After one of her brothers died and one disappeared, Number Eight and the remaining members of the Hargreeves family fell apart. What was once a well-trained and uniformed family was now a group of detached and damaged strangers.
Number One was a tortured cage fighter, Number Two was a crime-fighting vigilante, Number Three was a celebrity with problems at home, Number Four was a junkie that spent most of his time in rehab, Number Seven was a music student and Number Eight was stuck in a coma after being shot in the chest 12 years ago.
What would happen to the family if their cold, distant, and emotionally abusive father died unexpectedly? What would happen to the family if Number Eight awoke from her coma? What would happen to the family if The Boy came back?
