The next morning they got into a bit of an disagreement. Jungkook thought Sun-Hee should stay home from school for the day and recover. But she thought differently.

"We soul-bonded all night long. I am at full strength. I am totally fine. I won't go anywhere after getting home from Big-Hit today and will wait here for you." She smiled and grabbed her backpack as if everything was decided.

Jungkook still looked a little doubtful. "That was a rough night last night, I would prefer you stayed here and rested today. But, if you insist, I guess I'll see you at lunch. We need to talk about our trip to Japan this weekend. I know Namjoon mentioned it but we need to work out the logistics." He grabbed her in a hug and gave her a long sweet kiss on the lips. "Mmmmm, that will definitely help me make it to lunch!" He called smiling, as he ran out of the door.

After Finance, Sun-Hee and Dae-Hyun walked out together. "I'm feeling so much better about that class after just one study session with you." He admitted.

"Me too! I understood most of today's lecture." Sun-Hee smiled while she waited for her coffee order.

"Do you feel up to studying again today?" He asked.

"Yeah, sure. But I need to stay at home today so would you mind studying at my apartment?" She sipped on her Frappuccino.

"Sure, text me your address. Shall we do three thirty again today?"

Sun-Hee texted him and nodded, "Sounds good, see you then." On her way to the next class she called the guards at her apartment to let them know Kim Dae-Hyun would be coming to see her today around 3:30pm.

After thoroughly enjoying both her art and poetry classes, Sun-Hee arrived at Big Hit Headquarters. She decided to head to the cafeteria first and fix a plate of food for her and Jungkook before meeting Jungkook at his office. She was feeling really good today. She didn't have a hint of a headache yet, so maybe they would be able to start bonding less frequently.

When she walked into the cafeteria the first person she saw was Dal, the bodyguard that had taken such good care of her at the concert. She smiled, she had never seen him at Big Hit before. She actually hadn't seen him since the night of the concert.

Sun-Hee smiled and waved and went over to say hello. "Dal, good to see you! I've never seen you here, how have you been?"

Dal looked at her warmly but before he could answer, they were interrupted by Jang-Mi who was sitting at a table nearby. "Well, none of us have seen him for the last couple weeks because some stupid bitch got herself hurt on his watch and he has been on administrative leave until the investigation was complete."

Sun-Hee's face dropped. Oh no, I got him in trouble! Dal saw how forlorn Sun-Hee was after Jang-Mi's thoughtless comment. He grabbed Sun-Hee's left hand with his left hand and put his right hand on her back effectively turning her away from all the eyes in the room. "Hey Sun-Hee let's chat outside, shall we?" He escorted her to a couple doors down the hall and ushered her into an empty office.

As he closed the door she was saying, "I'm so sorry! I'm so, so sorry! I got you in trouble? I had no idea!" Her face showed how badly she felt.

"No, no, not at all. I'm not in trouble. Please don't listen to Jang-Mi, she is angry and opinionated and usually wrong about everything. It is standard protocol, when there is an accident, that we get paid administrative leave until the investigation is complete. The investigation showed that I did nothing wrong, in fact they put a letter of commendation in my file for the way it was handled. I've now been promoted a bit. I'm going to start helping with investigations in addition to doing security. So, although I wish you'd never been hurt, it actually ended as well as possible for me."

Sun-Hee was relieved, "Oh, good. I was so worried that I got you in trouble."

Dal reached out and put his hand on her shoulder, "No, not at all. Getting in trouble with a powerful company like Big Hit would be bad, but no, I'm not in trouble." He was touched that she was concerned for him. The BTS boys had always been so friendly and kind to him. Dal was glad to see that their friend was equally as humble and kind. "No one else knows it was you at the concert so I didn't want to talk about this in the cafeteria."

"Oh, good idea. Yeah, I'm Namjoon's intern to all of them. None of the employees know that the seven boys are my friends." She smiled. She didn't mention being Jungkook's soulmate because she wasn't sure Dal knew about that.

Rather than go back to the cafeteria, Sun-Hee decided to head straight for Jungkook's office. He was waiting for her with some plates of food. She was excited to show Jungkook how well she was doing without bonding today. "I don't even have a little bit of a headache! Yay! Maybe soon I won't be so needy and you won't have to worry about me so much." She smiled.

But Jungkook frowned a bit, "I like you being needy. I like you needing my skin all the time."

She sat down next to him on the couch, "I'll still need you silly! It just won't be a matter of life and death like the last couple of days. I think the kissing helped." She smiled at him.

"Well, if the kissing helps then we should probably do that." He pulled her into his lap and soul bonded with their passionate kisses.

When Namjoon knocked then opened the door to Jungkook's office, he found them in the passionate embrace. He looked quickly to the wall. "We are starting Jungkook, let's go. Hi Sun-Hee. Sorry to take him away." Then glancing back at them and seeing two almost full plates of food. "Did you guys eat at all?"

"Whoops!" Jungkook grabbed a plate and pair of chopsticks and headed to the meeting.

Sun-Hee stayed in Jungkook's office and ate for a few minutes before heading home. She smiled at how nice it was to kiss him. She was glad he had so much self-control last night. After the drama of the evening it would have been a poor choice to end it that way. She decided she would try to have self-control as well. But she was really looking forward to the day when she they would be ready to love each other in every way.

When Sun-Hee got to the parking garage she was pleasantly surprised to find that Dal was going to drive her home. She asked if she could sit in the front seat and he let her. She asked him to tell her a little about himself. He told her he was from Daegu province but then expertly got her to tell him all about growing up in the US and her parents. She got the sense that he was more comfortable listening than talking.

Sun-Hee had a little time when she got home to clean up a bit. She put in a load of laundry and had the dish washer going. She had a chance to dust and vacuum.

Dae-Hyun arrived just on time for their study session. She ushered him into the living room where she had laid some snacks and drinks out on the table. He threw his coat on the back of a chair and sat down. Sun-Hee sat on the couch.

They had an enjoyable study session the same as yesterday. They got a lot done but also really enjoyed talking and working with each other. Sun-Hee kept better track of the clock this time. When it got to 6:30 she said, "Well, we better call it a night. My boyfriend comes home around seven and I need to do some things before he gets here. Thanks so much for coming over. I'm feeling really good about the material in this class." Sun-Hee specifically didn't use the word 'soulmate' because it had a much more serious connotation.

Dae-Hyun was surprised to find she had a boyfriend because she had only been in the country for a couple of weeks. But he tried not to act surprised. "Oh, okay. Well, thanks, yeah, I'm feeling really good about the class also." They said goodbye and he headed out.

It wasn't even five minutes after Dae-Hyun left when Sun-Hee heard Jungkook knock on her door. When she answered it, he was wearing a black bucket hat and a black mask. He had on black jeans with a black and white patterned button down shirt and a leather jacket. He didn't even come in. "Grab your keys, we need to go take care of something."

She grabbed her purse and they headed through the lobby and out the front doors. When Sun-Hee realized they were headed into town she stopped him. "We can't go out together, remember the contract? We have to have a group."

Jungkook took her hand and kept walking, "We'll be quick, no one will ever know."

As Sun-Hee walked along, she still protested, "Bang PD told us we had to follow the contract. Remember how serious he was?"

"It will be fine, it is a quick errand. We will be back before anyone knows." Jungkook pulled her into a convenience store just a block or so away from their building. He asked her for her key. When she handed it over, he gave it to the clerk behind the counter. "We need two extra keys made from this key." Jungkook paid with cash and they waited by a display while the clerk made the keys.

While they waited, Sun-Hee was surprised to see Dae-Hyun come up to the counter with a basket of items to buy. He must have come right here after leaving her apartment. Dae-Hyun saw Sun-Hee and smiled. "Hey! I was just going to text you. I think I left my jacket at your apartment. Do you think I could come grab it now or do you just want to bring it to class tomorrow?"

Sun-Hee felt Jungkook stiffen next to her then he wrapped his arms around her shoulders possessively. Great, here we go. Sun-Hee forced a smile. "Kim Dae-Hyun, this is my boyfriend Justin I was telling you about. Justin, Dae-Hyun and I are in Finance together and he came over to study today." She used Jungkook's alias 'Justin Seagull' because he was in disguise and they were in public.

But Jungkook shocked her by pulling down his mask and reaching out for a hand-shake with Dae-Hyun, "Nice to meet you Dae-Hyun. I've heard so much about you. I'm Jeon Jungkook. She'll bring the coat to class tomorrow." Sun-Hee heard a gasp behind her and knew someone had heard his name.

The clerk came up at that moment and handed Jungkook the keys. Sun-Hee gave Dae-Hyun an apologetic look and grabbed Jungkook's hand and pulled him out on to the street. She glance back to see if they were being followed. Luckily they weren't.

Sun-Hee was furious, "Are you even kidding me right now?! What the hell was that? We are so lucky no one took a picture right then! Of all the insufferable things for you to do! I can't even imagine what was going through your brain!" She stopped the tirade to look at him. "Why aren't you letting me hold your hand?"

She could only see his eyes under his hat and above his mask. He didn't look happy. "Oh, really? YOU are going to be mad right now? Well you are going to have to let me get over my anger before I'm going to acknowledge yours. I can't believe you just did that." She shook her head.

He was quiet the whole way back to the apartment. He used one of his new keys to get in. Once inside he took off the hat and mask and threw them on a console table. Then he went over and picked up Dae-Hyun's coat and held it up to her, "Explain."

Her eyebrows shot up, "Explain? Sure, I'll explain. Dae-Hyun is in my Finance class. After it took so long to get home from the library last night, I thought it would be better to meet here to study instead. We studied today. He left his coat. There is nothing more to explain."

If it was possible, Jungkook looked more pissed by this explanation than he was before. He pulled his lips into his mouth and looked up like he was trying to have patience before speaking again. "So you studied with him last night at the library also? That is why you were so late getting home. And you never mentioned this to me at all?"

"When was I supposed to mention this to you? We were a little busy last night, if you recall. And today at lunch we didn't even eat because we were... Well we were busy at lunch, remember?!" Sun-Hee narrowed her eyes a bit with the memory. "Can we please soul bond now?"

Jungkook shook his head, "No, let's eat dinner first. We can bond after."

Sun-Hee's hands came up to her hips, "You are not allowed to deny me soul bonding, remember the contract?"

"I'm not denying anything, I'm making you wait. There is a big difference. I think you need another lesson in delayed gratification. We are going to start by eating dinner before bonding. It will be good for you." Jungkook smiled slightly at the thought.

"I can't go eat with everyone, with us fighting like this. I'll have food here, come back down when you realize I'm right and are ready to bond." Sun-Hee told him.

"If you want me not to come back until I think you are right, you may be waiting more than a few days." He warned.

"Fine! Come down when you've finished eating! Arghhh!" She called.
