Ian POV

"I'm sorry Hazel, we can't be friends anymore."

Her eyes widen at the first time I call her by her name. She falls to the floor on her knees, "Ian please don-."

I wake up quickly and look around. "Hannah! Did I fall asleep?!" Hannah comes from our room and smiles at me, "Yeah, you seemed tired so I'd let you sleep."

I rub my face and let out a long sigh. I stand up and look at my watch, "Did you have a bad dream?" I look up from my watch and look at Hannah. "You can say that. What are you dressed up for?" She looks at me with wide eyes, "We have to go to a dinner with the man who gave you Underground."

I throw my head back and groan, "Ugh. I forgot all about that. I need to go change." I walk to our room and go towards our closet.

It has been five years since I've last talked to Hazel. Every now and then I would have the same dream about that night. But during these past five years, I've become the half owner of Underground along with Owen owning the other half. I also am the owner of my new club I just opened up.

Tonight is the grand opening. Me and Hannah have been together for all these years. I really don't know why I haven't asked her to marry me yet, but she doesn't push me about it. Hannah is a lawyer at a top law firm.

"Ian just go ahead and shower and I'll pick out your suit for you." I nod my head as I walk in our bathroom. We have been living together for four years, we have been living in the house together for the last two years. The other two years was us living in an apartment together.

"Do you know if Owen's going to be there?" I look back at her and take my shirt and pants off. "No, he's doing something else." I jump in the shower and do a quick wash up.

Hannah walks in as I get out the shower. She walks up to me and kisses me. I wrap my arm around her waist to deepen the kiss. She pulls away and hands me my suit.

"Hurry and get ready, we have to leave soon." I take the suit out of her hands and she leaves the bathroom. I get dress and look at myself in the mirror.

My phone starts ringing, "Hello." I put the phone on speaker, so I can fix my tie.

"What's up Ian?!" I smile at the phone, "How's it going, Mason?" Before he could say anything Megan beats him to it, "Hey Ian! We'll be down there soon! Shane and Lily went to go look at our house and they said everything is okay."

I let out a soft chuckle, "Hey Megan, I can't wait to see y'all." Mason groans, "Babe! I was talking, I wanted to tell him." Mason whines out and Megan laughs at him.

You may believe this or not, but Mason and Megan have been dating for two years. They were in California because of Megan modeling career, but they're finally moving back down here with us in Missouri. While Mason is Megan assistant he is also a popular writer.

Mason clears his throat, "Yeah all that's left is for you to come and help us move in." Hannah walks in, "Who are you on the phone with?" Before I could answer I hear the phone click.

I pick up my phone and sigh, "No one now." My text tone goes off and I see that it is a message from Mason.

Help me and Megan with our stuff. I call you later and tell you what day.

I text him back.
Why did you hang up?

I walk out of the bathroom and grab my keys. We head outside to my car. Before I could drive off my text tone goes off, it's from Mason.

I still don't like Hannah. I hate the fact that she made you choose.

I don't text him back and drive off. "Where are we meeting him at?" I look at Hannah and then back at the road, "For some odd reason he wants us to meet him at a five-star restaurant. You know how Malcolm is."

Malcolm used to be the owner of Underground before me and Owen. He gave us the ownership because me and Owen used tell him that we would build an Underground just like the one now.

We arrive at the restaurant and walk in. The host takes us to our table. "Ian! How's everything been going with Underground?!" I smile at Malcolm and give him a man hug. He kisses Hannah on the cheek.

We sit down and he smiles at me, "Everything's going well." He sits up in his seat, "Is there a new generation of Owen and you?" I shake my head as I take a sip of my drink, "No one yet. I can't wait to see it myself."

He chuckles and looks at me with a glint in his eyes, "I remember how you and Owen used to fight. Your fights brought people from all over. Y'all were even on tv for one of your fights." I smile at the memory, "The only thing we didn't accomplish was our promise we made to each other."

He arches his eyebrow at me, "What promise?"

Flashback

He looks at me and points at me with a smirk, I smirk back at him and he punches his fist together.

Hopefully, I can take you up on your challenge.

I point at him and smirk, he smirks back and points back. "Let me show you how I fight!! Challenge accepted!!" I shout out to him. Owen smile and scream, "HELL YEAH!!!"

Flashback Over

I look at Malcolm and show him a half smile, "We promised to get in the ring with each other." He starts laughing, "Do you want to know why I didn't allow it?"

I look at him with confusion in my eyes. "Before people could fight, I had to approve of them. Almost every other day or night Benny and Stanley would ask if I could put you and Owen in the ring together. I tell them, no, but I never told them my reason. Do you want to know?"

I cross my arms and nod my head, "Please do tell me." He smiles and sits back in his seat. "I didn't want an upset." Once again confusion crawls in my eyes. "What do you mean you didn't want an upset?"

"I didn't want to ruin one of your undefeated streaks. You two just fighting other people would have been an upset if you were to lose. Imagine losing to Owen, not only would you be hurt, but the people around you would be too." I clear my throat, "I like your reasoning, but me and Owen came up with something new for Underground."

I look over at Hannah and see that she is listening to our conversation. "What did y'all come up with?" We already decided on it, even if he says no we will still go through with it.

"We decided to make some of our matches become two on two fights." His eyes widen and then he smiles, "Let me know when the first one happens." I smile at him and he laughs.

After finishing with dinner we head back home for Hannah to change. "Why do you have to change? We're going to the club. The dress before was good enough." I sit on the bed as she changes into a different dress.

"It's didn't feel like a club material dress." I laugh and roll my eyes. She turns to look at me and do a little spin. "How do I look?" I shrug my shoulders, "Hm, you look the same to me." Her mouth drops and she chases after me.

"Ian! I'm going to kill you!" I run outside the house and she follows behind me. She locks the door and then comes after me, "I was playing you look pretty as usual!" She calms down and gets in the car.

We arrive at the club and see a long line. "Come on we have to go to the top, that's where my office is. You can see everything from up there." I take her hand and walk pass the guard.

I look around and see people dancing like there's no tomorrow. Hannah wraps her arms around my waist, "I can't believe it's this pack on the first night." I turn around in her arms and kiss her forehead, "The night is just starting."

Two hours later

We are in my VIP area upstairs. From where we are we can still see everything downstairs.

"Ian! Drink with me!" I look at a half-drunk Hannah and smile. I stand up and walk up to her, she hands me a drink and I drink it down. "Now dance with me!"

She takes my hand and I spin her around. She puts her back to my front and starts grinding against me. I look downstairs over at the dance floor. I freeze when I see someone. Everything goes quiet around me and the only thing I can see is a woman on the dance floor dancing.

I walk to the edge and look down, "Is it really you?" I ask out loud. I look closer as she turns around with a smile on her face. "Ian, what's wrong?"

I rush pass Hannah and run downstairs. I push my way through the crowd towards the dance floor. I know for sure it was her, no doubt about it, her smiles are still the same.

I make it the dance floor and start looking around for her. I see the guy she was dancing with and grab him by his shoulder, I turn him around to make him look at me. "Where's the woman you were dancing with earlier?!" He shrugs his shoulders and points towards the bar, "She got dragged towards the bar!"

I push through the crowd and reach the bar in seconds. The bartender sees me and smile, "What're you doing down here Mr.Ian? You know we can send the drin-."

"Did you see a woman here?!" He smiles at me, "You have to be more specific than that. Women come and leave this bar, sir." I suck my teeth and look around.

I look towards the exit and see her walking out. I rush to the exit and by the time I make it outside, I don't see her anywhere. I look around and run my fingers through my hair.

I turn to look at my guard, "Where did the last girl go at? Did she drive? Did someone pick her up?" He looks at me as he lets a few people in the club, "Her and four other people got picked up by a driver."

I rub my face and look down the busy street, "I know for sure that was Hazel. What exactly was I going to do even if I had caught up to you?"
