Don't stop until my legs shake

And the neighbors know your name

"Hiram," Mira gasped, trying to push him away as he kissed her neck while unbuttoning her blouse. Her body wanted to give in to the kisses he trailed down her skin, but her mind screamed for him to stop. They only had ten minutes tops before Veronica came home and Mira knew that wasn't enough.

"Relax," he said, lifting her onto his desk and wrapping her legs around his waist. She really wanted him, really fucking bad, but there just wasn't enough time. She tried to move back but he just placed a hand on the small of her back and pushed her body against his. He sucked and bit into her skin while his hands explored her body, turning her into a hot mess. She was almost about to give in until her eyes met with Veronica's portrait, her painted pupils boring into hers.

"I can't," she sighed, taking Hiram's face in her hands to stop him from continuing.

   "We still have some time."

"I know, but," she looked towards the portrait again. "I feel watched with that thing."

"I'll take it down," he said, his voice dripping in need, the need to continue what they were doing on his desk. "Just lay down and let me make you feel good." His torturous kisses continued into her blouse while his hands ventured into her skirt. She really wished they had more time.

"We can't," she decided, sliding off the desk and past him before he could convince her to get back on it. God knows it wouldn't take more than a few words to get her back on that desk and allow him to continue what he was doing to her. Quickly, she buttoned up her blouse and straightened her short skirt while he watched her. The outfit had meant to be a tease, but she didn't know it would be so effective. Just by the look in his eyes, she could tell he was thinking of all the things he wanted to do to her. She almost returned the look, but reminded herself it would only lead to them getting caught.

So, Mira waited patiently in Veronica's room waiting for her to come home. Veronica's birthday was only a few days away and Mira had agreed to help her out with the details of the party that would be taking place at her house. Mira wasn't too interested in party planning, however. The real reason she had agreed to help was to find ways to spend time with Hiram, but the time she did manage to find hadn't been enough.

Soon, Veronica came home with someone Mira had never seen before. He looked too expensive to be from a small town like Riverdale. Mira watched as the two approached her with a smile.

"Mira, I'd like you to meet St. Clair," Veronica said, gesturing to the new boy. "He's an old friend of mine who's going to help us with my party."

"It's Nick," he said, taking Mira's hand and bringing it to his lips. "It's a pleasure to meet you."

Did he really just kiss her hand? Who did he think he was? Klaus Mikealson? Soon he'd be calling her Love.

"It's nice to meet you, Nick," Mira said with a polite smile, gently pulling her hand back. There was only one Nick in her life and it was Nicholas Scratch.

Veronica gave the two a suggestive look, probably thinking of what a great matchmaker she was, but Mira had no interest in Nick. However, the look he was giving her said otherwise for him. She wished she'd worn a different outfit.

The three sat on her bed planning the drawn-out details of her party until Mira had had enough and decided to head home. However, when she got into her car and attempted to turn it on, the engine wouldn't start. Her battery had died again.

"Fuck!" She yelled, slamming her hands on the wheel causing the horn to blare. Veronica and Nick rushed out of the house to investigate why Mira had blown the horn.

   "What's wrong?" Veronica questioned.

"My car's dead," Mira huffed, slamming her door closed in frustration. She just wanted to go home.

"I was just about to head out myself, I could give you a ride home," Nick offered. An uneasy feeling washed over Mira. Something was off about him, but her desperate need to go home clouded her judgment.

"What a great idea, Nickey!" Veronica jumped. She definitely wanted them to get together. "I'll call a tow truck, it's no problem. Just get home safe!"

"If it's not too much trouble," Mira said.

"Not at all," he said, walking towards his car that was parked next to Hiram's.

The two said their goodbyes to Veronica before stepping into his car and driving off. Mira's uneasiness only grew with each passing second, especially when he would glance at her legs from time to time. Uncomfortable with the situation, she pulled down her skirt as much as she could.

"How do you know Veronica?" he said, starting up a conversation.

"We go to the same school," Mira replied, looking out the window. "What about you?"

"Me and Veronica go way back," he chuckled. "All the way back to her partying days, that's why she invited me to help."

   "Nice," Mira said.

   "Are you hungry?"

"No," she lied. She was always hungry, but the thought of going out with him made her uncomfortable. She couldn't put her finger on it, but the energy he was omitting felt slimy.

"C'mon, let's grab a bite to eat," he pushed, putting a hand on her leg.

"No thanks, now could you please get your hand off my leg?" she said, her voice hardening with anger while the pit in her stomach only grew.

"Don't be such a prude, Mira. Veronica said you were fun," he said, his hand sliding up her leg and towards her skirt. She immediately pushed his hand off her leg. Who the fuck did this guy think he was?!

"First of all, don't fucking touch me," she said, looking at his amused face in rage. "Second of all, you have a very twisted definition of fun. And finally-"

"I really don't care," he said, driving the car off the road.

"What are you doing?" she said, panicking as he stopped the car on the side of the road. He unbuckled his seat belt and looked at her with a dark look in his eyes.

"I came all the way here to this shit town for some action and I'm not leaving without it. So, just shut up, cut the bullshit and have some fun," he said, moving towards her.

"You're delusional if you think I'm going to do anything with you,"  she reached for the door handle, but it was locked. Now she was really panicking. He tried mounting her with his body, bringing his lips to her face and attempting to kiss her. "Nick, stop, unlock the door. You're fucking crazy," she pushed him away.

"Be quiet," he dismissed, taking ahold of her hands and preventing her from fighting back.

Realizing he wasn't going to stop until he had his way, she decided to take matters into her own hands. Turning, she brought her leg up and kicked him as hard as she could in his chest, sending him flying back into the window. He groaned in pain and while he was off guard, she took the opportunity to reach over to his side and unlock the car doors.

"You bitch," he groaned, watching her step out of the car.

"Fuck you, Nick," she said, slamming the door shut.

The car stormed off, leaving her stranded on the side of the road. She didn't know whether it was the adrenaline or if her body was still processing what had just happened, but she was no longer panicking. Her mind seemed clear and focused, but she knew it wouldn't last long. Quickly, she pulled out her phone and called Reggie. Although she wanted to call Hiram and tell him everything that had just happened, she knew it wasn't a good idea. It would only risk exposing them.

   "Mira?" Reggie answered.

"I need you to come pick me up," she said, her voice beginning to break along with the security measures her body had put up to get her out of that situation.

"Okay, where are you? Did something happen?" he asked, his voice concerned.

"Yes," she admitted. "Just drive towards Veronica's house, you'll see me."

Reggie got to her quick, but when he did she was shaking. She allowed herself to get into his pickup before letting the tears she'd been holding back fall freely down her cheeks. He drove them to Pop's and parked in the parking lot, wanting to make sure she was okay before he dropped her home. After telling him everything that had just happened, he comforted her as best as he could before he told her some information of his own.

"Awhile back, I heard some guys on the football team talking about how this guy tried to do the same thing to Cheryl," Reggie said. "I thought it was just a rumor."

"Didn't Cheryl say anything?" Mira questioned.

   "Not to Veronica."

   "Why the hell not?"

"This isn't the first time he's come to Riverdale and from what I've seen, Veronica's pretty obsessed with him," Reggie said. "Maybe she didn't want to jeopardize their friendship or didn't want to talk about it, I don't know."

"Well, I really don't care about their friendship if he thinks he can just go around assaulting girls," Mira said, pulling out her phone. "I'm calling her."

"I think you should go to the police."

"No offense to the police, Reggie, but they're pretty bias when it comes to this kind of stuff. Look at what I'm wearing, they're gonna say I was asking for it," she said, dialing Veronica's number. It rung once before she answered.

"I can't believe you, Mira," Veronica said right off the bat. "You kicked Nick?!"

"Yes, I did and trust me when I say he deserved it," Mira started. "He tried to assault me!"

"Are you serious? He was reaching over to put your seat belt on and you freaked out! I can't believe you thought he'd do something as barbaric as what you're accusing him of."

"Is that what he told you?" Mira said, fuming with rage. "Veronica, he pulled over and tried to get on top of me."

"Please, Mira," Veronica dismissed. "As if he'd actually have to try that hard with you."

Mira's mouth fell open and Reggie just stared at her, his eyes wide as he watched the girl before him yell into her phone. "I can't believe you just said that!"

"Okay, that might have been a little harsh, but what you're accusing Nick of is really fucking low. I know him and I know he would never try anything like that."

"Fuck you, Veronica. I hope you have a fun time at your stupid party," Mira hung up.

"Um," Reggie said uncomfortably. "I'm guessing it didn't go well."
