The two Jedi worked like clockwork together. Anakin Skywalker dodging to one side while Obi-Wan Kenobi hit me with a flurry of overwhelming attacks. I could barely keep up... of course I wouldn't admit that, but my stamina was dropping, and neither of my opponents were seemingly being effected.

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  "Looks like you're having trouble, 'Saturn,'" Anakin mocked, using my alias lightly while landing another blow to my right lightsaber, "That isn't even your real name, is it?"

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย ย  I growled and pushed him back. I was beginning to feel extremely frightful for the future. I knew deep down I was going to fail my mission, and Count Dooku was going to punish me greatly. Death didn't scare me one bit; Dooku's rage did. His shock tortures, his neglect and abuse. That scared me worst than anything these Jedi could throw at me,

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  "Just surrender now, and you'll get a fair trial," Obi-Wan softly said. The man was playing on the defensive per usual. I had studied his lightsaber tactics during my intensive Sith training, but he wasn't even attempting to disarm me, or even wound me. He was trying to tire me out completely.

I growled and shoved Anakin away with my shoulder, bouncing back as he rebutdtaled back into step. I was beginning to panic and quickly run out of ideas. I have never battled two lightsaber wielders at one time before, let alone a Master like Kenobi, or a Knight like Skywalker.

Stumbling over my feet in distraction over my own fate, I receive a lightsaber blow to my shoulder. I shouted in pain, and pushed the Jedi, Anakin, who had induced the wound, into a large rock stationed by the encampment. Knocking his head into the large surface, the man slipped into unconsciousness. Immediately the Clones who were watching in awe at my betrayal rushed forward to cater to their General,

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย ย  "Running out of ideas?" Obi-Wan hummed while whirling his lightsaber in his hand; rolling his eyes at Anakin, "It would be smart to surrender. You and I both know you won't win this."

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย ย  I gnashed my teeth together and gripped both my blades tightly, "Why wouldn't I win this?" I questioned, shifting my weight from one side to the other, "One of your Jedi are already out of this fight. What makes you any more powerful?"

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  "You're overconfident. You underestimate your opponents which is your downfall," Obi-Wan continued while looking to his fallen friend, "Unfortunately, Anakin tends to do that too. That's why you took him out so easy."

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  I smirked at that, "That's not the reason. I took care of him myself. His emotions didn't contribute to that at all."

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  We were circling each other like hungry Nexu to a piece of bloody meat. Kenobi was unfortunately right. I would have to play a different game if I were to win. Dark side force users tended to play offensive with harsh blows. During this lightsaber battle, I've been forced to be defensive against Skywalker's offensive technique. While Obi-Wan plays on the defensive side, I can finally let out my training that Count Dooku has trained me for.

Whipping forward, I lashed out with my two red lightsaber blades. They heavily clashed against his single blue one; a purplish light spreading across the encampment.

The medical clone from before, Crys, was staring at me through his helmet with a hatred I've never felt before from anyone besides the Count. But, Dooku's hate was only to benefit me. Crys felt... different. He catered to Anakin at the same time, and at this moment, I realized the hatred came from me hurting one of his Generals; his friend,

"You're distracted," Obi-Wan chimed in, parrying one of my sloppy attacks, "Dooku was mistaken by sending you here. You will become a Republic prisoner, and you will never hold another lightsaber again."

"I've killed tons of Jedi before in my time," I snapped, thinking back to when I took the innocent life of Barriss Offee, and how her Master surprisingly didn't seem to care. Jedi Master Luminara shared many similar characteristics to my Master... if I died or was captured, he'd just replace me. That's what he did with his old assassin.

"That's nothing to brag about," the Master commented while frowning, "Anakin told me about what happened on Geonosis. It wasn't a fair fight, Assassin. You ambushed them and killed the Padawan when she wasn't expecting it. You've never truly taken the life of a Jedi."

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย ย  "None of that matters!" I hissed, stepping forward and knocking his lightsaber from his hand while he was distracted; earning a surprised smile, "You will die regardless if it's fair or not! I will die if I don't complete my mission, and I will not limit myself because of one Jedi Master!"

"Are you sure you want to do that, my sweet?" Obi-Wan sneered, obviously trying to get under my skin, "You're surrounded by two Republic Battalions and the likelihood of you getting out of this is quite slim."

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  "I'll take my chances, darling," I commented, feeding into his flirting and returning it back, which caused his smile to grow.

As I began to swing down to finish the deed, I felt a stinging pain in my right calve. Falling to my knee in pain, Obi-Wan called his lightsaber back into his hand and nodded, "Nice shot, Cody. Now, cuff her."

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย ย  Growling, I squirmed towards my discarded lightsabers, which were only snatched by my previous opponent, "Don't worry, young one," Kenobi charmingly smiled, rubbing my cheek, "This won't be the last time we see each other. I have many questions that I'm sure you're eager to answer."

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  "Good luck getting them out of me," I snapped as Cody collected his prisoner from the ground, "You would be dead if it weren't for your loyal dogs. You call that a fair fight?"

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย ย  Obi-Wan didn't answer. He just motioned for Cody to follow him, alongside Crys and Anakin, who had finally came to. We weren't too far outside the medical tent to begin with, but they didn't take me there to get treatment; they took me to the prisoner tent where I would be interrogated about my Master's plan. If I told them his intentions, I would be murdered by the Count without a second thought. If I didn't break, I would likely rot in a cell and I would be replaced by another Sith Assassin. Either way, I don't like the odds.

I just let the Commander drag me along. Without my lightsabers, I was essentially useless. My force abilities were pretty good, but nothing against Kenobi and Skywalker, who both are angry at me at this very moment. It would be smart to comply, and escape later.

Cody roughly threw me in a small makeshift cell and wiped his hands off, "You know, we risked a lot to ensure your 'family' was okay. I hope you understand what path you're going down, kid."

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  I didn't respond; just bit the inside of my cheeks anxiously as the Clone left me to my thoughts.

The sun had began to set on Felucia, causing a chill to ripple through the camp. I was alone in the cell for hours; bundled in my robe shivering. Normally, I would've been able to center my temperature, but my wound made it increasingly difficult as the night went on. Blood soaked through my tight pants and into the ground, causing a fever to set in.

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  I was beginning to doze off. The pain was numbing up into nothingness as my eyes became heavy, until I felt the force signature of another,

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  "Still with us?" the faded voice of General Kenobi questioned; my eyes glued shut.

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  I didn't respond. Frankly, I didn't care what they would do if I refused to oblige with their demands. Infection has already set in, and the Count would kill me anyways, so might as well speed up this inevitable process.

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  All that met my silence was the creaking of an opening door, then more silence. All my brain could formulate was that Kenobi had entered in my cell and was going to begin this endless torturing that would likely kill me.

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย ย  To my surprise, I felt a cold compress go on my leg, causing me to flinch roughly, followed by a bandaid, "That should help the fever," the Jedi commented; my eyes forcing themselves open to see his face,

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย ย  "...Why?" I whispered, regrettably allowing the Jedi to cater to my needs, "I could've killed you, yet you show me kindness? Is this some kind of Jedi trick so I'll reveal my Master's plan?"

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย ย  Obi-Wan shook his head, "We Jedi hold no grudges, and you're a prisoner under my Battalion. It's my duty to help you. I do regret not assisting you earlier, but Anakin was highly against it after your assassination of Padawan Offee. But I am in charge of the mission and I know we must help you."

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย ย  "Very honorable, Master Jedi," I whispered, forcing myself to sit up, "If you were in my Master's care, more than likely he would've murdered you on the spot. I'm gracious you're not like that."

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  "You're a very powerful force user, (Y/N)," Obi-Wan commented, sitting down beside, "I do believe you're fighting for the enemy. You fear the Count, and not just in an apprentice to Master aspect. You're afraid he will kill you for your failures."

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  I didn't respond. No witty-comeback, no smart remark. He wasn't wrong. I knew if I came back to Dooku's grasp empty-handed I would be greatly punished, potentially killed.

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  Obi-Wan placed his hand on my good knee and squeezed softly, "A wise Jedi once told me that the hardest thing you'll ever do is turn your back on what you've known your entire life if it means doing what's right. I can tell you're troubledโ€” the force doesn't lie no matter how much you'd like to hide it."

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  "I don't know what to do..." I finally choked out, my eyes still glued to the floor, "No matter what I choose, my Master will hunt me down. I know all the Separatist secrets and he will not let me live. I can't leave, or I will die."

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  Obi-Wan moved his hand from my knee and cradled me into a side hug. It was a weird feeling. The only affection I've ever received in my life is from the enemy, and not just any enemy; my assassination target, "We won't let that happen," he whispered, "The Jedi Order doesn't make exceptions like this often. Generally if you're Sith, you die Sith, but I sense something in you. If you decide to come willingly for the temple and the Council approves your training, I will protect you."

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย ย  "I just don't know if that'll be enough, Master Jedi," I whispered, imagining Dooku choking the strawberry blond male to death while I was forced to witness. I would rather die than see Obi-Wan Kenobi face the same fate, and I see that now, "I don't want to put you or anyone at risk. I see how truly foolish I was before. I have made a huge mistake falling to the Dark Side."

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  "I'll take this as consideration of joining the Order then?" the handsome male commented while rubbing my shoulder lightly, "I swear, you will be protected and trained in the ways of a Jediโ€” elegant and powerful, and you'll have the other members of the Order by your side. We outnumber Dooku 10-1."

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  I fell into his rhythmic touch. I did have many questions. Everything was happening so fast, but he wasn't wrong about a single thing. I was lost, and I was scared. I was on the wrong side, but I was blinded by fear the whole time,

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  "What if I get angry and hurt someone?" I asked, breaking the silence, "I've been trained my entire life to harm and kill. That won't change overnight."

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  "We will just have to work through it. And I'm a patient man," he smirked, picking himself off from the ground; slowly pulling me up with him, careful not to harm my leg, "And besides, it's worth the risk. You're worth the risk."

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  I blushed bashfully and looked away, "I guess I may have to go with you and meet this Council then. You're convincing me, Master Jedi."

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย ย  Limping outside, his strong limbs wrapped around my body to help me maneuver. While he wasn't looking, I pressed a small kiss to his temple and giggled as his pale cheeks lit up,

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  "Yeah I'm definitely taking you back to the temple," he jested, earning confused looks from his battalion, and another peck from me.
