ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ๐ด๐ท๐ธ๐ฟ๐ด๐ผ๐ท๐ธ smiled to herself as she looked in the mirror in the changing room she was in. Seen as though Rebekah was in need of new clothes, ones that were more up to date with the time, the two girls had dragged Stefan and Klaus with them to go shopping. It was a tight fitted white cocktail dress. It fitted her perfectly - she didn't know when exactly she would wear it, but she loved how she looked in it. She walked out of the dressing room, to get Stefan and Klaus's opinion on it, even though she was sure they wouldn't be of any use. Boys were useless and certainly not helpful in the slightest when it came to shopping. She saw one of the ladies who worked in the shop, pour Klaus more champagne, sending him a flirtatious smile which he gave back. She pushed the sick feeling down her throat, tearing her eyes away from him. She was jealous, bit she refused to admit it. Even to herself, as she was scared of what it meant. She turned to Stefan asking him what he thought. Klaus and Stefan both looked over to her, Klaus not so discreetly admiring her, or rather her tan legs.

"What do you think?" She gave them a small spin, turning around to show them the whole dress.

"Well, I love it." Klaus grinned at her, a smirk plastered on his face. She sneered sarcastically, ignoring the way her heart fluttered

"Of course you would." He only shrugged innocently as a response.
"Stefan? What do you think? Cause I'm sure Nik over here is only talking about my legs, not the dress." She turned to the Salvatore, who grinned at Klaus, chuckling.
"You look beautiful Adelaide." He complimented her, keeping his eyes on her face, being respectful, unlike Klaus.

"Thank you. At least someone knows how to treat a lady." She sent a playful glare towards Klaus. It was times like these that she had enjoyed on their trip hunting down werewolves. Where they weren't so concerned with the business side on the trip, and rather just having fun. Klaus rolled his eyes, seeing from the corner of his eye a male employee also staring at Adelaide's legs, and private areas which were shown off more because of the tight dress.

"I've changed my mind, it's too short." He told her, glaring at the employee, making him snap his attention away, cowering under the hybrids glare. Adelaide followed Klaus's eyesight and saw what he was looking at.

"Er, yeah, me too, I guess." She agreed, wanting to cover herself up more now. Klaus sent her a worried glance but she waved it off, going to change into another outfit she had picked.

"There has to be more to this dress." She heard Rebekah complain from in the changing room next to hers.

"There's not." Klaus sighed, getting fed up with shopping. The only good part about shopping was seeing Adelaide's face light up with a smile as she laughed and enjoyed herself. It was the only reason why he had actually agreed to go with the two girls. Because he knew Adelaide hated everything else they had to do during their time on the trip - the werewolf part, and he knew she needed some time to pretend as if everything was normal. Plus, he didn't want her to get hurt while he was gone, and believe it or not he was scared she would try and escape. Adelaide heard the curtain from the room next to hers open, so she quickly changed into the other outfit she had picked out, wanting to see Rebekah and hear her opinion on the fashion these days.

"So women in the 21st century dress like prostitutes, then." Adelaide laughed loudly from the blonde vampires comment. "You know, I go dirty looks for wearing trousers."
"You wore trousers so women today could wear nothing." Klaus told his sister, laying back in his seat, bored.

"And what is this music?" Rebekah scrunched her face up in disgust. "it sounds like a cable car accident." She got that right. Adelaide quite liked dance music, but definitely not this song.

"It's dance music." Stefan told her.

"You would dance to this?"
"Hmm."
"Are we done?" Klaus asked both of the girls as Adelaide stepped out of her changing room once again. This time wearing a blue summer dress which was a dark navy blue colour and had pink flowers on it while it was also an off the shoulder dress, meaning she also had to put on a strapless bra. She wore a pair of pale pink heels to go with it.

"What about this? I like this one." It was more of an everyday summer dress.

"I like that." Rebekah gushed as she made Adelaide turn around for her. Stefan noticed that Klaus wore a small smile on his face while looking at Adelaide smiling with his sister. Klaus had known that Rebekah and Adelaide would get on from the minute they met.

"And you're are definitely killing that dress. You'll have all the guys drooling." Adelaide giggled. She couldn't remember the last time she had actually had a conversation with a girl, other than when Elena was trying to persuade her to leave. It felt nice to finally be able to talk to someone, who wasn't Klaus or Stefan.

"Girls, are we finished here?" Klaus asked them again, but louder.

"And why are you so grumpy?" Adelaide smirked as Rebekah walked towards her brother.

"I needed one thing from you for my witch to find out why my hybrids are dying, one thing. Your necklace. And you lost it." Klaus complained.

"I didn't lose it." Rebekah sneered back, "it's just been missing for ninety years." Adelaide bit her lip to hide her laughter as she and Stefan shared a look.

"So what do you think?" Rebekah then asked the two boys, turning sideways so they could see the dress better from all angles.

"I like it." Both of the girls could tell Stefan was lying. Rebekah gave him an annoyed look. "What? I said I like it."

"I can always tell when you're lying, Stefan." Rebekah told Stefan before going back into the changing room. Adelaide watched as Stefan sent a confused look to Stefan who shrugged back, just as puzzled as he was with the way the mind of a woman worked.

"Nice one, good work." Klaus told Stefan sarcastically.

"You're the one that pulled the Dagger out of her." Stefan snipped back.

"I heard that." Klaus scoffed at his sister.

"All right. I'm going to get some fresh air." Stefan huffed, sitting up. He placed the champagne glass down, as Klaus took the whole bottle and began to pour himself more, going through it all quite quickly. Adelaide watched as Stefan went outside, before turning back to Klaus.
"So, what do you think about this one?" She gave him a small twirl, finding the dress a lot more comfier and prettier.

"You look lovely Addie," Klaus smiled at her. She smiled back, a small laugh escaping her lips. She blushed under his gaze as he admired her. She truly was beautiful in his eyes.
"Addie?" She raised an eyebrow, loving the new nickname.

"Its seems only fitting if you're calling me Nik - when you're not pissed at my anyway." She laughed at his comment. It was true. She only ever called him Nik when she wasn't pissed at him.
"I like it." Adelaide smiled softly. Rebekah interrupted them both, breaking them from the smiles they were sharing. Adelaide slowly tore her eyes away from Klaus's blue ones to look at Rebekah. She was poking her head out from around the curtain.

"Adelaide, can you pick me something nice to wear, please." The girl nodded at the blonde, sending her a bright smile.
"Of course. Give me a few minutes to pick something." Adelaide passed Klaus to go and look at the other items of clothing, he grabbed her hand before she walked away however, and placed a small kiss upon it.
"Am I yet forgiven, love?" He asked her.

"You're on your way." She smirked before pulling her hand away from him. He watched as she walked to the hung up tops, smiling to himself before chuckling and turning back around. She picked out a top and some shorts along with a few other items that would go with the outfit, before picking a pair of heels for Rebekah. She handed the blonde them through the curtain so she could get changed.

"Now this is much better." Rebekah gushed as she threw the curtain back open, now dressed in the outfit Adelaide had picked out for her.

"You look great Bex," Adelaide grinned at her, still wearing the blue summer dress.

Adelaide sat with Rebekah as the two girls and Klaus were back at the bar, watching Gloria as she set up her grimoire and candles.
"You left us." Adelaide looked up to see that Rebekah was talking to Stefan, who reentered the bar, having been gone since he left the clothes shop.

"Yeah, sorry. Retail therapy was making my head explode." Both girls rolled their eyes, annoyed at the two guys.

"Tell me about it." Klaus grumbled.

"What's she doing?" Stefan asked Klaus, looking towards Gloria.

"She's failing." Klaus spoke louder so the witch would hear him.

"It's hard to find something when you don't have anything to go on." Gloria replied, still trying to concentrate.

"So use me." Rebekah suggested, swinging her legs off of the bar she was sat upon as she jumped down. "I only wore it for a thousand years."

"See? Now this one offers a solution." Gloria prised Rebekah as the blonde made her way over to the witch. "All right, give me you hand, sweetheart." Rebekah did as she was told.

"She's, uh, she's looking for the necklace, huh?" Adelaide looked down nervously as Stefan spoke to Klaus.

"I can sense something." Adelaide got down from the bar herself as she made her way over to stand beside Klaus, who was stood beside Stefan, the two of them watching Gloria closely as she performed the spell. Adelaide could sense Stefan's unease, which she felt herself. She took a sharp breath in as Gloria carried on chanting under her breath.
"I found it." Adelaide's eyes went wide, but she tried to control her heart rate, not wanting any of the vampires to pick up on it.

"So where is it?" Rebekah demanded immediately.

"It doesn't work like that, doll. I get images. There's a girl with her friends..." Gloria explained.

"Yes, a dead girl with dead friends, if I don't get my necklace back." So Adelaide now knew to never get on Rebekah's bad side.

"Well, I'll have to five back in to get the details." Gloria replied.

"So dive." Klaus walked forward.

"I need more time. And space." The witch huffed. Adelaide sensed there was something off about her. "But you're harshing my ju-ju."
"We can wait."
"I'm sure you can." Gloria nodded. "But that's not what I asked."

"Hey," Stefan walked forward, "hey, you know, why don't we just come back later. I'm hungry anyway." Adelaide scrunched her nose up in disgust at the Salvatore. "I'll let you pick who we eat." He suggested to the two Originals who agreed. Adelaide followed after them.

"We'll stop at McDonalds on the way." Klaus smiled at Adelaide, who instantly grinned.ย
