Poseidon is a young merman prince preparing to succeed his dying father as monarch of the beautiful undersea kingdom of Pacifica. Melinda is a poor human servant girl who loves the ocean. This is their unlikely romance, told in alternating perspectives. A prequel to my novella The Siren Queen, but it also works as a stand-alone novella.
