Y/n POV

Next thing I knew Akaashi dropped the clothes I had given him on the bed and he walked towards me. I stood there unsure of what to do but also curious about his next move.

He cupped my face into his soft hands has mine were clutching the towel around my body. I stared up at him waiting to see what he would do next. He slowly leaned down towards me and my body froze and my brain went silent. The only thing I could focus on were his lips that were slowly inching towards me.

When our faces were only a few centimeters apart he whispered "I don't know, you smell pretty delicious to me."

He stood up straight, grabbing his clothes and walked out of my room leaving me speechless and craving more than what I got.

I stared at the door for a few moments in shock then glanced around the room for any cameras that would catch my reaction to being punked.

No way did that just happen.
Why did I want him to kiss me for a second there. Why was I going to be okay with that?

I finished my night time routine and crawled into bed and drifted off to sleep with the thought of Akaashi's lips on mine.

The next morning I woke up to most of the boys gone except for a few that were lounging in the living room or still asleep.

I said a few greetings to them as I made my way into the kitchen to cook something for them.

Akaashi and Bokuto sat at the kitchen island engaged in a conversation but I felt Akaashi's eyes on me whenever I passed their line of sight.

Every time our eyes met it was like he was sucking me into another realm where only the two of us existed.

Soon enough I started pulling out ingredients to make kimchi fried rice and eventually Kuroo and Daichi came downstairs to join us.

"Want some help" Daichi offered with his million dollar smile that would make any girls heart melt.

"No it's okay I got it" I smile back at him.

"No there's still quite a few mouths to feed. Let me help you" he struts towards me to help along with Kuroo trailing behind him.

As we continue to work around each other in the kitchen we were just about done.

After washing my hands I grabbed a towel to dry my hands when I felt hands grip my waist causing me to jerk my head to the side from the sudden contact.

"Where's your plates" Kuroo whispers into my ear with a deep voice that caused goosebumps up my arms and shivers down my spine.

"In the cabinet right there" I motion with my eyes to the cabinet towards our right as I set down my towel.

He lets go of my waist but grazes my lower back as he makes his way to the plates. I turn completely around to once again meet the eyes of Akaashi who looked like he was searching for my soul behind my eyes, searching for answers to unknown questions.

I quickly looked away and helped Kuroo set the table.

Everyone shortly gathered at the table and we made light conversation as we ate. The talk of the table mostly consisted of work or about our personal hobbies.

I didn't pay much attention nor attempted to engage in any part of it due to the fact I was flabbergasted by the sudden attention I was receiving from Akaashi and Kuroo.

I kept trying to shake these thoughts out of my head knowing I was most likely over thinking as I do with everything else.

But the way Akaashi acted towards me last night and his constant stares this afternoon made me second guess.

Paired with the brief interaction I had with Kuroo, my reaction pushed me further into a world of confusing thoughts.

After eating and cleaning the guys had left to their own homes and I was left alone with only a few hours to prepare for work. I decided to take a hot bath to not only relax my body but my mind as I well.

As I sunk into the almost boiling hot water I moaned at the instant relief. My skin was steaming from the temperature and the epsom salt I drenched my water with.

My calming playlist was booming through my speakers as I felt sweat build up on my forehead and neck, trailing down my shoulders.

Even though the whole point of this bath was to relax, my mind had other plans and soon drifted off to Akaashi.

The way he confidently walked towards me as if he was going to do something left me speechless. But the fact that he didn't do anything left me even more shocked.

There was a small part of me not only wondering but hoping he would make a move. I was curious to how his lips felt and how his tongue tasted.

I literally shook my head to erase these inappropriate thoughts and images out of my head. I was getting ahead of myself and my bath was soon turning cold.

I quickly stood up draining the water and started a shower to properly clean off my sweat and prepare for another night of work.

As I parked my car in the driveway of the club building I undid my seatbelt as Asahi walked towards my car to open the door for me and escorted me into my office.

As usual I opened the club and office as my boys slowly trickled in. When it was nearly opening time I received an unexpected text.

X
Hey beautiful, I'll be in town
in a few weeks and I'd loved to meet and
catch up if that's okay with you.

I sat there staring at my phone screen contemplating whether or not if this was a good idea or not. It wasn't like we ended on bad terms but the fact that we ended at all left me in shambles.

It's been almost 2 years since I've seen him and I've definitely grown and matured over time as I'm sure he has too. Despite our cruel ending he was my person, we had history together that could never be forgotten. It would be nice to get my friend back even if it was only for a short moment.

Y/n
I'd love to.
Let me know the dates so
I can rearrange my schedule.

As soon as I sent the text there was a knock on the door. I looked over to see Suga leaning against the doorframe with his arms crossed over his chest.

"You only have that look on your face when what's his face is involved" Suga pursed his lips in disappointment at me.

"I don't know what you're talking about." I shake my head and spin around in my chair to look at him directly copying his pose with my arms across my chest.

"Go shake some ass or something" I shoo him away dodging an unwanted conversation.

"Don't think this conversation is over missy" he points a finger at me and I giggle at his attempt in appearing scary.

He leaves my office and I stare back at my phone with a stupid smile on my face.
