"Cry"This is my second anthology following the "Amour" series, where this one differs from a completely different story. I had the great chance to experiment with writing from different perspectives, through the eyes of many.To me this anthology represents the bid of goodbye from your childhood to your early years of a teenager. I think this body of work differs from my previous on how I've chosen to tell my story.This body of work consists of 12 poems in total. The book cover, entirely encapsulates my illustration of, "to bid my last essence of childhood into my learning years", representing having to hold back tears, putting on a brave face, and fake a smile.That significant colour, is red. To me, it fits the theme of hatred and betrayal from not relationships from the past but from friends and family. The theme of loss in, "Amour" changes to hatred, then to acceptance in the end.…
