Right after rescuing Nya from Lord Garmadon and barely making it out alive, Kai decides it's best if she returned home before getting into more danger. He would tell her about the whole Ninja prophecy when he returned, or at least he would have. He never told her, but his sister is getting more and more suspicious of his recent actions.
