Sun-Hee decided to have a self-care day. She started with a bubble bath. She covered the bruise on her arm with bubbles so she couldn't see how ugly it was. She then made herself a smoothy and some steel cut oats with walnuts and brown sugar. After eating she got dressed in jeans and a light blue hoody and took a cab to a park that had a few hiking trails. She was standing at the top of a lovely hill with Seoul in the background when her phone buzzed.

Joonie: Why didn't you tell us that you got injured at our concert?

SH: Hello Joonie, good to hear from you. Thanks for your concern. A guy from the audience grabbed my arm. I have a bruise, I'm fine.

Yoongi: Send a picture.

Sun-Hee took a selfie and sent the picture of her in the trees with Seoul behind her.

Yoongi: I meant of your arm. Where are you?

SH: Namsan Botanical Gardens

Yoongi: Picture?

She send another selfie pointed the other way.

Yoongi: You don't seem to understand that we are really upset that you got hurt. Dal told us what happened and we can't believe that #1 you got hurt by someone at our concert and #2 that no one told us about it until today. Is this why you are avoiding us?

SH: Listen, you don't need to be upset, I'm totally fine. Dal took care of everything. My arm is fine. You all have much more important things than worrying about this. It is minor, I promise.

Hobi: Sun-Hee, we have plans for tomorrow, so clear your schedule. We want to spend the whole day with you.

Oh, great, how do I get out of this one, Sun-Hee thought. Maybe she could just buy some time.

SH: Ok, that should be good. I'm supposed to go to Seoul University and do a tour, but I don't think that is tomorrow. I'll let you know.

Hobi: That is not tomorrow.

SH: Really? How do you know?

Hobi: Because you are clearing your schedule tomorrow and spending the day with us.

SH: Oh, yeah, right.

Sun-Hee walked the trails and enjoyed the foliage and the view. This is the exact thing she needed today. Her phone rang this time, someone was calling.

"Hey dad! You'll never believe where I am! I'm up on a hill overlooking the beautiful view of Seoul from the botanical gardens."

"I'm so glad sweety! I want to hear all about it, but before I forget, the Lees are sending their son to pick you up for dinner at their house. He will be to your apartment around 7pm. You need to tell the guard house that you are expecting him so they can let him in. His name is Lee Ji-Hoon."

"Ok, dad, text me his name so I don't forget."

Sun-Hee told her dad all about the tourist day she took the day before. It was really nice to talk with him. He caught her up on what was happening at home.

Sun-Hee hopped in a cab and headed home. She had a snack, then started getting ready for the dinner. She styled her hair with wavy curls at the ends but left the top naturally straight. It gave her a California beach wave vibe. She wore a long sleeve emerald silk blouse with a v-shaped neckline and a black pencil skirt that came to just above her knees. She put on a gold necklace with a pearl-drop pennant.  And she put on high heels which she hadn't worn in a long time, so she practiced walking around her apartment in them, to get comfortable.

Then she did her make-up, not too much, but not too little. The biggest change was that she put on a dark plum lipstick that she bought yesterday. She loved the color, its jewel like tone went well with the emerald blouse.

There was a knock on her door, it was Lee ji-Hoon. Sun-Hee opened the door, he was a very good looking, well dressed man. He was wearing a well fitted suit that looked expensive. His expression seemed a little severe though, she wasn't sure he knew how to smile. Sun-Hee bowed, "Hello I'm Sun-Hee Anderson. It is so nice to meet you. I'm excited to meet your parents tonight since they are such dear old friends to my parents."

Ji-Hoon bowed as well. "Nice to meet you Sun-Hee, I'm Lee Ji-Hoon. It is our honor to have you to our home for dinner tonight."

"I'll just grab my purse and we can go." Sun-Hee grabbed her purse and they headed out and down the stairs. She was really proud to go down all the flights of stairs in her heels without tripping. Ji-Hoon put his hand on her back and they headed for the doors to the lobby just as Jimin and Jungkook were coming in.

Damn her luck! Sun-Hee swore under her breath.

Jimin and Jungkook were dressed up. They had obviously just come from some event or interview. They usually changed first and took off their make-up so she was surprised. Maybe they were going back out? The two of them saw Sun-Hee and stopped right in front of her and Ji-Hoon. They were pissed. There was no hint of a smile on either face. She was used to seeing Jungkook like this, but to see Jimin this way was troubling. Both boys were at full height and shoulders back, chest out. The term 'Alpha male' came to mind. She didn't usually think of them as powerful men but there was no denying it, looking at them now.

Sun-Hee stopped. It was either that, or go around these two intimidating men. Ji-Hoon dropped his hand to his side. Sun-Hee gave a tentative, "Hello" with a small smile. "Park Jimin and Jeon Jungkook please meet Lee Ji-Hoon." The men all made a slight nod to each other.

Jimin could barely pull his aggressive eyes away from Ji-Hoon to look at Sun-Hee, "I thought you were having a family dinner with friends of your parents."

"Yes! Yes I am. The Lees kindly sent their son to pick me up! We are headed to his parents house now. I'm so looking forward to hearing stories about life in Korea when my parents were first married!" She knew she was talking too much but no one was making this comfortable.

Jungkook spoke up then. "Let me see your arm."

Sun-Hee cringed a bit, "It is fine. I'm fine. I'm sure it was all exaggerated to you. There is almost nothing to see."

Jungkook gave her a look that said, 'I'm not going to ask again.'

Sun-Hee started unbuttoning her blouse sleeve, "Oh for Pete's sake, if you have to see it, here." She held out her arm. "It looks worse than it is. Yes, I have a bruise but it doesn't hurt at all." She barely showed it and started to cover it back up but Jimin's hand reached out and grabbed her wrist. He pulled her sleeve up and turned her arm over. There were purple bruises all around her arm. They could almost see the individual fingers in the lines of bruises.

Jimin's eye filled with concern, "Sun-Hee." he sighed. Jungkook just looked like he wanted to punch something or someone.

"Jimin, I'm fine, really. It doesn't hurt at all." She started buttoning up her sleeve again. "I have to go, I'll talk to you later okay?"

The boys still didn't move, so Sun-Hee and Ji-Hoon had to awkwardly walk around the two men. Ji-Hoon placed his hand on Sun-Hee's back again and ushered her to the car. Parked out front was an expensive black convertible. Sun-Hee sighed, of course he would drive this. She could feel the boys stare drilling into her back through the windows on the front of the building. Ji-Hoon opened her door and helped her into her seat. She saw Jimin and Jungkook angrily staring through the window. She waved a bit as they drove off.

She texted Jimin as they drove away.

SH: Stop being so intimidating! You're scaring everyone within a mile. I AM going to a family dinner, despite the look of this ridiculous car we are driving away in. And my arm is fine. It looks worse than it is!

Jimin: When will you be home? I don't like the look of that guy.

SH: He is fine, go eat dinner. I don't know when I'll be home, maybe around 10? I don't have Jungkook's number and I don't know why he is so mad. But tell him to calm down, everything will be fine. And remind me never to get on your bad side! I feel bad for your enemies after seeing you two like this tonight!

As they drove to his parent's house, Ji-Hoon asked, "So you know BTS then?"

"They live in my building, yes, I've met them." She didn't want to overstate the relationship.

"They didn't seem very happy. Are they usually like that?" Ji-Hoon seemed more curious than anything.

"No, they are usually really normal. They are mad because I got hurt at their concert on Saturday and I didn't tell them. I guess they thought I should tell them."

Sun-Hee's night did not turn out like she expected. The Lees were kind and made a nice dinner for her, but they seemed very interested in setting Sun-Hee up with their son. Much of the night was spent telling her about all of Ji-Hoon's accomplishments and why he would make a wonderful husband. Sun-Hee had been polite but evasive all night long. It was exhausting. Ji-Hoon didn't say much himself, but he seemed to be on board for his parents setting them up.

Ji-Hoon drove her home. It was later than she had thought, it was 11:30pm. Sun-Hee insisted that Ji-Hoon not walk her to the door. The last thing she needed was another confrontation in the lobby like earlier. It turns out she was really glad that she had gone to the door by herself because laying in front of her door, curled up in a ball sleeping, was Tae.

Sun-Hee slipped off her heels and crouched down. "Tae? Tae Tae, honey, what are you doing?"

She had to shake him a bit but Tae did wake up. "You're home! I was waiting for you!"

"I can see that, stand up, let's get inside."

Tae did stand up but he grabbed her in a big hug. "I missed you so much!"

"Oh, you did? Well, that is very sweet. Tae, honey, you aren't making this very easy." She was trying to put her key in the door but with him hugging her around the middle she wasn't making much progress. Tae moved around to the back so she could get the door open.

"I need a key to your apartment." Tae said sleepily.

"Mmmhmm. Tae, you seem really sleepy, shouldn't you just go to bed?"

Tae nodded and once the door was open, he let go of her and walked to her bed and laid down.

Oh dear, how was she going to deal with this? "Tae, honey, you can't sleep in my bed. That would be inappropriate."

"It's just a sleepover, people do it all the time." He didn't even open his eyes to talk.

"You won't be comfortable in your clothes, you need your pajamas." She had a feeling she was going to sleep on the couch.

"I'll just wear my boxers." He sat up and started taking off his clothes.

"Wait! Wait, I have something." Sun-Hee grabbed a pair of her XXL pajamas for Tae and one for her too. She ushered him into the bathroom to change. And she changed in her closet.

When he came out of the bathroom Tae looked puzzled. "Why do you have such big pajamas?" They were a even big on Tae.

"I ordered them from Amazon and they came in the wrong size. But I didn't notice until I tried them on and they were pretty comfortable so I kept them. It was a package of three." As Sun-Hee was talking, Tae climbed into her bed. "Your really tired, aren't you Tae?"

Sun-Hee washed her face and brushed her teeth while he explained. "I couldn't sleep last night or the night before because I missed you so much. I need to cuddle." When she came out of the bathroom, he grabbed her and pulled her onto the bed next to him. He spooned her from behind and fell instantly asleep. Luckily she had turned off most of the lights because there was no getting out of the death grip he had on her.

After a couple hours she woke up because she was being burned alive. There was some kind of heater strapped to her. Oh. "Tae, your too hot, you need to let go." He didn't let go but he pulled all the covers off. It did cool her down so she went back to sleep. She thought briefly about the girl she met at the concert who said V was her bias. If that girl could see her now she would be so jealous.
