The sun was just starting to come up as they all climbed into the car. Jungkook still would not let Sun-Hee go, so she sat on his lap in the middle seat. He put his hands under her shirt for some much needed soul bonding. Sun-Hee laid back and rested against Jungkook and just enjoyed his touch. He whispered in her ear how much he missed her, how glad he was to have her back and how much he loved her.

Joonie sat in the front seat but he reached back and put his hand on Sun-Hee's knee, "We're so glad you are back with us. I went a little crazy when they took you away yesterday. I think we'll need to do our Korean lessons in the penthouse otherwise I'm going to be worried about a knock at the door the whole time."

Tae sat to Sun-Hee's right and held one of her hands and Yoongi had the other one. Jimin and Hobi sat behind and both reached over every once in a while to give her a rub on her shoulder or arm. Jin, on the other hand, had his arms around Jungkook's shoulders, hugging his Maknae. Jin was so happy they were all back together. They had all been traumatized by having Jungkook's soulmate in jail and they all just needed to be near them right now.

Jin ordered breakfast take-out that they picked up on the way back to the apartment.

Dal couldn't come in to eat with them. He said he was meeting with the lawyer in an hour, which made them all realize this may not be completely over if the legal trouble wasn't resolved. Dal turned to the boys, "I'll need the best actors to go to the police station with me and the lawyer in a few hours because I have an idea. I thought Taehyung and Seokjin should go, maybe Namjoon too because you were pretty intimidating to the American prick."

They all wondered what Dal had planned but they knew each one of them would be up for doing anything to help Sun-Hee and resolve this mess.

Once they were home, Sun-Hee insisted on taking a shower and changing her clothes right away. She was still wearing the awful clothes they made her put on at the jail. Jungkook had almost not wanted her to leave him to take a shower but he laid on her bed and kept reassuring himself that she was right inside that door.

It was a relief for him to see her back in her normal clothes when she came out. She chose to wear jeans and his big black hoodie. Seeing her in his hoodie made him smile. They enjoyed a nice long hug, then headed up to the boy's apartment.

Once they got inside and started eating, Sun-Hee was able to ask about the financial difficulties that Namjoon had talked to Tobi about.

Namjoon explained, "I actually haven't told any of you about this yet. Sun-Hee, I was going to tell you after we had our lesson in Hangul but, well, obviously I didn't get the chance."

Sun-Hee nodded, yesterday's horrors were fresh in all their minds.

Joonie continued, "Dal has spent the last week researching anything and everything about Tobi and his family. He came across some financial records that show that Tobi's father has made a series of unfortunate investments over the last few years. Also the companies he owns are not doing well. They've had a series of issues because the companies are trying to cut corners with their products. They've had recalls and several citations from the FDA. Tobi's father had to take out a few very large loans that appear to be underinsured. This puts them in the tenuous position that if their stock prices drop even a little in several of their companies, the loans could be called in. That is where you all come in." He looked around at everyone at the table.

Hobi smiled, "What can we do to help? We're ready."

Namjoon nodded, "Good. We are going to do a series of VLives this week. We will do them in pairs, so they are more popular. We are going to off-handedly make a comment about a product sold by Tobi's family companies. His family mostly owns companies that sell cosmetics and face care products. But they also sell some spa type items and travel accessories too. We just need to make a dip in their stock prices and I think we can convince the banks to call in the loans, which cannot be repaid. They just don't have the money. Which means their homes and cars which are listed as collateral for the loans will be repossessed. I'm not sure they will have much left once the banks are done with them."

Sun-Hee looked a little sick to her stomach. All the boys at the table seemed eager to bring Tobi's whole family down to financial ruin. "I feel kinda bad for trying to ruin their whole family like this, are you sure it is necessary? Tobi seemed like he was going away for good. I think Jungkook scared him to death."

Everyone at the table was surprised to hear her protecting Tobi. Jimin looked a little mad. Jungkook smiled though, not a cheerful smile, "I hope he was scared because if I ever see him again, I won't hesitate to kill him."

Sun-Hee frowned at that but before she could say anything, Namjoon spoke up again. "Sun-Hee, Tobi's father put them in this position to become bankrupt. If a few dips in stock prices can bring on financial ruin, then they deserve it. Also, we need to make sure that Tobi doesn't have the ability to come back. None of the rest of us feel badly about doing this. We aren't going to let you go through anything like that again."

Yoongi had a different take on it. He took Sun-Hee's hand in his, "I can see you are upset that Jungkook would even consider killing someone. Probably because you don't want him to go to prison? If we ruin Tobi financial he won't have the means to come after you again, which means Jungkook won't kill him and won't go to jail." Sun-Hee nodded. She understood Yoongi's point better.

Jimin stood up suddenly. He had never raised his voice at Sun-Hee but she was making him mad now. "How can you even feel bad that we are going to do this? After what he did to you, to all of us?! Why would you still protect him?! He is a terrible person, he deserves this. I can't believe you aren't on board!" Jimin stormed out of the kitchen.

Sun-Hee was really surprised Jimin got so upset, the rest of the boys weren't. Her words had been unsettling to them all and none of them had much sleep.

Then Jungkook dropped a bomb on them, "I'm going to introduce Sun-Hee on my VLive."

The whole table gave shocked responses to this.

"What?!"

"You can't do that!"

"What are you thinking?"

But Jungkook looked like he had made up his mind. "I'm tired of hiding her away. I'm tired of being held to a standard we can't live up to. The American singers date girls and get tattoos and no one cares. Harry Styles has dated Taylor Swift, Kylie Jenner, and a series of models. Justin Bieber has dated Selena Gomez, Kylie Jenner, and so many others. And they both have lots of tattoos! I want to be me and do normal things like date my soulmate. And I think real ARMY would want me to be happy."

No one could really argue with him on that. Joonie spoke up, "I'm fine with you introducing Sun-Hee, I think it would make things much easier. But you have to talk to Manager Sejin before you do it or it would be breaking your contract." Jungkook nodded.

Sun-Hee didn't know what to think. She had been in hiding ever since she knew she was Jungkook's soulmate. But once Tobi was not a threat, maybe they could go public with their relationship. She was glad that Jungkook was confident enough with their future to announce it publicly, but what if ARMY was mad? What if they protested? What if she became the reason that BTS broke up? She could never live with herself if that happened. All the boys would resent her and Jungkook if that happened.

There were a few idols that had announced their soulmates. Each time there had been an uproar of outrage, mostly with Asian fans. Some of the soulmates were eventually accepted by fans but some idols had shortly after left their groups. It seemed like the outcry was louder with male idols than with female idols. Jungkook was extremely popular. It seemed likely that his fans would be upset.

Sun-Hee knew that she and Jungkook would need to talk this over before anything happened. She stood up from the table. "I'm going to go talk with Jimin." Jungkook almost didn't want to let her go. "I'll stay right in the apartment, I'm not going away." She reassured him running her fingers back through his hair before leaving.

Sun-Hee looked all around the house for Jimin. Finally finding him downstairs, in his room, on his bed. "I don't know if I've ever been in your room before." She said as she entered the room.

Jimin was laying on his side on his bed curled up fetal style. When Sun-Hee entered, he held his hand out to her. She went over and laid down, spooning him from behind. She ran her hand up and down his arm. "I'm sorry I made you mad. You all saved me today. You've beaten up terrible men for me twice now. It has to seem ungrateful that I questioned Joonie's plan."

Jimin rubbed his sleeve on his face and Sun-Hee realized he had been crying. When he spoke it broke her heart. "Can you tell me why? Why would you defend him? He hurt you repeatedly and hunted you down. Why would you want us to go easy on him?"

Sun-Hee sighed, "I don't know Jimin. I've never had a vengeful personality. I work to always try to give people the benefit of the doubt, even though it is hard sometimes. I think revenge does worse things to the people inflicting it, than to the person being attacked. I read a quote once that said, 'Resentment is like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to die.' So I've always tried to forgive easily, so it doesn't eat me up inside. But now that Joonie and Yoongi explained their side, I think you are all right. We need to see this through to the conclusion, then be done with it and move on. It might help Jungkook let it go, I don't want him to continue to think about Tobi for the rest of his life."

Jimin turned over to face Sun-Hee then. His tongue darted out to lick his lips and ran his fingers through his hair. Sun-Hee reached up and untangled his necklaces while he talked. "I'm sorry I yelled at you. I thought you were still effected by that asshole somehow, and that is why you were defending him. I thought maybe you still had feelings for him, and didn't want us to hurt him. I saw how upset you were when Jungkook was beating him up."

Sun-Hee's eyebrows came up in the middle, and she moved her hand to hold Jimin's cheek, "Oh Jimin, no. I never had feelings for Tobi. I hated him from the beginning. I was just too weak to walk away. I was upset by Jungkook beating Tobi up because Jungkook is such a sweet, gentle, talented man. He sings, dances, paints, and does sports. He has a wonderful sense of humor, he's caring, and he's just such an amazing guy. And today he had so much anger that he was beating someone up, for me. I had directly caused Jungkook to become a person that would threaten someone's life and would beat someone up so badly. I just felt terrible that I had essentially made him into that person which was so different from his normal self."

Jimin smiled then he took her hand in both of his and rubbed the back of her hand. "You really think Jungkook is great, don't you?" Sun-Hee nodded. "You didn't turn Jungkook into who you saw today, that was already a part of him. Honestly it is part of every man. We are programmed to protect the ones we love. Jungkook loves you so much and he wanted to protect you. Today, he finally got the chance. He isn't a changed person, don't think that he has become bad. Today just revealed a part of him that will always be there. The part that will always protect you from whatever threatens you. I guarantee Jungkook doesn't feel bad about today. He has been waiting for a long time to protect you from Tobi and today he got his chance. He is proud of protecting you. Please don't make him feel bad about it, okay?"

Sun-Hee smiled, "Jimin, you are so smart. I'm always amazed how you can see what people are feeling even without them telling you, especially your brothers. Thank you so much for helping me understand." She yawned then. "I feel so much better about it."

Jimin smiled, "I feel better too." He pulled Sun-Hee into a hug. With how little sleep they had both gotten in addition to the stress they had been under they fell almost instantly asleep.

Upstairs the boys grabbed their vibrating phones. Dal texted to ask Jin, Tae, Namjoon, and Jungkook to meet him out front to head to the police station with the lawyer. The plan was to 'visit' Sun-Hee and raise a fuss when she wasn't found at the police station. They needed Jin and Tae to act shocked and Namjoon to act mad. Dal had decided it would be weird to go without Jungkook since he was the soulmate, so they were bringing him to act distraught. They needed to figure out who the crooked cops were that let Tobi take her. The lawyer thought they might also get some legal leverage since things had been handled so badly.

Jungkook was a little sick to his stomach to leave Sun-Hee again but it helped knowing he would be doing something that could protect her from all these legal difficulties. Dal had promised they would be quick and get everyone back home soon.

Jungkook and Jin went to find Sun-Hee so they could tell her they were leaving. For the second time that week they found her sleeping with Jimin. But this time the two weren't covered in kittens.

The oldest boy and the youngest boy looked at each other and smiled. Jin whispered, "Looks like they made up."

Jungkook said, "We'd better not tell Tae he is missing out on cuddling with his two favorites." They turned the lights out on their way out and let them sleep.
