"I hoped we wouldn't come to this," said the same old woman. "Guards, take the Chosen One to the rehabilitation room."

"Yes ma'am," answered a guard as he came to me to unlock my chains before roughly pulling me up making me stumble.

"We will see you in a few hours and let's hope you'll be more cooperative," she said with a smile.

I glared at them one last time, before being shoved out of the room. I was lead by four men around me. There was no way I could fight through them...

I sighed and held back my tears and they pushed me into another room. I looked around and paled. I didn't like the rehabilitation room, not at all. There was a wooden chair on top of a tank full with water. I gulped as they made me sat down on a chair on a platform just above a big tank. They strapped my hands and legs at the chair making me unable to move. They also stuck some cables on my chest and head which were linked to some machines beside the tank. I started to tremble from fear knowing what they could possibly do to me.

"Let's see how long you last," snickered one of them as they walked down the platform.

I started to cry and tried to get myself free of my binding, they wouldn't right?

"Here you go," a voice said before I felt myself fall down into the water.

I held my breath and slowly opened my eyes. I could saw the four men smiling as they laughed amount themselves while pointing at me. I tried even harder to swim back up, but I couldn't even move an inch! Soon, I was in need of air and struggled around harder trying to swim back to the surface. I needed to breathe! Air... I needed air... When I thought I was going to faint, the chair was pulled back up making me cough and gasp.

I slowly looked up breathing hard, but before I could catch my breath, I was already falling back into the cold water. It was a matter of seconds before I started to struggle again. And again, before I started to faint, they brought me back up.

Then down... Then up... Down... Up...

I didn't know how long it was, but I only needed air and I was tired... So tired... Please, I want to breathe, stop... I needed air... Please, stop...

When they finally stopped, I coughed as my head was hanging low.

"We need your help Chosen One," a voice said smoothly, but I didn't move. I didn't have the strength to. A woman held my face up, "Chosen One, you have to kill the Daemon King. You have to kill the Daemon King."

"..."

"Chosen One, you have to kill the Daemon King. You have to kill the Daemon King!"

"I have..." I repeated slowly.

No, that wasn't right! Cameron, save me...

"You have to kill the Daemon King," the woman repeated.

"I have to kill..."

Please, no...

"You have to kill the Daemon King that is your destiny."

Please, stop me, Cameron...

"I have to kill the Daemon King... My destiny..."

Kill me before I do something I regret!

I had to kill the Daemon King... All Daemons should be eliminated. I had to kill the Daemon King... All Daemons should be eliminated. I had to kill the Daemon King... Should all daemons really be eliminated?

"That's right, he is the enemy. If you don't kill the Daemon King, will destroy the world. As the Chosen One, it is your duty to stop him."

"My duty... Kill the Daemon... King."

"Yes, that's right and in order to do that, we will help you awaken your powers. Are you ready?" she asked as I mindlessly nodded. "Put him back into the water!"

When she walked away, my head dropped to my chest as water surrounded me again. Why was I here again?

To kill the Daemon King with your powers. It is your destiny to save the world from those monsters.

Suddenly, I was pulled back up and the same face and voice told me what I had to do. Then back in the dark cold water, then back out before telling me again that I had to kill the Daemon King. We did that for the nth time, I was so tired, I just wanted to rest...

I stopped fighting to breathe a long time ago, I didn't have the energy anymore. I wanted to see... No, not see... Kill? That was it, kill the Daemon King... His name? Yeah... the King's name was Cameron. I would do anything if I could make this torture stop. Anything...

"Now tell me, what do you have to do?" I coughed and struggle to regain my breath. "If you tell me, I will make this pain stop," as soon as I heard that, I looked up to confirm what I heard and she nodded.

"Kill... daemons... Kill the Daemon King," I said with more resolve.

"That's right," she smiled. "Now, rest Chosen One," she put her hand on my eyes and I immediately fell into a deep deep sleep.
