"And she took it well?" Olivia asked, slurping a shake.
I roll my eyes. Then I get serious. "But, yeah, she did. She actually took it really well. She was just sad because I hid it from her for so long."
She smiles. "That's good, right?"
I shrug.
"What's wrong with her knowing? You do love her, right?"
"I thought I did," I tell Olivia honestly.
She purses her lips. "Have you met someone else?"
I gulp. I didn't want to tell her. Her eyes searched my face. I look at the table of the diner we met in. "Yes," I say.
I look up and she's nodding. "I've met someone too."
