"Son I called you in the office for a little chat. " he says and I nod my head for him to keep continuing

"Me and the Italian became allies to take dow  the Russia Mafia, since they been sending threats to us and taking their ship also" he says and I smile thinking about meeting Emeralda again.

"Why your smiling over there" he ask while looking at me amused.

I have to admit. My father was coldhearted in front of everyone so they can respected him and fear him but when he with me. He acts like himself and put his cold expression away.

"No reason" I say keeping my face normal

"A girl probably" he says and I loom at him

"How you know that"

"That's the same look I had in my eyes when I first saw your mother. She was very beautiful I must say that." He says talking about mom, I began to feel sad and angry.

Your probably wondering what happened to her. Well she was killed by my father enemy. Once we found the person that did it, father immediately killed him.

I am an only child. The reason because is that mother couldn't have any other children after she had the complication with me.

It gets kinda lonely tho, but I got used to the feeling.

"Who is she" he ask

"The Italian Don Daughter"

"Heard she was missing for years. He just got her back didn't he" he says looking at me for approval and I nod my head.

"Anyway you found you a suit for the mafia ball"

"Yeah I got one"

Come on Emeralda we have to go a dress and your lying down" Jayden said to me as I laid in the bed trying to go to sleep but the world against me.

Why is he always so chirper in the morning.

He kept shaking me trying to get me up and I got annoyed.

"Ok damm I'm up. What a girl can do around her to get some sleep" I ask clearly irritated.

"When is it anyway" she ask

"In eighteen hour" he says as my eyes bulged out my head.

"In fucking eighteen hours and you woke me up now. I'm going back to sleep." I say laying back down.

"No get up, dress shopping takes long and you have to get your makeup down.

|Twenty mins later|

Well he got me out of the bed and I followed behind to the car with a look on my face.

We got in the car and I just look at him with the 'I fucking hate you' look

"Cheer up. Everyone loves shopping.

|Two Hours Later|

"This why I never like shopping" I said standing in a dress while Jayden inspect me.

We literally been here for two whole hours and my back hurt and my feet are aking me.

"I'm ready to go" I said as I complained for the millionth times.

I look around searching for my phone.

I grab at and read the message.

I was smiling reat hard and just left him on read.

Over the days me and Romano relationship has gotten better. We kissed and all that stuff like other couples but he never ask me.

"What got you smiling hard" Jayden ask looking at me with a raised eyebrow.

I ignored him and put on the next dress he told me to wear

"Omg..this the dress" he said holding his hand over his mouth

I turn around toward the mirror and look at myself.

I do like this dress. It's a perfect fit. It makes me feel beautiful. Romano definitely going to like this. I turned and look at my curves.

"Yeah I like it too"

Four Hours Until Mafia Ball

Once we had got home, they left me alone until then.

Father gave me a necklace to wear to the ball but he also told me not to take it off because it's special to him so I just put it on without thinking much of it

The whole time I just chill in my room and binge and watch movies on Netflix.

"Hey, I'm your makeup stylist. I was assigned to you" she said a little nervous.

"Oh right, don't mind the mess" I said getting everything ready.

"You can do it now" I said as she nervously walk over to me.

"You don't have to be nervous. I'm not gonna bite you" I said to her and she try to get comfortable.
