Jahsehs music played through my earphones as I stared up at my ceiling. For the past few hours all I have been doing is listening to his older music. I found myself falling even more in love with his music. Falling even more in love with him. He has so much talent and I feel like he doesn't get enough recognition for it.

I feel even more connected to him when listening to his lyrics. We can relate. We have both felt the same pain. Dealt with similar issues. Except he's been in too many jails and I've never been to one, but besides that I'm talking about emotionally.

I never thought I'd find a boy who can relate with me as much as Jah and I. I never thought I'd find someone who understands me as much as Jahseh. I found a great boyfriend. I don't ever want to let that go. We understand each other.

Feeling a soft poke to my cheek, I jumped a little and opened my eyes. I saw Jahseh sitting on my bed with a smirk. I paused the song and sat up as I took my earphones out.

"What you doing?" He asked me. Without answering him, I showed him my phone screen. He smiled then looked back up at me.

"I think this song is my favorite song at the moment" I told him.

"Snow is one of my favorites too" he agreed. "I wanna show you something" he told me as he took my phone in his hands. I just nodded. He took his phone out as well then unplugged my earphones then plugged them into his phone. "I just recorded this song. You're the first to hear it"

"I am?" I asked with a small smile creeping onto my face. He nodded.

"It's the last song for the album then I'm done" he told me.

"I thought it was finished?" I asked. He shook his head.

"Well I thought it was, but I really like this song and I feel like people would enjoy it. I don't want to wait to put it out after the album" he explained.

"Anything you make, people will enjoy" I grabbed the earphones and put them in. I watched as he hit play then quickly looked back up at me. The music started to play and the first thing I heard sounded like a guitar. Then I heard his voice. It was soft and slow. It was already giving me the chills. His voice is beautiful.

"Before I lay me down to sleep I pray the Lord my soul to keep I hope it's not too late for me" his angelic like voice made me smile. His eyes never left me since the second he hit play. Just watching for my reaction.

His music always kept me amazed. Every single song. He doesn't have a bad song. The way he writes and how he puts it all into a beat that is different than the last. He leaves me shocked every time. As the song ended, I took the earphones out and smiled wider.

"Jah that was- it was- I don't even have words" I said with a giggle.

"Did you like it?" He asked with his eyebrows raised. I nodded.

"Yes absolutely" now he smiled and chuckled quietly.

"I keep listening to it over and over trying to see if there's any way I can perfect it more-" I cut him off by putting my hand on his shoulder and saying,

"It's already so perfect, Jahseh. I mean it a hundred percent. I don't think it needs any change" I told him.

"Thank you" He said with a smile and looked down at his phone. He locked it and unplugged my ear phones from it. "So what else are we listening to?" He asked as he laid on his back like how I was before. I continued to smile and laid down again.

"Let's see" I said as I grabbed my phone. I went to the next song to see it's Valentine. I turned it up all the way, locked my phone and put it back down on the bed. I turned my head to look at Jah, who was already staring back at me. He leaned in and kissed me quickly before going back to where he was before.

We just listened to the song and stared at each other. Admiring one another. This is something I could do all day.
