Rey opened the door a crack. Finn was directly on the other side.

"Can't you just open it using the Force?" he asked.

"I guess I can," Rey said. "I've just never had a need to. I'm human too you know. I have hands that are capable of opening a door."

Finn laughed. Rey loved being around Finn. She felt like she could just be herself. Rey and Finn began to walk together down the long metal hallway.

"How's Rose?" Rey asked, glancing sideways at her friend.

"She's doing better. She finally woke up. I'm bringing some food back to her after the meeting."

"I'm glad to hear it!"

"Me too. I was really worried about her."

They continued in silence, neither one speaking. Finally Finn asked, "Rey, what's bothering you?"

"Nothing." Rey tried to sound convincing, but grimaced at her poor attempt.

Finn rolled his eyes. "C'mon, tell me. Is it Rose?"

Rey snorted. "Are you kidding me? No. Of course not."

"Are you sure?" Finn was skeptical.

"Sure I'm sure."

Finn planted his feet on the ground, grabbed Rey's shoulders, and made her face him. "Tell me, now. What's wrong?"

Rey's lips began to tremble. "I'm....I'm leaving."

Finn didn't know what to say, confused. "What do you mean?"

"Finn, look, Snoke is alive. I have to go kill him before he takes over the First Order again and tries to take over the galaxy. And Ben. I must save him, or kill him. Depending on the circumstances."

Finn stared at Rey. "Rey, please." Finn shook his head back and forth, but changed his mind when he realized that it was the right decision.

"I'm sorry, Finn. It's for the good of the galaxy. Don't try to stop me or save me again. Your place is here, with the Resistance. The First Order will find you, sooner or later. You must help Leia. I will take care of Snoke, and you will take care of Leia and the Resistance."

"I...I understand." Tears came to Finn's eyes. "We were just reunited. And you're leaving again. You.....you might die."

"I know, Finn. I'd rather die fighting for what's right than sit around while Snoke uses his power to take over."

Rey blinked back tears. Still facing each other, Rey pulled Finn in for a hug. "I might never see you again," she whispered into his ear. "Finn, you are my best friend."

Finn didn't say anything and sniffed. Rey laid her head on his shoulder. "Take care of Rose. She loves you, from what I've heard about her. I was never meant for you Finn," said Rey.

Finn let go and stepped back. "I will, Rey. I'll just miss you. Be careful. When are you leaving?"

"I'm going to quickly say good-bye to Leia and then slip out," said Rey.

Finn pulled her in for another hug. "Don't get killed. And bring back this Ben Solo kid. I'd like to meet him. It would make Leia happy."

"Finn, Rey, General Organa requests your presence for the meeting," C-3PO said as he hobbled down the corridor. "Oh, I apologize for interrupting, but you two were expected to arrive in the main room several minutes ago."

Rey gave Finn one more squeeze and finally let go. "It's fine, 3PO," she said. "Let's go. Wouldn't want to make Leia mad."

Finn nodded in agreement. The two slowly followed C-3PO down the metal hallway, sorrowfully keeping their thoughts to themselves. After turning a few corners, they entered a large room through a dilapidated sliding door. Inside were several dusty control panels and tables, with old screens lining the walls. The Imperial symbol was painted on one wall. It looked like Chewie had done his job and completely scratched through and wrecked the old symbol. "Rey, Finn, I am so glad that you've arrived!" General Organa said in relief. She glanced around the room and her eyes fell on Kornin. The man was leaning against a control panel in a corner, his hands tucked into two old grey pockets. "Would you mind leaving for a few minutes? I'm sorry, but this meeting is for Resistance members only, you know, top secret. I hope you understand."

Kornin stood up straighter. "Of course, ma'am. No problemo." With that, he strode out of the room, the sliding door squeaking behind him as it struggled to close on its old mechanics.

"Alright everyone, let's begin, shall we?" Leia asked. Poe stood on her right hand side, and the others gathered closer. The only one absent was Rose, who was still recovering. Finn shot Rey a questioning look as she moved in to listen.

"I'll leave after," Rey whispered to Finn.

"As we all know, we are highly wanted by the First Order," Leia began. She placed her hands on the control panel in front of her. "We have no where else to go, and trust me, they will find us. We just don't know when. Maybe hours, maybe days, maybe weeks, or even longer. We may be able to leave eventually and find a safer place to stay."

"I would like to brainstorm locations for us to go. We are the Resistance, yes, but we must get more supplies and recruits before we take any further actions against the First Order."

"Wait!" Poe silenced the meeting with a strange look. "Actually, keep speaking, General."

Poe crept away from the table, inching towards a door behind him. "Any suggestions on possible planets? Moons? Anywhere?" Leia asked, even though everyone's eyes were on Poe.

Poe made it to the door, and quickly opened it. "Ahah!" Poe cried, grabbing an angry yet shocked Kornin by the collar. "General, we have an eavesdropper! I heard someone back here. Can't believe no one else did."

"So we have, Poe." Leia replied, obviously upset. Poe dragged Kornin, who was angrily rebeling, over to Leia.

"So, you are still affiliated with the enemy, hmmm? The Empire first, and now the First Order?" Leia questioned sternly.

Kornin's eyes widened with fear. "N...no, General. Of course not. I just want to help you."

"Is that the truth?"

Kornin gasped as Poe tightened his grip around his collar. "Yes, yes, General. Yes!"

Leia winked at Rey. "We have a Jedi among us who is extremely talented at ways of torture. Force lightning, choking, you name it. I'm assuming you've heard of these?"

"General, no, please!" Kornin pleaded. "Fine, I'll tell you!" Poe loosened his hand a little from Kornin's collar. "Ever since the Empire collapsed, I have been a contact for the First Order. And I-"

Kornin paused, gulping.

"And you what?" Leia asked through clenched teeth.

"I....I reported you to the First Order," Kornin said in one breath. Poe cried out angrily and whipped Kornin to face him.

"General, let me kill him. Let me kill him now!" He forced Kornin to his knees, pushing down on the grey shoulders of Kornin's Imperial uniform.

"No, I should have known better. We were desparate. I had no other option. I didn't know he was able to contact the First Order." Leia hung her head. "But we will not kill him, Poe. We are the Resistance. We will not kill a defenseless man. Lock him up in an old but reliable cell. We'll deal with this later."

Poe pulled Kornin to his feet. "Come with me," he said menacingly.

Kornin had a look of fear in his eyes, afraid to be alone with Poe. "BB-8, go along with Poe and make sure he doesn't, uh, try anything on Kornin," Leia said.

BB-8 whistled happily, rolling along behind Poe and Kornin. Once they had left, Leia turned to the remaining Resistance fighters.

"Now, we have better things to discuss."
