Stella's POV

We made it back to my house and I unlocked the door. I noticed that both my parents cars were in the driveway so I knew they were home as well.

I took Aces hand and lead him into the hallway.
I turned my body to look at him and made eye contact.

"So I think my parent are home, are you okay with meeting them?" I asked, I didn't want to put him in an uncomfortable situation.

"It's perfectly okay princess" he assured me.

I nodded and then walked in the living room with him behind me. My mum and dad were sat on the couch talking about something.

"Hi mum, dad this is Ace" that got their attention and both of their heads snapped their gaze towards us both.

Whilst my mums smile grew large, my dads eyes narrowed.

Not good, not good, not good

My mum stood up in front of us. "Hello Honey it's very nice to meet the boy who helped my daughter" she referred back to my horrible headache.

"It's nice to meet you too Mrs James" Ace Said when I looked at the conversation between the two.

"Oh please, call me Julia" she urged.

From the corner of my eyes I saw my dad get up from his seat and make his over to us.

Please don't do something embarrassing. I chanted in my head.

But he just held out his hand and then said to him "I appreciate what you did Ace. You helped my daughter in an emergency which could of been bad so thank you" he shook Aces hand and I let out a breath of relief.

"It was no problem Mr James I'm glad I was there" Ace said whilst letting his hand fall back into mine.

"Okay, if that's all we have a sign language session to attend to" I smiled and led Ace upstairs.

"Your parents are nice" He said once I looked at him.

"I guess they are" I half smiled.

"Okay let's do this" I clapped my hands for more drama.

We started off with the basics of learning how to say hello, goodbye and how are you. Then we moved on to learning how to say his name and everyday phrases.

2 hours pass of going over and over on the new signs he's learning and I think he's finally starting to get it. Ace is one of a few who's getting this really easily.

"Your really good at this" I grinned.

"Your really good at teaching" he replied back sign a grin of his own.

"What can I say? I'm just amazing" I shrugged jokingly.

"That you are" I read of him. Which made me blush a little.

I made eye contact with him and his eyes widened as if he just thought of something.

"Go on a date with me tonight?" He blurted randomly.

My eyes widened and butterflies erupted in my stomach.

He then continued saying "we haven't gone on a date and we should go out and have fun, your my girlfriend and you deserve to be spoiled"

I smiled so wide and looked at Ace with so much happiness and love.

Love?
Did I just say love?
Oh my

"Okay" I said still smiling.

"Be ready for 8, I'll come and pick you up"

"Okay" I said again but this time I tackled Ace into a hug and he hugged me back.

I pulled away and placed little kisses all over his face. Ace just held my waist and smiled with tint of pinkness layering his cheeks.

Ace pulled me in for a short sweet kiss and then his pink lips mouthed the words "I better go and get everything ready then"

He stood up with me still clinging to him before setting me down and smacking my ass gently.

I gasped "shitface"

He just smirked and walked out the room.

Okay this is getting ridiculous, my cheeks hurt from smiling. He makes me too happy it's unreal.

I checked the time to see it was 4pm.

Ugh I have 4 hours to wait.

I chose to scroll through Instagram and post a picture because I haven't posted in a while. I found a cute one of me and Ace and decided to post it because it was when he first told me he liked me. Before he left I made him take a picture with me, he complained but still did it.

After half an hour I checked my notifications to make some replies

After I checked all my socials and watched some Netflix it was 6:30pm and I decided to start getting ready considering I'm a very slow person.

I hopped in the shower which I spent a good half an hour feeling the vibrations of the music I put on whist shaving my legs.

Once I was done I threw on my white fluffy robe and de tangled my curly mess of hair. Applying my curl products to made my hair defined and neat.

Whilst I was doing my makeup, which I decided to do the full face, I group FaceTimed the girls to help me calm my nerves and excitement.

We found an app which allows us to face time and use subjects at the bottom so I can read what they are saying whilst looking at them. It's really an amazing thing for deaf people.

My besties were really excited for me and they even helped me decide what to wear and what colour lipgloss to wear.

What would I do without them?

We all decided on me wearing a Burberry inspired patterned dress with some black strappy heels.

By the time I was dressed it was 7:45 and with the remaining time I packed my little shoulder bag with some necessities.

My light went off around my room and Cohen walked in and then signed "your date is here"

"I'm coming" I signed back and then walked out my room, shutting the door and walking down the stairs.

At the bottom of the stairs stood Ace with a rose in one hand. He looked really, really handsome. He wore a black dress shirt rolled up to his forearms which showed his beautiful tattoos and insanely sexy vain covered arms. He paired it with black jeans which were not baggy but definitely not too tight and then he had on some all black high top converse. His hair was perfectly messy as always.

I made it to the bottom step and he just stared at me with a beautiful dimpled smile.

"You look stunning princess" he surprised me by signing the last word 'princess'

A cheesy smile was plastered on my face as I spoke to him "you look handsome Emilio"

He jokingly glared at me but a faint blush scattered across his cheeks.

Our moment was interrupted when Cohen came and stood between us. Instantly breaking our eye contact.

I saw what he said to Ace "don't hurt her, don't touch her, don't leave her, apart from that have fun. But not to much fun" he narrowed his eyes in his direction and I giggled but with slight embarrassment.

"Were going. Bye Cohen, oh and say hi to Grace for me" I smirked and grabbed Aces hand, pulling him out the door before Cohen says something weird.

Ace opened the door for me and I got in, putting my seat belt on.

Once Ace was in he turned to me and handed me the single rose he was holding.

I smiled and took it "thank you".

"I've always thought that a single rose has more meaning than a bunch of roses" I read from his perfectly shaped lips.

"And why is that?" I asked.

"I think that a single rose shows just how much you like or love the other person to the point you only think about them. If they get you one rose it shows that your the only one they want to get a rose for" he explains.

I just stare at him with admiration.

"It's silly" he blushes shaking his head

"No. It isn't, it's really beautiful" I correct him.
