UNIT stories - episode 008 - the transformation ring
In episode 008 of the stories on the planet of Zarlum.This episode explores the new science group known as UNIT who had quickly become one of the scientific super powers, no other science group was allowed to rise up. This episode focuses heavily on Olivia and Athena being the main focus points, Olivia was a good scientist and really wanted to change the world, however she quickly learned how truely evil Athena really was.The scientists had discovered a problem, they found there were no more metals to fuse with the demons breath virus. Luckily the heavens gave them 2 powerful weapons, they began experimenting with one of the weapons, they created a new form of the virus that they believed would be able to cure a few genetic diseases, they tested it on someone called Wednesday seeing it working perfectly... until it didn't they discovered the deadly effects of the virus. They wanted to create a weapon, they had done that however sadly they were unable to control the weapon, so they had to kill it with the help of Wednesday and the strain was abandoned. They created another strain which had an unexpected effect, they created it in a collage and found that one of the canisters had infected someone, so they quickly had to kidnap them, however their friends decide to get her back. They would have been killed if a person inside of UNIT hadn't decided to grow what no else had... a heart. However it didn't end well for her at all, she had to deal with the rage of Athena.…
