I only nodded and continued to play with his toys. I knew at this time Misa would be getting ready for her comeback. Meaning Teru Mikami and Kiyomi Takada was now on Light's side of the chessboard. We left the SPK building and towards the plane. The flight was long and by the time we got to Japan, it was dark. We made it to another building that would be claimed by the SPK. I settled down beside Near as he contacted the Task Force members.

  " I'm following through with my goal to arrest Kira and that's why I'm in Japan now. L I presume you've already contacted Takada for the purposes of your own investigation? "

I walked into the hotel and made it to the elevator. I clicked the button to travel to his floor. The doors opened to his floor and I exited the elevator and headed towards his room. I knocked on the door and heard,

I opened the door and walked inside. I saw Watari first as I walked in. I hugged him tightly and he gave me a fatherly hug, it was warm. We let go of the hug and I walked further into the room. I saw Lawliet sitting on the couch starring at his computer screen. When he looked up a small smirk/smile appeared on his face. He stood up and walked towards me. I smiled as I wrapped my arms around him. He wrapped his arms around me and enveloped me in a bear hug. 

   " I'm glad you're back in my arms. "

   " I'm just happy to be back. I have a lot I need to tell you. "
