"Aurora's first." Julia said, gobbling down the oatmeal. Max had been listening to the other ladies about the sequence of the date. Aurora McQueen, a fashion stylist in New York. She dated Ian once-heard the news. Wouldn't that be awkward for Emilia and her?

"It would be awkward." Sophia said, sitting down with a bowl of salad in her hands. "You could see the tension between the two last night."

"Oh yeah. There was an obvious heat going on last night ." Rose added.

"And then Brittany tried to join in." Sophia said, looking around to make sure they weren't there. "I rolled my eyes when she joined in."

"I saw that too."Julia added.

"You miss the whole thing last night." Casey told Max.

"What I miss?" Max said, helping herself with some strawberry jam unto her toasted bread.

"It may look like it was just casual talk but---really. I saw electricity in their eyes. There's no show without drama"

"Really?"

Sophia tried to warm them when she saw Brittany coming. "They're coming."

Everyone silently ate their breakfast as they watch Brittany and Katy walked passed them with their silk robes.

"You b*tches think I don't know you were talking about me?" Placing her hands on her waist, an eyebrow raised, Brittany waited for their answers.

"We were talking about Emilia and Aurora so..." Sophia said, making everyone trying not to laugh.

"Whatever, Sophia. You're just one of those people who loves talking about other people. You're obviously insecure."

"Oh my go-to whom? You?"

"As I'm always saying, there's no show without drama." Casey whispered to Max and then looked at Brittany and Sophia arguing with each other as the cameraman continued to shoot them. "And we love drama."

Waiting for the yacht to come, Max tried to calm herself down. "I'm quite nervous." She said to the camera. No need to worry. You chose a night on the yacht.  When she saw the yacht stopped in front of her, there was Ian in his white shirt. He paired it a a navy blue shorts with a black belt  and a black and white loafers. He was casual but classy- this man knows class.

And he looks really good.

"Hello, Maxine." Ian smiled at Max as he extended his hands towards him. Max smiled at him and held his hands as he tried to hoist Max to the yacht. Such big and wide hands.

"Just Max. I prefer to be called Max." Max said before walking towards the bow of the yacht. She had a great view of the night sky.

"You really like looking at views, don't you?" Ian smiled as he poured the champagne on the glass.

"I just like looking at beautiful and serene views. The ones that could just take your breath away." Max said and saw the blanket and the picnic basket on the wooden floor.

"Well, I also like looking at beautiful things." Ian leaned on the metal steel and looked at the night sea. "It's good to be alone at times. Just being quiet and just---just be like this."

"Yeah."Realizing that she just lost it, she shake her head. She needs to get on with the game. "Anyway, you look really handsome."

"Thank you. You look pretty yourself." Ian clinked his glass towards Max's before drinking it. "Why don't we sit down?"

"Yeah. Let's...yeah." She followed Ian towards the picnic area. She tried to squat down but remembered she was wearing a fitting dress and a wedge shoes so, she decided to sit in a poise manner even though she find it incredibly uncomfortable.

There was silence between them and Max couldn't bear it. So, she spoke out. "Who are you really?"

"Excuse me?" Ian asked, taken back a bit.

"W-what I mean is--tell me something about you."

"You really don't know anything about me?"

Max couldn't figure out if he was being serious in asking or just plain arrogant. "No. I know you're a businessman though."

"Well, yes. Been in the industry for 7 years now. Had my business-my very own business when I was 21. Then, eventually, have businesses. When I reached 29, I realized that there's seem to be lacking."

"You want to find love."

"Yes."

Max nodded-not that she believes him though. If he wants to find love, why do it in a t.v show?

"What about you?" Ian asked, taking a strawberry and took a bite.

"Mine?--I am not like you. You have businesses? I got jobs. Been doing it for 5 years now. When I was 21, I lost someone dear to me. That time, it opened my eyes and that I don't want to be the kind of person who I was."

"What were you before then?"

Max gave a chuckle and shakes her head. "Irresponsible, a disappo-" She stopped as she clicked her tongue. She regret who she was back then. She lost many things back then.

"We all got something we regret too." Ian looked down at his champagne. Max looked at him and wondered what or who could he be thinking about.

There's the silence again. I got to do something. "Anyway, let's check out the sea?" Max stood up, tumbled a bit but eventually gotten her balance back and went to the dock. She looked back to see if Ian followed her which he did.

"Why don't we talk about us?" Max asked, busting her chest out with her elbows on the steel ledge, trying to look as seductive as she can be. Isn't that what the girls in t.v shows ask? I wonder if they had some awkward silence too.

"What about us?" Ian asked, looking at her as he took a drink from his champagne.

"Well," Max shifted closer to Ian, angling her head as she placed her arms around Ian. "Uhh...uh.."Oh shit. She faced her back to Ian again in a shift motion, embarrassed.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah. I just got a-AH!" The waves hit the yacht making Max move forward towards the sea but Ian held her up. She calmed herself first but when she realize that Ian's body was on hers, she got tense.

"That was dangero-." Ian said, wrapped his hand around Max's waist and the other on her left breast. And when Max felt his hand, she turned around and gave him a big hard slap. The crew reacted a -oohh and damn as they tried to stop their laughter.

"I was just-I didn't mean to do that." Ian apologized.

"Can I go down now?" Max called out and walked out, embarrassed.

She let her face buried on the pillow and pounded her fist on the bed repeatedly. Casey looked at her with a green mask on her face, surprised that Maxine Reeves slapped Ian Montgomery.

"You slapped Ian? Nobody has ever did that. Not even his mom."

"I know. That's why I was so embarrassed!" Max faced up and sat, hugging the pillow. "I realized he only tried to save me from falling. I just reacted when I felt his hand on my boobs-well, boob."

"I consider myself lucky if he touch my boob."

Max gave Casey a frown. "No."

Casey laughed and went near to Max. "You still got a rose right?"

Her ears twitched at Casey's question. "Rose? What rose?"

"He gives one rose to a girl after their date. If he enjoyed a day with you, he gives you one and it would save you from an elimination."

Max placed her palm on her forehead. "Right. That was in the rules."

"You didn't get one did you?"
