yoongi was convinced with himself that he was completely over taehyung, well almost. although yoongi knew how much taehyung once meant to him, he had to respect that taehyung wasn't into him. the boy had spent everyday working at the flower shop trying to remodel it to the best that could be done. yoongi was more distracted than ever, working the hardest he has, making music and preparing to go to college was taking a huge toll on him but he wasn't even mad.
yoongi had taken a day off to have to himself, he loved his life at the moment but everyone needs a break for themselves at some point. the boy decided to go for a bike ride around the neighborhood and then later stop to get some ice cream. he had been biking home after just finishing his snack when he felt a drop on his forehead. it was dark out but yoongi could still see the clouds in the sky. he looked up in front of him to hear the sound of two people screaming.
"he's not so dramatic!" yoongi heard a familiar voice. it wasn't until the boy got closer he could see a well built man that he could easily recognize.

yoongi took a deep breath and pedaled until he was to the side of taehyung, "y-you dyed your h-hair b-back?" yoongi asked, now off of his bike. taehyung only nodded trying his best to wipe away the tears on his face. "are y-you c-crying?" the shorter asked concerned for the other. yoongi told himself that even though he didn't have feelings for taehyung again it wouldn't hurt to be friends. yoongi was over it and if there was no way for it to happen again why couldn't they be friends?
"i'm okay, just a little sad. that's all" taehyung replied. he couldnt figure out if he was happy or sad the other was doing so well without him.
many thoughts went through yoongi's head before he came up with something to say, "y-you can come t-to my place if you w-want. you m-might feel better talking a-about it" yoongi politely offered. throughout these past few weeks yoongi had been discovering who he was and what he was worth. he would no longer let silly little things make him nervous, therefore he wasn't worried at all about inviting taehyung.
"i guess that sounds good" the other replied, "let me get some things and then i'll be over" taehyung said as they arrived at his house. yoongi waved goodbye and headed home.
two hours had passed by since taehyung agreed to come over and still no show. surprisingly enough, every text yoongi sent to taehyung didn't actually go through.(almost like he was blocked) yoongi didn't even bother at this point, he tried to be nice and did something he wouldn't usually do. all he wondered was why taehyung was crying in the first place.
