The orders had be given for all assassins, and caused everyone in the room to go their separate ways.

Zeno and Silva had made the choice to look for Chrollo, while Kagome chose to avoid Phinks, and Katsumi to simply avoid Hisoka at all cost.

"What would you do if you ran into Phinks?" Katsumi asked curiously, she really did want to know what Kagome would do.

"Is this a trick question?" Kagome asked back, as she began to really think about it.

"No, I'm just curious is all." Katsumi shrugged. "Do you think you could kill Phinks?"

"That's hard to answer." Kagome replied. "Not only is it a question whether to kill him or not, it also comes down to if my own skills are strong enough to kill him."

"How observant."

Kagome didn't reply instantly, but she did have a question of her own.

"And what if I gave you the same question, but with Hisoka?" Kagome asked, letting the silence between them stay long enough. "Be honest."

Katsumi did really think about it, she though long and hard.

"I don't know."

"That's your answer?" Kagome questioned annoyed, after waiting quite a bit for an answer. "Your honesty is terrible."

"But I really don't know." Katsumi explained. "You asked if I could kill him, the answer would be 'yes', a 50/50 chance I can. But the real question is: 'do I want too?'"

Kagome stared at her friend for yet another moment, and had been taken back by her words. For Katsumi was being truthful.

"You would be breaking contract if you decide not too." Kagome explained, her voice over a whisper.

"There may be a loop hole." Katsumi replied.

"How come you're admitting to me now, your feelings towards Hisoka?"

"You told me to be honest..."

"You're a terrible friend."

Katsumi only gave a slight laugh, as she then let out a loud sigh.

"In truth, I won't allow myself to fall for someone who's loyalty is questionable."

"I hate to say this, but it's a little too late for that." Kagome mentioned.

"I know." Was Katsumi's only response.

And I hate myself for it.
