This is awkward.

Jahseh and I keep glancing at each other trying not to get caught looking at each other. It ain't working. We're all just chilling outside talking. Me, Jah, Stokeley, Coolie, Isaiah, and Trunks. Except it's a little awkward behind Jahseh and I. We haven't talked since what happened last night.

Maybe friends is the best choice. I mean we live together, what if something were to happen or we fight, then it would be so awkward living with each other. Like right now. It's a weird between us. Maybe this is the safer way. I just gotta hope my feelings for him disappear.

"Hey" Coolie said as he answered his phone. "Oh word okay I'll come out and get y'all" Coolie said then hung up as he stood up. "The girls are here" He said then ran inside. Trunks following him.

The girls?

"What girls?" I asked the guys.

"Some of our friends. I think you'd like them" Isaiah answered me.

"Yeah you might get along with three of them. The other two I don't know if you will" Stokeley told me. Great. So there's five of them? And there's five guys here. I scoffed and shook my head.

"There's five of them?" I asked. He nodded. "One for each of you then" I said then stood up. I didn't even look at Jahseh. Maybe I shouldn't have said that, but oh well too late. I don't really care.

"Chill" Stoke said with a laugh.

"Where are you going?" Isaiah asked me making me look over at him.

"I think I'm going to shower and go out with Faith" I told him.

"Nah stay with us. If any of them girls fuck with you, we'll kick them out" Stokeley told me. I smiled softly and shook my head. I'm glad he'd defend me.

"It's alright. You guys should have fun, but thanks Stoke" I said and started to walk inside, I felt Jahsehs eyes on me. I looked over at him before opening the door.

"Stay with us" Jahseh said to me as we look at each other. He had a serious look on his face. I want to, but there could possibly be a girl all over him, then I don't want to be here to see it. But he's asking me to, well telling me to.

"You guys just have fun" I said then walked inside. I saw the front door open so I quickly ran up the stairs. I don't want to see how pretty these girls must be. Thank god I can see the back yard from my window though. I can see if a girl is up on Jahseh. I shouldn't even let it bother me. I went into my room and laid on my bed then went to my text messages with Faith.

Faith: going out to eat with my momma
Faith: she says she misses you

Me: tell her I miss her too I gotta come over soon
Me: when you think you gon be home bc I either need you here or I needa leave

Faith: idk why what's going on

Me: there's girls downstairs
Me: 5 girls
Me: and coolie is here which means there's 5 guys 5 girls

Faith: don't freak girl bc jahseh is yours

Me: no he ain't Faith we're friends it's over its whatever

Faith: you're lying to yourself obviously he's got feelings for you , you're just over thinking it

Me: wow thanks for the help
Me: honestly just forget it

Faith: Stas stop I ain't trying be rude but you know it's the truth. maybe you guys don't know what you are but I seen it between y'all

Me: it's fine I shouldn't freak out

Faith: exactly

Me: because none of them are mine

Faith: bruh you too stubborn

Me: im just letting it go. we live together what if we do start to date or whatever then we break up? do you know how weird that would be? I would legit move tf out and I don't wanna do that bc I love it here

Faith: you got a point but still Stas y'all like each other just let the feelings happen

Me: have fun at dinner girl

Does no one understand where I'm coming from? I groaned and just stared up at my ceiling. I don't know what to do. If I'm alone right now, I may drive myself crazy thinking about it. I could easily go down there and sit with them, but I ain't tryna be around a group of people right now. Especially since I don't know half of them. I'm not in the greatest mood either. I looked at my phone again and started to text Ki.

Now I could get my mind off whatever is going on downstairs. I stood up and went over to the window. I saw no one outside. They must be inside now. I went over to my door and opened it to see if I could hear them. I heard a few girls laughing and I instantly shut the door. I texted Ki to text me when he's here then I sat down on my bed again. Hopefully nothing goes on down there.
