We both sat there for sometime.
Surprisingly,we just in silence as I continued my work and he kept looking at something faaaaaar away without making sarcastic comments on each other..

Okay! May be the last part wasn't true!
My life is incomplete without sarcasm and I can't control the sarcastic remarks my brain tempts to make on anything or anyone!!

"Do you have any suspects?" He asked finally breaking the silence.

I nodded.
"I do.. But just don't ask me as I am not gonna tell you just now.." I said.

He glared at me.
"Why not? I lost another deal because of that person! I just want to get my hands on him and he would regret every freaking thing!" He said clenching his fists.

"See! That's why! You would kill each suspect even if they are innocent!" I said smirking as he himself proved my point..

He again glared at me and I smirked.

"Why didn't you ask David to track him?" I asked seriously.

"You think he didn't try?? He did!! After tracking you, he tried that for almost 5 months!" He said looking at me as if I was crazy.

"How much time did it take to track me?" I asked curiously.

"A year!" He said,"David was frustrated!! He was so angry at that point that it looked like he would kill anyone who is named Caroline!" He chuckled.

"Oh?" I asked raising my eyebrows.

I didn't knew I am that good!!

"Yeah! It was a huge blow to his ego.." He said shaking his head.

I laughed.
Of course!!

"Then how did he do that?" I asked.

"One day, he came running to me saying that "That Freaking Woman HAS MADE A MISTAKE!!!" And showed me some transactions you had made from your account.." He said.

Oh!!!!!!

"That was done by my dearest twinie, my good for nothing brother, Samuel!! I'm soo gonna kill him!" I said as I remembered him using my laptop without my freaking permission.

But I thought no one knew...

One mistake and I am here!!!

I am suffering this because of you!!

I'm gonna complain to Evan about it!!

I laughed at the devilish thought!

Satan laughed.
Oh he can laugh!!

"By when you will get perfect idea of who it is!?" He asked me.

"Few more days.." I smiled.

"That person is smart.. He knows my schedule!" He said,"I even lost yesterday's deal.." He added.

"Oh..??" I managed to say as I remembered the songs and theme park!

"I'm not gonna spare him. He will suffer!" He said his jaw clenched and his eyes again unnaturally blue.

He looked devilishly handsome when he was angry..
Specially his eyes...

Oh my god!!
Right now, I feel to jump from this cliff!

I am calling the satan handsome??

I hate him!!

I told myself.

I saw him clenching and unclenching his fists to control the anger and the expressions on his face scared me!

That person is sure gonna suffer..
This Satan isn't gonna spare him at any cost..
I pray that he would never get caught..

But again, he is a traitor.. He betrayed Alden and he deserves it..

Whatever! My job is to find him and I will..

"Hey, would you mind me asking David about the things he has done to track him..!?" I asked.

"Huh?" He asked confused.

"Like, I won't waste time in doing those.. And also I will get his suspect list.." I said clearing my point.

"Alright.. If that will help you finding him.." He said with his signature emotionless face.

Then I looked at the watch and it was already 11.30..
Gosh! I told Evan I will be at home before midnight..
I need to leave.

"I need to go.. It's late.." I said to Alden.

He nodded.
"I will drop you home." He said surprising me and I looked at him with my eyes widened and mouth open.

"Did you really hit your head somewhere??" I asked him.

He glared at me.
"Caroline.. I will drop you!" He said firmly.

"But, Brother's car..?" I started.

"Someone will pick it and you will find it in your parking lot by midnight." He said closing the argument.

"Bu-"

"Don't make me repeat myself.. I don't like that! Just get in the damn car woman!" He said in a deadly voice.

He has real worse mood swings!!
Believe me!!

"Alright! Alright!" I said walking towards of the woods with him following me closely.

He held my hand as we entered the woods and I looked at him in disbelief.

What the hell??

I felt butterflies in my stupid stomach and I chose to ignore them.

"Why are you holding my hand??" I asked trying to free it from his tight grip.

"Because I am afraid of dark and woods!" He said glaring at me.

Can this man stop with his sarcasm??

I don't mind that though.. It is good to know someone who understands your level of sarcasm.

I tried to drift my mind away from our entwined fingers but it kept on going there..

My eyes flickered at out hands and they looked good together.

HELL!!

My eyes followed his hand upwards to his broad shoulders and his face.
He was looking straight forward dragging me out of the woods towards the road with a emotionless expression.

I mentally rolled my eyes at him and his love for emotionless face!

"Get in the car." He said pointing at his car which was parked just behind Evan's.

He left my hand and I felt an unknown emotion.
Like something was missing??

Yea!
My mind is missing!! My senses are!!

Kill yourselves Carly!!

I looked at his car and drooled at the sight of it. It was gorgeous.

"This car it the hottest thing I have ever seen!" I exclaimed as he unlocked it.

He smirked at me while muttering something under his breath.

He nodded me to get in as he sat on the driving seat.

Of course!
Were you expecting him to open the freaking door for me??

No?
Good!!

Yes?
Go check if you are out of your mind!

Well, I need to check that! For this and various other reasons!!

I am going crazy!!

"Are you waiting for someone to push you in through the closed door?" He asked looking at me through the window.

I glared at him and got in.
With that, he drove away.

May be satan isn't that bad after all....

I told him the directions to our home.

"So.." He said as he parked the car in front of out mansion.

"So?" I asked him getting out of his car.

"From tomorrow, I have two options for you!" He said.

"What two options?" I asked him.

"A: You will be in your cabin with different unknown people, Or B-"

"B!!! Whatever it is!! I'm sure it is not worse that A!!" I said quickly.

"Just liste-"

"No! B!! Confirm!! I am going with B!" I said desperately.

He smirked.
"Okay! I will see you tomorrow in my cabin then!" He said and I looked at him in horror.

"WHAT??"

No!!!!!!!!

"Did you really think that I would let you sit alone?? Not happening! And you chose B! So yeah! See you tomorrow Caroline!" He said.

"Do I have option C?" I asked.

"No.." He said with a straight face.
"Goodnight Caroline.." He said and drove away!

Did I say Satan is not that bad??
Did I call him sweet?

Well, whatever good things I said about Satan in past two hours scratch those!!!

He is a Satan!!
