Beneath the Hood

Oliver Queen, a strong, handsome man, who will give up anything, at any costs, to save his city. After the traumatic events of the undertaking, everything has been upside down. The Arrow needs allies, he has two people to help, John Diggle, a burly body guard, and Felicity Smoak, a beautiful blonde I.T technician. But will this be enough to save the city from the recent outbreak of Vertigo, a high, that makes the rest of the world seem sad and desolate, and Mirikuru, a drug that can make anyone have superhuman abilities, but at devastating costs. Will the vigilante stand up and fight back? Or merely sit, and watch his city fall and crumble?
