When she finally made it back to them, they were being filmed. They were each talking about how much they loved ARMY and how fun the performance had been. Jimin told the camera that he had been worried because his heart was the biggest and he didn't want to mess up with it. So he was glad it all went smoothly. There were probably twenty people standing around, some filming, others helping, most just watching.

Sun-Hee stood with Dal off to the back until they were done filming. They looked like celebrities with their hair and make-up. Sun-Hee sighed, they really were the most beautiful men she had ever seen. They were so personable as they talked, they were clearly used to being filmed. Their personalities shined as they each answered different questions. Once the filming ended they all stood up and walked into an adjoining room. Dal led her over to the room. Inside was a lot less people, the seven guys and a few older men in black t-shirts and suits, she presumed they were managers. The room was scattered with couches and chairs with a large coffee table in the middle and there was a table of food off to the side.

Dal stood next to the door and Sun-Hee took a step inside. When the boys saw her their eyes grew in size. Jimin looked her up and down, "Daym Gurl!" he said in English, then in Korean, "What are you wearing? I've never seen you dress like this!" He continued to appreciate her look holding her arms out and spinning her around.

Sun-Hee laughed, "I guess I'm way over dressed. We dress up for concerts in the US. But I saw most people wearing t-shirts and hoodies here. It probably won't be my last cultural faux pas."

Jungkook sat in an armchair in the corner of the room and just watched the rest of the group. She couldn't read his eyes but they were definitely full of emotion.

The rest of the boys greeted Sun-Hee with smiles and hugs. They told her how good she looked. They seemed genuinely happy to see her. After just seeing a thousand fans chant their names and meeting fans who knew everything about them, she was amazed by their warm greetings. Why were they so nice to her? They could have any adoring fans they wanted. She hadn't even known who they were. She shelved that thought away to work on later. She gave them all hugs and told them how great they did. She told each one something special she liked about their performance so they knew she had watched and paid attention. All but Jungkook that is, he was still over in his chair.

There was a buffet of food waiting for them, so they all went over to dish their plates. Sun-Hee went over to stand in front of Jungkook. He had taken off the orange sweatshirt so he wore a white t-shirt and his orange sweat pants. His hands seemed to be gripping the arms of the chair for dear life. She wasn't sure what was wrong. She fought her urge to sit in his lap and she kneeled down on the floor in front of him, glad she had worn the bicycle shorts under her skirt. "I really liked watching you perform. You are really talented. Your fans clearly adore you. I sat next to a girl who said you were her bias and she told me a thousand things you can do well." Sun-Hee didn't mention that she almost slapped the girl.

Jungkook closed his eyes briefly, when he opened them he said, "I'm glad you liked the performance. I need to eat and get ready for the next one." It took all the self-control he had to stand up and walk to the buffet and not grab her and pull her into his lap. She looked amazing, he hadn't been able to take his eyes off of her since she walked in the room. She looked edgy with her black boots and choker, but also cute with her skirt and sweater. Her make-up made her look like a celebrity. And he was so in love with her hair in curls. He was tempted to run his fingers through them. He loved her look and wanted her to walk on a red carpet looking just like this on his arm so the world knew she was his.

As Jungkook walked away, Sun-Hee thought: Ok, well, I guess we aren't friends yet. She stood up and sat in the chair he just vacated. Yoongi brought her over a plate of food with all her favorites. He had obviously paid attention to what she liked to eat. Sun-Hee said, "Thanks Suga." She gave him a bright smile.

Yoongi laughed. "Oh you found out about that did you?"

"Yes, and apparently you are also Agust D who is an amazing solo rapper. The girls I sat next to were more than glad to give me the low-down on every one of you."  They all pulled chairs over to the coffee table and proceeded to eat.

Jimin and Tae wanted to know what she had learned about them. "Well let's start with V." She winked at him. "You have a sweet little dog named Yeontan who lives with your parents. You are an actor in a K-drama. You learned to play the saxophone because you wanted to sing and your dad said to learn an instrument first. You would probably have been a strawberry farmer if they hadn't asked you to audition when you went with your friend. And you have a beautiful deep soulful voice and the girls thought you were sexy and funny."

Tae smiled big at this description. "ARMY knows us so well."

"And Jimin, I heard called 'sex on a stick'. You are from Busan. You were the last member to go into training. You studied dance at a performing arts high school. You had to learn to sing to become an idol. The general consensus is that you can appear very cherubic when you want but there is a slight devilish side of you that can pop out at any given moment. You are one of the most caring members, you are always concerned about those around you. And you have an amazing sense of humor."

Jimin smiled, "Sex on a stick, I like that. I hadn't heard that before."

They ate and chatted about the performance and the audience experience. When they were almost done eating, one of the men in suits came over and talked to Namjoon in hushed tones. Joonie said, "Alright, time to change and get our make-up touched up. Sun-Hee, thank you for eating with us. We're excited to show you our next song. It is very different from Go Go."

Dal came and stood beside Sun-Hee. He wrapped her arm in his and led her away. Jungkook glared as they walked by. Sun-Hee wondered what she could do to make him less mad at her.

BTS was doing their last performance on a special stage that was on the first floor in the lobby of the Dream Center. There were no chairs so the audience would need to stand the whole time. They were just starting to let fans into the area. Sun-Hee found a place to stand on the right side away from the windows. As more and more fans came in it became more crowded. It had started to get dark outside and there were white shades that came down to cover all the windows.

Sun-Hee noticed there were lots of cameras pointed at the audience. She needed to avoid those because the last thing she needed was for Tobi to see footage of her at a concert in Seoul. Not that he watched K-pop but he had such amazing connections she wouldn't be surprised if it got to him. She moved over a little more to her right and she was pretty sure there weren't any cameras facing her way. The audience was filled with the BTS light sticks and Sun-Hee turned hers on too.

The boys walked out on stage and faced away from the audience in a line. The crowd went wild. They were dressed very differently from Go Go, still casual, but much darker and edgier than before. They were mostly in black with some little pops of color. Namjoon had a yellow fuzzy hood attached to his dark camouflage jacket. Jimin had an orange silk liner to his black bomber jacket. Yoongi wore a white bandana tied around his forehead that hung down and became red below his shoulders.

When the music started, the crowd started to chant their names in unison again. This song had an amazing strong beat and Sun-Hee wanted to dance immediately. All the members started dancing to the music and when they turned around it was clear they meant business. There were no smiles and hearts with this song. If you met this group on the street, you would run the other way. This was going to be a song of confrontation. Sun-Hee got a little thrill of excitement to see them with this persona, it was definitely a side of them she hadn't seen. Except Jungkook, he made this angry face at her most of the time.

Hobi started rapping. Sun-Hee loved his voice, but his dancing was mesmerizing, he had to be the best dancer up there. Everyone in the audience was jumping up and down with their light sticks to the beat including Sun-Hee. Next up was Yoongi, and he was amazing. He gave a little deadly smile when he rapped "I'm sorry mom, your son is killing it." This look slayed Sun-Hee, what amazing performers. Everyone in the audience was into it.

Sun-Hee was starting to piece together the meaning of the song. This was a song written for their haters. They were flashing their success to the people who had doubted them. Sun-Hee screamed, "Woooo Hoooo! Tell them boys!"

Tae singing, "Did you see my bag? Did you see my bag? It's hella trophies and it's hella thick." Sun-Hee thought about these lyrics. They were right, BTS, all of them, were so incredibly talented, what the heck was she doing being friends with them? She was no one.

She felt someone brush up against her from behind and she moved forward a bit so it didn't happen again. But then she felt it again. Someone was touching her with their hand. She spun around. There was a Korean man in all black standing behind her smiling. He took a picture of her immediately. Her natural instinct was to hit the phone away from her face, but she had her light stick in her hand so she hit his phone with her light stick. It sailed out of his hand and hit someone then fell to the floor several feet away. While he was going to grab it, she turned and squeezed through the crowd to the other side of the stage, by the windows. She looked around and was pretty sure she had lost him. So she tried to focus on the performance again.

They were at a dance break part of the song. Fire came up from the stage and Jungkook was out in front. They danced hard, their movements strong and sharp, angry almost. The dance went with the song so well. The fans screamed with approval. Sun-Hee smiled, she really wanted to learn this dance, she had done some hip-hop dancing when she was younger and this dance was amazing.

Someone stepped right in front of her. It was the same guy. "Bitch, you broke my phone!" He was mad. He grabbed Sun-Hees forearm hard.

Sun-Hee had trained for this. She twisted her arm and did a quick down motion and broke away. As she backed away from him she quickly texted Dal. She amazed herself that she was able to keep her cool even though this was bringing back memories of last spring.

SH: by the windows, need your help

Dal was there almost immediately. He stepped in front of Sun-Hee to confront the man screaming at her. "That bitch broke my phone, she hit it with her stick, she's going to pay for a new phone! Come here."

The man made the mistake of trying to reach around Dal to grab Sun-Hee again. Dal grabbed the man's arm did a spinning movement and the man was on his knees facing away from them. He couldn't move because Dal had his arm twisted into a position that made him stuck.

Sun-Hee told Dal, "He was touching me and he took a picture of me. I hit his phone away with my light stick and it landed on the floor. Then he followed me over here."

Dal got on his phone and called for backup. Several large men in black clothes came right away. They took the man and Dal took Sun-Hee. "The car is waiting out front."

Sun-Hee then realized the performance was over and she'd missed the last part of it. That made her sad. She followed Dal to the car, rubbing her arm where the man had grabbed her. Dal noticed and when they got to the car he said, "Let me see." She pulled up her sleeve and there was an angry red welt on her forearm that went all the way around. She would definitely have a bruise. Dal pursed his lips and went back to the trunk. He came back with an ice pack but he took a picture of her arm, both the top and bottom before giving it to her.

She got into the back seat and Dal closed the door and got into the front. As they were driving away Sun-Hee touched Dal on the shoulder, "Could you not tell them about this? I really don't want them to worry. They might not invite me come to a concert again if they felt I couldn't be safe."

Dal said, "Probably not, I work for Big Hit so I have to tell them what happened. The group will probably find out. Sorry."

Sun-Hee texted the group chat.

SH: Amazing! I'm just amazed! You are all so incredibly talented. I loved it so much! I danced through the whole song! Thank you for inviting me! I had so much fun! Sorry, we had to leave kind of quickly I guess. But I'll see you all tonight or tomorrow. You guys are awesome!

Sun-Hee pulled up the music video of Mic Drop on her phone so she could see the rest of the song. Wait, a hundred million views in two weeks? What? She had never seen a music video with this many views so quickly. Her heart started beating. These guys were really, really famous. An image of herself in the kitchen yelling at Jungkook flashed into her mind. "Who the HELL do you think you are?" Oh, no. She got a sick feeling in her stomach. What had she been thinking? How could she talk to a famous man with millions of fans this way?

Then other memories started to invade her mind. Like making Jin and Yoongi apologize. Her face turned bright red at the thought. She had literally pointed a spoon at these beloved celebrities and ordered them to apologize. What was the matter with her? She had laughed at Jimin when he said he was in disguise to avoid his fans! He had been serious!

Everything she had ever said to them flashed in front of her through the lens of these rich, famous men living in a multi-million dollar penthouse with private access only. She had called out Jimin for cheating and scolded him for kissing her neck. She had accused Namjoon of ratting her out about the clown car comment. Oh no, the clown car comment, and introducing herself to Jimin in such a sarcastic way. She was mortified at the thought of these famous men hearing her prattle on. She died inside with embarrassment.

Then she thought about Jungkook. How could she? How could she have ever talked to him like she did? His fans would be horrified to know that anyone had ever dared to say those things to him. She, herself was sickened by her own comments. She knew for a fact she would never be able to face him again. She thought about today, kneeling in front of him, telling him she liked his performance. The tears started to flow then. He must think she is the stupidest girl. Why would he care what she thought of his performance? It certainly put his cool response into perspective.

They had all been so polite to her, so kind. And she had no idea who they were. No wonder they gave her a cool response when they met her. She was a nobody, and they were the beloved BTS. Her sniffling had gotten so loud that Dal handed back a box of Kleenex. She wiped her nose and her face. She was starting to get a headache and needed to stop spiraling down this black hole.

Luckily they just pulled up to her building. Dal escorted her to her apartment. He seemed mildly concerned that she was crying. "I'm sorry, I'm fine, really. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me today."

He nodded and said, "You have my number, please text me if you need anything." Sun-Hee said thank you again. Then she went inside and cried her eyes out in bed.
