Luna was restless through the whole flight. It was a somewhat overnight flight and it was already dark because of the winter days. Even in Vancouver, where it hardly ever snowed, it would get dark much earlier than the summer months.

She would arrive by 11:40 pm January 3rd at the Incheon Airport. The time difference made the times awkward, Luna would lose an entire day because of it.  When would land, a driver would meet her and then she would be escorted to her temporary living quarters before meeting anyone. They had a schedule for the two to see each other for the first time the next day at 9:00 am.

The flight was long and Luna couldn't sleep. A combination of anxiety and excitement kept her from it.

The first class seats were luxurious to say the least. The chair could recline into a bed and there was food for her, though she couldn't eat with the strong feelings rushing through her. Although comfortable, sleep would not come not matter how hard she tried. It probably also had something to do with her not going on many planes in her lifetime. Luna never really liked them, but assumed that it would become a new normal for her.

She was so happy and so scared and every emotion in between.

Basically, she wouldn't be getting sleep for at least 13 more hours, which would add up to more than 24 hours since she would've last slept.

With a sigh, Luna plugged in her phone and watched some Netflix and Youtube with the wifi that was provided. She might as well do something entertaining for a bit.

Eleven and a half hours later, the plane had finally landed in Korea. Luna was exhausted and just wanted to curl up in a bed and sleep. Now that she wasn't in the air, she figured it would be easier to sleep because of the reduced anxiety. Before heading off, she texted her mom with an "I've landed" reassurance and grabbed her bag.

She lugged herself off the plane, being sure to thank the flight attendants and pilot on the way out. It was late and Luna couldn't help but be surprised that a driver would be there to pick her up. She had a small moment of panic as she headed through the airport.

What if nobody is here to pick me up? She asked herself as a shudder of dread ran through her body.

It was quickly washed down with relief when she saw her name on a card that a man was holding. A smile pulled at her lips when she felt how real it was. She was in Korea. To live. With her soulmate. It was insane to her!

"Ahn Luna?" He asked as she approached. Luna nodded quickly but tiredly and he proceeded to pick up her bag and lead her to the vehicle.

After placing her luggage in the trunk, he opened the passenger door for Luna. She swiftly placed herself inside and was immediately greeted with wonderful warmth from the seats and vents around her.

"You're from Canada?" Luna jumped at the driver's words, surprised by his sudden interest and English.

"Uh, yeah I am." She said while tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear.

The driver clicked his tongue a little. "Long flight, huh? It's a lengthy drive back to the dorms. Please rest if you need." He said with a small smile.

Luna nodded her head in gratitude while returning the smile. Her eye lids felt heavy and she knew that the more sleep, the better she would feel in the morning.

She settled into her seat and leaned her head settle on the window. It was warm and safe from what she could tell and she knew it was going to be OK.

The driver chuckled a bit at how easily she fell asleep. He assumed that she probably didn't sleep at all through her flight, which is understandable.

He was on call for escorting Jungkook's soulmate again that year.  He was multilingual and the best candidate for picking up people from the airport. When he got the call for the pick-up, he was relieved for Jungkook. He knew what it was like to not get a soulmate right away.

From what he was told, this move was a big thing for the small person in his passenger seat. So, he felt like allowing her to sleep instead of asking questions would be appreciated on both ends. She needed it after all.

Luna shifted a bit in her seat. Her eyes slowly opened to see beautiful lights in the night sky. It felt surreal and romance novel-esque. Her tired eyes created an ethereal glow around all the lights, making it even more dreamy. Late night dates were definitely going to be a must for her. They were in downtown Seoul and it was wonderful.

It reminded her of her city at home. She felt comfortable already.

"Ah, you're awake. Good timing." The driver said as he turned the car into a lot for a big building, One that Luna could recognize as the BigHit building, even in her sleepy state.

The driver got her luggage and opened the door for her. She followed and bowed gratefully when he opened the door for her.

"This is where I say good night. The other staff will take it from here" He said as he passed her luggage to another night shift worker. They waited patiently for Luna to follow.

"Thank you so much." She said with another bow. He turned to leave but suddenly, she realized that she never asked for his name. "Wait! I never got your name."

He smiled tiredly to her. "I'm Lee Jun-sang." he said. "It was very nice to meet you Luna. I hope to be your driver again."

"Thank you so much again." Luna said one last time. Jun-sang turned on his heel and left without another word.

"Miss Ahn, follow me, your room is this way." The lady said in Korean. Luna picked up on enough to understand and she quickly obliged. A pillow under her head was the only thing that she wanted in that moment.

The woman brought her to a room that was very similar to the one she stayed in as Jungkook. It was slightly more bare, missing the desk, but she assumed she could work on school in different places.

The lady wished her a good night and left with a bow. Luna flopped on the bed and realized she was still wearing gross travel clothes, so she got up to change before letting sleep take over again. She got into a big sleep shirt and some fuzzy pants because it was somewhat cold in her room.

After changing, Luna went into the bathroom to brush her teeth and such. The unit was identical to the one she stayed at the few nights before so finding it wasn't too hard of a task.

The unit was oddly empty. Different than the other one. Luna figured it had something to do with the company using this space as extra for circumstances like this.

Luna realized that she would probably be staying in these rooms for a while, which she didn't mind too much. It was nice to be in a quiet space, alone. She could get a lot of school done at the counter.

Taking a look at herself in the mirror for the first time since she left her house. Surprisingly, her hair wasn't as bad as she expected. The ponytail sustained itself well enough. But the bags under her eyes told a different story.

She quickly brushed her teeth and splashed her face with cold water. She rushed back to the bedroom for sleep.

She texted her mom again, saying that she was at the BigHit building and she mustn't worry. She plugged in her phone once again before turning of the lights and crawling in the bed.

It was hard to sleep again at first. Luna could feel Jungkook's presence now that she sat down and cleared her head. He was near and she could feel it.

That was a thing for the next day though. She couldn't wait.
