Winter's P.O.V

Once I was placed in my car I ordered my brother into the passengers seat so I could go home not really in the mood for school anymore.

"I know she shouldn't have said those stuff, Winnie but did you really have to punch her" my brother whispered, I know he was scared and all but come on she deserve it.

"I know you don't like it when people fight and stuff Jay but your just going to have to get use to it alright" I said giving him a side glance before I turn back to the front just as we turn down our street.

He gives me a slight nod as I drive up our drive way and park my car into the garage.

We walk threw the door that connects our garage and house together before I scream out and let my mother know that we're home.

Walking threw the kitchen I pick up a apple and throw one behind me for my brother before we both walk into the living room to see our mom sitting on the couch with someone I thought I would never see again.

"What the hell is he doing here" I sneered at my mom while my brother holds me back from attacking the monster that had left me when I was seven and we had just adopted Jacob at six.

"Hello to you too Winter" William aka my dad but I don't like calling him that because he left us.

"I. Don't. Know. You." I growl picking up the nearest thing which happens to be the vase I had made him when I was five and throwing it directly at him only for him to duck and let it smash against the wall behind him.

Watching as the shattered pieces to the vase fall to the ground I send William a hard stare.

"Winter please not again" my brother small voice bring me out of my infuriated state and back to reality.

Nodding my head I pull my brother with me up the stairs as I hear my mom yell for us.

Walking straight into my room ignoring my mothers pleads I slam the door shut behind me I plop down onto my bed and let my tears fall onto the palm of my hands.

I feel a grip on my shoulder from my brother as he pulls me into his chest making my arm wrap around him automatically as he lays down onto the bed.

I don't know when but I fall asleep in my little brothers embrace making me comfortable in a instant.

"Winter, Jacob" I heard a man voice call to me and my brother as we slept.

"Just a little while longer ma" me and Jacob reply before our eyes shoot open and we shoot up only to be met with the floor.

Opening my eyes I look over to my brother and see if he was alright before I turn and look to where the laughter was coming from.

Sure enough it's coming from William who is on the floor dying of laughter.

"What the fuck do you want" I growled pulling my brother up.

"Nothing, your mother said me you and the adopted kid should spend some bonding time together" William shrugged and stands to his feet, I look over to see my little brother with his head downwards with a frown on his face while his eyes pool up with tears.

"1, Jacob isn't just some adopted kid, he's MY fucking brother who deserve respect for all he's been threw you retard and 2, Do you even want to spend time with us" I fired making Jacobs mood bright as I included him.

"I really have changed you know" William said folding his arms as he looks downwards.

"Yeah and when pigs can fly and pencils grow legs then I'll believe you" I said walking to my closet and pulling out a pair of black nike tights, a white nike top and some nike trainers.

Pulling on my top and tights I walk out of my closet with my trainers in my hand, looking to the doorway I see William giving me a hard stare.

"Remember I'm not afraid to get rid of you and the kid winter, don't test me" William growled walking down the stairs.

Shaking my head I walk my brother to his room  and tell him to change fast so we can get it over and done with.

Walking down the steps and into the kitchen I see William and my mom laughing while staring at each other with love closer as day in their eyes.

"Uh hm" I fake cough and push my way threw them to get to the fridge.

"Right are you and jay ready winter" I nod in response as I pull a water bottle out of the fridge and grab an extra from Jacob.

"Me and jay will meet William outside" I rolled my eyes walking back to the bottom of the steps and call out to my brother.

Once jay was finished I walk out with him and not five minutes after our comes William with a smile gracing his stuffed up and scarred up face.

Jumping in the car I lean forward "so where are we going" I question sitting back into my seat and buckle up.

"It's a surprise" was all he replied before he starts his journey to who knows where.

We drive from a little while before we pull up to this dirty small dinner looking thingy that looks like it couldn't fit more than forty people in there.

"This is where we were heading to, is a small run down dinner" I question as I look at him with disgust "is the food even right here" I shot him a glare.

"I don't have cash on me so yes winter this is where we are going" he grumbled getting out of the car and waiting for us.

Sighting I jump out and wait for Jacob before all three of us walk into the old crusty dinner where the waiters wear to little to less clothing showing to much skin this is basically a strip club that serves food instead of alcohol.

Actually I wouldn't be surprised if they did sell alcohol.

A waiter walks up to us putting a bit to much sway on her right hip making her look like she has a limp.

"Table for three" she sends a flirtatious smile to my brother and William.

Shaking my head I look her straight in the eye.

"No your kidding jack" I said coldly pushing past her and sitting down in a booth that's located right at the back.

She walks over with my brother and William behind her before she walks away.

Another waiter comes over taking our orders, and when William was just about to order his phone goes off and tells us to order whatever.

Our food comes not to long after and we start eating making sure to leave William some.

The food here actually tasted really good.

Once he's finish his phone call he comes storming back in and throwing a couple of note into the table before he grabs mine and Jacob wrist practically dragging us to the car.

"We're leaving" is all he says and just like that my life looks like it's about to crumble before my eyes.

Opening up my eyes I see we're parked outside of my house and Williams waiting for us to get out.

"Fucking dick head" I think to myself before I drag Jacob into the house, up the stairs and into his room slamming to door shut.
