Hearing the officer, everyone ran outside and saw a female body being lifted from the car's trunk to the ambulance. The police brought along an ambulance with them, just in case anyone was hurt. Jungkook felt desperate and ran towards Seulgi.

"Is she okay?" Jungkook asked with a worried look.

The ambulance crew assured everyone that she was just unconscious because of losing a lot of blood. Hearing this Jungkook felt a little bit of relief but his heart was still beating like crazy as YN was yet to be found.

The other agents were waiting in the car across the street. They weren't supposed to reveal themselves. But seeing Seulgi in that state, Jimin couldn't stay put and ran to the ambulance. Tears were streaming down his cheeks incessantly and holding her lifeless hand, he got inside the ambulance.

After the ambulance left for the hospital, suddenly officer Yoongi came out of the Han mansion. He was supporting YN to walk as she looked very pale and weak. Jungkook's heart skipped a beat seeing her in this condition.

Hana was still standing at the doorstep with the female officer and eyeing YN like a hawk. Then all of a sudden, pushing the officer violently, she ran towards YN and strangled her throat.

"It's all your fault! I'll kill you and I'll also kill that disgusting thing growing inside you! Jungkook is mine only!" Hana shouted while strangling YN.

Everyone got shocked at this unexpected incident and ran towards them in a hurry. Yoongi somehow managed to pull Hana away from YN and Jungkook was fast enough to engulf YN in the safety of his arms.

Mr Han used to think highly of his daughter but seeing her behaving this way, he felt a sharp pain in his weak heart. He got a heart attack and taken to the hospital, while Hana was arrested and taken to the police station.

Meanwhile, YN kept sobbing while snuggling in Jungkook's chest. She was still traumatized. She was kidnapped two times in a single day, not to mention, while being pregnant.

"It's okay, it's okay. I'm not gonna let anything happen to you again. You'll be fine, hmm!" Jungkook cooed while caressing her back softly.

  
   
  

However, YN was taken to the hospital for necessary checkups. She was lying on the bed when an unfamiliar aged woman entered her room.

"Oh my God, you poor thing! How is my grandchild?" The woman asked and sat beside YN.

YN was confused and kept looking at the woman with her widened eyes.

"Oh don't be scared dear. I'm Jungkook's mother. I wanted to meet you in person but never thought that we'd meet like this. Get well soon and give birth to a healthy baby. I can't wait to see my mini Kookie," Mrs Jeon said with a smile and caressed YN's head with motherly affection.

Then she asked YN some random things to get to know her better. While they were chatting, Mr Jeon was waiting outside the cabin and hesitating if he should go inside or not. He was actually very ashamed and felt bad for the girl whom he called a whore and gold digger.

"What are you doing here?" Jungkook asked, seeing his father.

"Son.....! I don't know how to say this but I'm really sorry. I never imagined Hana could do something like this. Hope you can forgive your old man!"

Jungkook just nodded and then Mr Jeon embraced him in a fatherly manner. Then he introduced YN to his father and it went quite well. Sara also came to visit YN. And at the end of the day, Jungkook took YN to his own apartment.

   
  
   
It was late at night and it was raining heavily with thunderstorm. Jungkook was still awake as he was going through the documents regarding the Viper gang. As long as the gang was active, YN wouldn't be able to walk freely. So he was desperate to catch the leader and end everything once and for all.

He was deeply engrossed in the documents when suddenly he heard the sound of breaking of a glass. The sound came from YN's room and realizing it, he ran there in a hurry. He opened the door only to find YN breathing heavily and there was a broken glass on the floor which he kept earlier on the night stand beside her bed.

"Hey is everything okay? What happened?" Jungkook asked calmly as he went near and sat on the edge of her bed.

"I had a nightmare. My ba-baby....." YN tried to explain while caressing her belly.

"Shhh.... It's okay. I'm here now, nothing's gonna happen to the baby or to you," Jungkook assured and pulled her in a tight hug.

She started sobbing again while holding him tightly. Her tight grip only indicated that she was still scared and she needed someone to hold onto. So Jungkook laid down on the bed and engulfed her completely in his warm embrace.

"Let me put you to sleep, hmm!"

And just like that Jungkook started humming a sweet song to her. While singing, his fingers unknowingly caressed her silky hair. To him it felt like he finally found peace and he wanted to stay like this forever.

"I used to think that having someone in my life will make me weak and they'll snatch away my peace and freedom. But now that you're in my arms like this, I just never want to let you go. The fact that I'm gonna be a father doesn't make me scared or nervous. Instead it makes me feel some kind of joy and I just can't wait to hold that little soul in my hands. The mere thought of starting a family with you, makes me feel butterflies. I didn't know that I had it in me. Is this what falling in love means? Have I already fallen for you YN!"

Jungkook whispered to himself while holding her small figure very dearly. He thought she was asleep but she was awake enough to hear his each and every word. But she played along and kept her eyes closed although butterflies were now tickling her stomach like crazy.
