It was past 6 hours since Tae brought Hosoek into their captive. And it's been 6 hours since Tae has been patiently waiting for the other to gain consciousness.

"Bloody hell. He is really knocked out." Yoongi walked back into the basement reuniting with Tae after settling some business on his own.

"Of coz. It's me who knocked him out. Pfftt." Taehyung yawned lazily as he has been waiting in the basement for Hosoek to wake up plus it's past midnight.

"We need him to be awake soon. His assistants might be searching for their boss." Namjoon now joined the other two as well.

"Do I look like I care? Ask the police officers to cover this up too. They know we are dealing with drug cases now." Taehyung moved to grab a bottle of water from Joon and hydrated himself.

Namjoon just nodded, low-key being afraid and upset not knowing how Jin might be feeling too.

"Hyung. You really need to look into some logic. This guy here is a drug lord. It doesn't matter who the hell he is related to, we gotta execute him." Taheyung noticed Joon was being a little worked up and he knows precisely what's up.

"Taehyung is right Namjoon. There is no point you're getting worked up for this. Jin will never know anyways."

Yoongi backed Tae up and attempted to console Namjoon who was looking very beaten up.

"They won't know unless you blurted things out." Taehyung narrowed his eyes at his Hyung not sure if it's something that he might be thinking of doing.

"Are you guys crazy? I'd risk myself being exposed to the guy I love? Hell no." Namjoon said a little loudly while he noticed at the corner of his eyes that Hosoek was flinching a little.

He quickly warned the two and asked them to get into their masks avoiding the chances of being recognized.

Taehyung covered his face and moved closer to Hosoek, pulled his chair and stayed seated while the other was tossing into his senses.

"Hello sunshine! Wakey wakey." Taehyung nudged Hoseok's body with his toes pointing at him.

"Uhh...ouch..." Hosoek groaned while his eyes was still glued shut.

"Come on, don't whimp. Open your eyes, come on." Taehyung continued to trace his toes from Hosoek's shoulder down to his abdomen.

Just on cue, Hosoek opened his eyes weakly and adjusted his gaze taking in the surrounding as well as the overwhelming pain radiating though his body.

"Who....who..who are you?" Hosoek said weakly while scrunching his nose in pain.

"Me? Well some can agree I am the most handsome face in this world or others who have crossed my bad side can simply name me as V."

"V? Who?" Hosoek was confused and his voice slowly started to tremble when he realize the condition he was in.

"Tsk. V who? Are you being serious? Don't tell me you have not heard about me coming after your ass for all the criminal offences you've done and doing now." Taehyung scoffed off.

"I have no idea what are you talking about...please, let me go..." Hosoek started to tear and beg all of them.

"For someone who deals with drugs and mafias, you're awfully sensitive, pfft looking so weak." Taehyung laughed out loud as he was definitely admiring the sight he sees.

On the flip side (a little time back to when Jin reached the Brothers Cafe to Jimin and Kook)

"Hyung? Thank God you arrived. Omg Hyung I dont know what happened!! Hosoekie hyung is gone and Kookie was laying unconscious just now." Jimin's voice tremble as he started to sob real hard.

"Oh dear, Guukie are you alright? Omg did you hit your head? What happened?? Oh no, Hosoek? Omg Omg omg. Guys, don't get panic, I got this. Omg...." Jin was frantic.

"Hyung calm down first." Jungkook was icing the back of his head and he attempted to calm his hyung down first.

"Yes. ok. let me breathe. Now tell me what happened?" Jin asked again calmly after pacing himself down.

Jungkook then properly narrated everything to both his hyungs and ended it with "I passed out when the masked man pushed me and I hit my head at the counter."

"Poor baby, it must have hurt." Jimin cuddled Jungkook closer while still sobbing.

"Oh no..I think we should call the cops and please Jimin, bring Jungkook home right now. I will go to the station to lodge a complaint. We need to act fast." Jin stood up gathering his belonging and toughen up himself under the situation.

"Hyung, I won't let you to go alone. I wanna follow." Jungkook to stood up holding onto Jin's arm not letting his hyung move.

"Jungkook you need to rest...you might need to even see a doctor, please just go home. I need to settle this asap and you need to rest. Now." Jin voiced very authoritatively.

"No. I won't listen to you this time. They got Hosoekie hyung. I am coming as I am the sole witness, you're not stopping me." Jungkook was very adamant.

"Me too!" Jimin held onto Jin's other free arm and demanded to follow.

"GRRR FINE. NOW CLOSE UP THE STORE AND FOLLOW ME. You guys are too spoiled." Jin yelled in frustration when he realize how stubborn his brothers are and walked out of the cafe right off to the police station.

All 3 of them arrived in the police station looking for the officer on duty - Officer Carl.

Soon after getting a hold on him, Jimin started to narrate the story again on how he found Jungkook unconscious and Jungkook was bearing the witness of how the suspect looked like.

"You said he was masked? All black? Is that right Jungkook shi?" Officer Carl asked carefully.

Jungkook nodded and also commented that somehow he looked familiar but Jungkook can't recall who he was.

"Alright, give me a moment, let me alert my team on this and file a complain on the case. Please be assured we will assist you the best we can." Officer Carl excused himself and left to his personal office knowing clearly who might have been behind the kidnapping.

He took his phone to ring the leader of the pack - RM.

Namjoon who was standing at the far end corner of the room was stunned when his phone vibrated in his pocket. He picked it out to see it was Officer Carl calling.

He quickly signaled Yoongi and walked out coz Taehyung was busy torturing Hoseok that the room now was erupted in echos of the boy's fragile scream.

Phone Conversation between Namjoon and Officer Carl

"Hello? RM?"

"Hello Officer Carl. Fancy to have you calling at this hour."

"RM, did you or did you guys not kidnap a guy named Hosoek from Brothers Cafe?"

"Hosoek? Well, news traveled fast. In fact we did, V just asked me to alert you about the kidnapping."

"RM, just for your info, the brothers are here to file a complain."

"Brothers? How many of them?"

"I think there are 3 of them here RM. They are very adamant in filing a case and they want me to track down the person who took Hosoek. Mind you, the youngest have a very vivid recollection of V."

"What? I though V was masked as usual. It's impossible he can recognize."

"I have no idea RM, but this is the very first time your victim's family have came forward for a complain. I was shocked. May I know why did you kidnapped this guy?"

"Officer, I am aware of this. We got a lead from his little minion James earlier that this Hosoek is the drug lord who is responsible for the drug cases here in the city, potentially for the country."

"Hosoek? The name rings a bell RM but let me run through my system for his profile and I assume V is tormenting him apart now isnt he? I will call you back."

"You bet he is, I don't know why but today he is on fire. Alright, and please deal with the brothers while we extract the info out of this asshole here."

Phone call ends

"Whats up Namjoon ah?" Yoongi was alerted with the troubled look on Namjoon's face as he walked back in.

Namjoon shook his head and signaled Yoongi out before wanting to reveal the content of the call, which he didn't wanna do with Hosoek present.

Hence, Yoongi tailed Namjoon back out the door.

"Hyung, the brothers went to find Officer Carl to file a complain."

"Tsk..of coz they did, what were you expecting, we took their so called 'brother', so it make sense for them to complain."

"I get it but then we have to be very careful, there are 3 of them trying to hunt their brother down. This is our first time the family members are trailing the case and not the gang members." Namjoon warned Yoongi.

Suddenly the door was flung opened.

"What happened? Who called?" Taehyung was wiping some bits of blood off his hands.

"Tae what the fck? Did you kill him already?" Namjoon asked after feeling alarmed with the blood stains on Tae's hand.

"Relax..he passed out again when I slapped him so hard. He puked some blood out." Tae shrugged it off like it was a casual thing.

"Geez Tae calm down, we dont need him dead before we find out things." Yoongi chuckled a little.

Namjoon's phone went off again.

"Hello? Yes officer?" Namjoon answered the call alerting the other it was Officer Carl.

Taehyung raised his brows at Yoongi in which Yoongi quickly filled Tae in before hearing Namjoon screamed over the call.

"WHAT THE FCK?? NO!! Are you serious? Like super positive?" Namjoon watched both Tae and Yoongi with eyes bewildered.

He then ended the call with a shocking expression on his face.

"Guys. We got the wrong Hosoek."

I just finished streaming more of Ego by Hobi and lowkey can't get over his swag when he dressed up in coat or at the part he was driving. Uffff bias wrecker!
