Crunch. Crunch. A pair of shiny black boots stepped harshly on the white, salt surface of Crait, leaving imprints on the ground that revealed the red surface below. The owner of the boots, Kylo Ren, clenched his hands in anger. He started approaching his ship, which was standing among a row of AT-M6 Walkers. Kylo stopped, standing stiffly, as a group of gleaming white stormtroopers and General Hux emerged from his ship. Kylo stared right at Hux. Hux gulped.

"My lord-" Hux began.

"It's Supreme Leader now," Kylo Ren said, narrowing his eyes.

"Supreme Leader Ren," said Hux, "any sign of the Resistance?"

"No!" Kylo snapped angrily, bringing forth a grimace from Hux. "They escaped! We must crush them. We must! It is not over yet." Kylo breathed heavily in anger. "How many ships do we have left?"

"Your command shuttle and four Star Destroyers. Two Destoyers are almost complete at our building unit on Tulisk. Plus we have TIE Fighters, Supreme Leader."

Kylo nodded. "Enough to destroy a small band of fighters. The only thing left is to locate the Resistance. Find them!"

"How?"

Kylo's eyes gleam with anger. "I don't care how! Check Outer Rim systems! Contact our allies all over the galaxy! Reward anyone with knowledge of their location. The Resistance is a threat that needs to be eradicated from the galaxy."

With that, Kylo sidestepped Hux, his black cape swirling behind him. He marched toward his ship. Hux clenched his teeth and briskly followed behind.

"Kill every Resistance fighter out there," Kylo said. He climbed up the ramp and entered the ship.

"Even the girl? The Jedi girl?" Hux knew how to put Kylo on the edge and make him angry. Hux hated Kylo.

Kylo spun around and strode up to Hux. "No. Bring her to me." Kylo put his face right up to Hux's. "I don't want you to mention any Jedi ever to me again."

"Yes Supreme Leader," Hux nervously replied.

Satisfied, Kylo began to walk to his private quarters. The girl. Rey. Kylo closed his eyes in frustration. I just want to stop thinking about her! But I can't! She's with the Resistance, I know she is. Hiding.

Kylo reached his door and placed his hand on it.

"Supreme Leader!" A voice broke through Kylo's thoughts. An officer in a dark grey uniform stood at attention a few feet away. Kylo nodded.

"We will be entering hyperspace and making a quick stop at the planet Memir to refuel. We will then wait in space for news of the Resistance. Contact has been made to our allies all over the galaxy, and several small ships have been sent to search possible Outer Rim systems."

"Good. I will be retiring for a while. I want no one disturbing me. Alert me when we land on Memir," Kylo ordered.

"Yes, Supreme Leader," the officer said as he dipped his head in respect.

Kylo Ren opened the door to his room and went in. A service droid took his coat and Kylo laid his lightsaber in a table. Kylo sighed. He sat down and reclined in a soft black chair. Rey. The girl. The Force. Kylo gritted his teeth. Just stop thinking about her. STOP. He tried to clear his mind and closed his eyes. They had only been shut for a few minutes when Kylo saw a soft blue light breaking though the slits in his half-closed eyelids.
