A year.. A year passed. Your mother didn't return. You didn't talk to her, you were worried. You were worried sick as she was not picking up her phone nor replying to your texts. You tried contacting your step father, no reply either. He didn't pick up the phone either. You went to your step brothers too, they too said they didn't know. Now, you called your boyfriend- yes, you do have a boyfriend now.. It's Huining Kai, you are in a secret relationship with him from 6 months now, and he was the sweetest person you ever met, you both love each other a lot. Tomorrow, it's your 19th birthday, you were hoping for your mother to come tomorrow,  if not then atleast call you, you were dying to hear her beautiful honey like voice. Your relationship with your step brothers has been going very well, yoongi and Jimin soon started talking to you too. You found out that Jimin could be very clingy sometimes. You were making your way towards Namjoon's room as you wanted your mother to be here tomorrow. You entered and saw Namjoon reading a book.

"Eh! Soon to be birthday girl! How's it going?"

"Namjoon.. " You sat beside him.

"Yea?"

"I want something for my birthday gift.."

He smiled. "You'll get anything you ask for."

"I want my mom to be here tomorrow.. Please.." You looked at him in the eyes.

He looked at you in silence for a moment then spoke  ".. Y/n, she's busy-"

"I don't care if she's busy! It's been a whole year-" You shouted then calmed down and whispered. "Joon.. Please.." A tear rolled down your cheeks, you missed her.

He sighed. "Okay, I'll tell mom and dad to come tomorrow-"

You didn't let him finish as you jumped on him hugging him. He smiled and hugged you back. He felt...Good...he felt warm... holding someone in his arms whom he loves so much and wants to protect..

You went back to your room smiling.

The next day you got ready and went down stairs, everyone wished you a happy birthday and gave several expensive and beautiful gifts. But you just waited for that one gift by Namjoon. After an hour he came in with your parents. You ran to your mother and hugged her tightly, then you hugged your father. You were so happy, you guys, spent the whole day together, laughing and talking. Then the next day your mother left.

You went to school and got greeted by your lovely boyfriend, Kai, he smiled looking at you.

"I love you.." He whispered.

"I love you too.." You whispered.

He then, gave you a small box with a golden heart shaped locket. You opened it and saw the picture of you and kai together smiling at the beach, as sun hit your face. You remember the day, the say when you both had your first kiss. It was magical.

You smiled and gasped looking at his thoughtful gift. "O-oh my god! This is the best gift I got Kai!" You hugged him and he smiled while hugging you back.

"Glad you like it.."

You smiled.

"Let's go for coffee after school?"

"Eh.. You know the boys-"

"Mhm, I get it... Some other time I guess-"

The bell rang.

You walked off to your class and sat beside jungkook. He smiled looking at you and you smiled back.

At night after dinner, Kai texted you.

Kai 💞: how's it going?

Me: good wbu?

Kai 💞: I'm doing great just missing my babe.

Me: we met today.

Kai 💞: don't act like you do not😏.

Me: 🙄

Kai 💞: nvm, you going to the school trip?

Me:yes, me, jimin, tae and jk.

Kai 💞: oh cool, I'll be there as well, babe, when do you think we should reveal our.. Relationship?

Me: when my mom is here.

Kai 💞: wasn't she there yesterday?

Me: yea, she was.. Just for a day..

Kai 💞: it's okay babe, I'm not forcing you.. I just wanna tell everyone that i got the best girl.

Me: 😁

Kai 💞: okay then, good night love..

Me: good night Kai.

You laid on your bed. Things just seemed perfect you have everything.. Everything a person needs to lead a Happy's life...
