodies after that.

A soulmate can be from anywhere and exchange bodies with anyone.

This is a very exciting time for young adults who are trying to find love!
