Jungkook was walking solemnly to their cafe after exiting the hospital. Although he was cheerful enough earlier in front of his hyungs, he was still very upset about the whole incident.

If only he could have reacted better and stopped the masked man from taking Hosoek.

"Sigh, whats the point I work out and be a strong man anyways? I can't even protect my brothers." Jungkook sighed while he opened the cafe door.

Thank God things were cleaned off yesterday on the front counter in the midst of the incident. Hence, the younger walked to the kitchen to see half a mess from what Jimin have left before he walked out to find the rest.

"Urm, it's not that bad..let me just brew the coffee and I can quickly clean this up." Jungkook went back to the counter and started brewing some coffees while he clean up the rest.

While on the street, a certain raven hair boy stopped his car right at the entrance of Brother's Cafe when he notice the cafe was open for business.

"Hurm? I thought they must have been busy attending to Hosoek? Why is the cafe open?" Taehyung mumbled to himself while he unconsciously stopped the car and stepped out.

He tried to peek inside from afar but it wasn't really clear who was inside so he decided to inch a little and noticed a brown coconut hair was moving around cleaning the tables and brewing some coffees in the machine.

Taehyung stood a while observing the bunny boy he 'despise' for a while before moving inside to somewhat check on the situation (or that is the excuse he planned to give his hyungs in case they notice him through the planted CCTV).

Jungkook's POV

I was almost done cleaning the shelves and rearranging some freshly baked pastries when I heard the bell above our cafe door rang.

My heart skipped a beat out of shock but I soon recovered my pace when I turned around to greet the customer with a warm smile.

Be still my heart.

"Hello, welcome to Brother's Cafe, how may I assist your order?" I put on my adorable bunny smile (or at least that's what you think of me *cough* what people think of me) to greet the customer.

"Hi" The man replied with a smile too.

Strange. Why does he look familiar? Have I met him before?

"Hi...yes? Can I help you with your order?" I asked again.

"Are you alone today?" The man asked again.

Omg, why is he asking me if I'm alone today? Can he like just get an order and leave me alone? Breathe Jungkook breathe. Don't panic.

"Urm, well, I think it's nothing of your concern sir, but can I kindly take your order please?" I asked again passive aggressively.

I noticed the smile worn on his lips earlier was dropped to a deep pout. OMG! What? He pouts now? He can't freaking order but he is pouting?

"Okay, give me an ice americano."

Finally! He ordered. I quickly keyed in the bill and have him hand me the money before I proceed to brew the coffee.

"Here you go sir, help yourself, please ring the bell if you need another order." I bowed a little as I hand him the iced coffee and moved back to arrange some goods on the shelves and clean the sink.

"MMMMMMMMM, so you are the barista in this cafe?" I heard the man speak again. I assume he was talking to me coz 1. I am the only person in the cafe aside from him and 2. The barista he mentioned is me.

"Urm, yea? I guess? I work here, I brew coffees, so I am the barista?" I asked him questionably when I notice the obvious answer to his question.

"It's just that Namjoon hyung always buys me the coffee from this cafe but I never knew who was the one brewing it, but I guess I found out today who it is."

"Well, I'm glad you love it. Now, if you excuse me, I will continue with my work."

Gosh I hope he stop talking to me coz it's hella awkward with the way he is staring at me and asking me all these random ass questions.

Taehyung's POV

I can sense bunny boy is slowly getting annoyed at me. I mean I don't get it why but I think probably he is not in the mood due to what happened to Hosoek.

But I wanna know how is Hosoek doing right now and most importantly, I don't know why but I feel guilty? Guilty towards this young boy who I sort of knocked out last night by mistake? I mean I am not a soft heart man (*cough* bullshit) when it comes to business but somehow seeing this particular face wearing a frown and look of worries, it makes me feel differently.

I cleared my throat a little and as expected he turned around with a fake smile at me.

"Oh, can I know where is Jin Hyung?" I asked innocently, like come on, I can be Taehyung and I can be V too. I am good with acting.

"Why are you asking about him? You know my brother?" He asked unsure of the details.

"Yea, I have met him before, oh and Jimin too!" I said while sipping on my coffee. Damn, he knows how to brew.

"Jimin hyung? Well, I don't remember seeing you hanging out with them..." He narrowed his eyes at me.

"Well yea, coz I know them through Joon hyung, I think they are sort of into each other? I mean Jin hyung and Joon hyung? I bumped into Jimin the other day." I kept my explanation short.

"Owh..right...so it's THE Joon hyung that took Jinnie hyung out last night." He seemed to be believing my intention here is to just ask about the brothers.

"Right, I heard Joon hyung said Jin hyung returned home earlier due to some emergency, is everything alright here?"

Shit, I probably shouldn't have asked super directly. Stupid Tae.

He narrowed his eyes again. But, to my surprise, he started chuckling a little.

"Poor Joon hyung, he probably wanted to spend more time with my Jin Hyung, well it's ok, I'm sure we can set another date for them soon once Hobi hyung is fine." He stopped his chuckles right when he mentioned Hobi hyung.

Oh...they call him Hobi here.

"Hobi hyung?" I asked pretending that I didn't know.

"Urm yea, he is my hyung too, he was a little sick so we needed Jin hyung back here last night. No issues, he is fine now, resting." Bunny boy gave me a little assuring smile and went back to wipe the utensils.

Ok so it means Hoseok is fine like Joon Hyung said, he didn't get critical, phew. And it's glad to know that.

"I'm sure Joon hyung would like that, and I like how you included me in the plan, we shall make it happen." I nodded enthusiastically. Shit, why am I getting myself into this?

He turned back and gave me a thumbs up which I returned with my boxy smile. Boxy smile? I give him boxy smiles now?

"Oh, by the way, my name is Taehyung, Kim Taehyung."

"Jungkook, Jeon Jungkook."

"I shall leave now Jungkook shi, I will be back..soon?"

"Sure Taehyung, enjoy your coffee. By the way? Have we met before?" Jungkook asked as I was about to step out.

I turned back and faced him.

"Yep, well, let's just say I was the annoying person that ruined your peace at the lake when you were finding your muse. Sorry about that. See ya." I laughed a little and walked out waving bye to the boy who narrowed his eyes at me while pouting.

I hope he remembers me as the annoying stranger in the past rather than recognizing me as the man who took his brother and beat him up.

Third Person POV

Jungkook furrowed his brows and pouted recalling the familiarity with Taehyung.

"Ah no wonder he looked very very familiar. He was the one! Geez, I hope he don't go around ruining other people's peace anymore..hahaha but he sounded like a nice person." Jungkook mumbled to himself and ended his thought about Taehyung with a smile on his lips.
