Now I wanted to write this because I was talking with someone yesterday (You know who you are) about natural beauty, when me and this person was talking I realised that a lot of people don't notice true beauty. The reason why some do not notice true beauty is because people are blinded by fake beauty. Now I'm sure I speak on behalf of some of the girls reading but we hide our natural beauty behind make up. Make up hides a lot; it hides pain, fear, lies, secrets and many more things. It's a way of escape from everything but that doesn't help because it builds everything up to a point where you feel like no one can help and trust me when I say this but it's true because I'm going through it myself. Everyone has a story, some hide it and some don't which is fine. Now a lot of you are probably thinking that some girls wear make up because they want to look nice, but the truth is that they are worried about what people would say. Girls want to look gorgeous, they want to be in a spot where they are noticed but yet they want to hide so much. Whereas natural beauty shows everything, you're able to know if they are hiding something or not. Its like a book if you think about it, the cover of the book is the make up so it basically attracts people whereas natural beauty is the pages in the book because you have to read to find out what happens and you feel emotions. Also another half of you are probably saying that you wear make up for boys but my question is why? A true gentlemen shouldn't be with you for how you look, he should be with you because of your personality and because he loves you for being you. Natural beauty is a beautiful thing but we ruin it

I wear make up myself and I'm not going to lie but I wear it because I've got pain hidden inside me and because I worry about what people would really say about me if I didn't wear make up.

Basically my message is that make up ruins natural beauty and that's not a good thing, we should be proud of how we look and not worry about what others say. And for the guys that are reading, you should be telling the girls you care about (it could be a girlfriend, friend, sister or mum in fact) that they look beautiful with or without make up because that is what ever girl wants to hear in her life... We all are beautiful and unique in our own ways and we shouldn't let anyone tell us that we aren't.
