I rolled over on the bed and grabbed my phone off the dresser. Halfway asleep and halfway awake I peeked at the screen of my phone.

Oh shoots! It's 8:15am

How the hell did I over slept? Ari's gonna be so mad at me!

I rushed off the bed and dashed into the bathroom and quickly stripped naked. I had about 20 minutes left to get Ari to school or she would be late. And we both wouldn't like that.

I grab my brushed and hurriedly brushed my teeth and got into the tub. I didn't have no time to check myself out in the mirror.

"Ariel are you ready?" I shouted out when I stepped out the bathroom.

I know very well that she was. The scent of sweet banana pancakes crept up my nostrils. Yum!

"I'm ready! Rose said she could take me to school!" Ariel said excitedly while munching on her pancakes.

"Oh yeah?" I questioned

Since I was going to the salon this morning, I decided to dress casual with my black scrubs today. I walked over to the kitchen and made myself some coffee.

Rose looked up from what she was doing, "Oh it's not a problem at all for me to take her to school, after all you're doing me a huge favor by letting me stay here with you guys. It's the least that I can do"

I squinted my eyes at her and smiled, "thank you very much but don't worry about it, I gat it."

I know she's trying to be nice but I enjoy the moment of dropping my daughter off to school and picking her up. It gives us more time to bond with each other. My daughter is my best friend so I like having her as my company whenever I get the chance to.

"Girl Asia I like how I ain't see the video you took of my hair last week on your TikTok page" says Ms. Nolla, one of my nosey clients.

Everyone lightly laughed at her sarcastic remark, I did so also.

"Nolla I believe your head ain't no good anno, I sure you saw the video on my page" I said

"No ma'am, I ain't see it. I believe my hairstyle was the best you ever did so far!" She retorted

I am loosing out her 1 week old cornrow braids. One thing about these clients of mines, they love to stay dolled and slayed up. I feel sorry for their boyfriend/ husband pockets because these ones stay spending. I don't mind though, more money for me!!

"That's right! I'll upload them today" I assured her.

TikTok has been taking over almost all other social media platforms now. It's even a better site to promote your business than Instagram now. Plus it don't take much effort for you to go viral and become famous. However, I normally use it to promote my business and so far I've gain a little following and couple new clients.

Mona: Girl TikTok taking over for sure!

I shook my head and continued on about my business. Today I'm fixing Nolla's hair in some 18inch soft locs.

"Mann I'm tired of this strip club! I ain't know bout you but I'm ready to quit and work somewhere else" says Salina

I was fixing her makeup when she made that declaration. It really didn't come off to me as a surprise because I've been thinking of leaving this place for a long time now. It's a fun way to make money but it's also toxic and tiring. Shidd I planning to go back to school and then take up a nursing course just to leave this easy money making place. It's not as easy as people make it out to be though.

After I was done with turning Salina into a baddie I walked over to my vanity and did one last touch up on my makeup and then made my way to the bar. I needs my specialty before I get this night started.

Immediately I spotted Jason sitting around the bar, he noticed me too and smiled while sipping on his beer.

I'm not gonna lie but he's starting to give me real creepy stalker vibes. I mean why all of a sudden is he everywhere that I go? He just keep popping up everywhere damn.

I was about to wave at him but someone rudely grabbed me from behind.

"Like what the f**!" I said out loud

Turning to face who it was, I felt all my pressure went up!

"Is that any way to greet your future man?"

"What do you want Louise?" I asked the perverted bastard

He surely can't seems to keep his hands and D off of most of the girls around here. Sometimes I believe that he thinks this place is his prostitution house.

"You know what I want, Berry!" He said slyly

I sucked my teeth and turned away from his perverted ass and made my way over to mr. creepy. I could feel stares from Louise hot on my buttocks. Ugh. Saline is right! I really needs to leave this place.

Me: Hi there! Bumping into you is becoming a routine now?

Jason: What you mean? You know I only came here to see you on that pole

I shook my head

Me: Fair enough, hope you enjoy the show tonight
Bartender I need my concussion for tonight, before I go on stage.

"Bitch! You're a fan or something?" I snapped at the witch Kiara.

She just wouldn't leave me alone, she's acting like I owe something to her or something.

There she was dressed in a very skimpy dress standing right behind Jason and I. And rudely interrupted us.

"A fan?" She laughed, "I'm just here to drink and enjoy the night. I'll pay you extra for a lap dance hoe, since you're so desperate for money"

That was it, I had enough of this night. Everyone looked like they wanted to try me tonight.

I stood up abruptly, "I don't need your stupid money b**" I said throw gritted teeth inching closer to her

"Whoa whoa, relax" Jason says pulling me back.

I punched her across the face, earning shocking reactions from everyone in the building because her weak butt fell.

I didn't care any longer, and I certainly didn't want to be held back. I'm tired of always being the one to turn the other cheek, so tonight I'm going to stand my ground!

I'm not sure when or how I got on top of her, but I do know she was topping her load. I was enraged to the point of insanity!!

"I'm so f** tired of all your shid Kiara!!"I hit her many times before grabbing her head and slamming it on the nicely tiled floor.

She was attempting to fight me back, but my blood was boiling hot, so the little scratches I received from her long ass nails didn't bother me.

Jason and a few other men tried to split us up. I'm sure Louise is furious right now since his customer has been beaten up by his employee. He is a sucker for cash.

Tonight, I most likely earned my ticket out of this employment!
