Scarlett's POV

"So where did you run off to last night?" David asked without looking up at me. He was back to his same old morning routine. Which consisted of checking through emails an ignoring my existence.

His question however instantly caused me to tense up and suddenly I needed a gulp of my orange juice. Neil had eventually come out with our plates, he smiled at me before exiting back out the dinning room.

Flashbacks of last night began shooting through my head like a strike of thunder. The thought of me hitting my climax like a hurricane made my knees weak. It was one of the best nights I've had since...well ever.

I feel horrible inside for stepping out of my marriage but I couldn't hold back anymore. Neil isn't like David he cares more about what I need and want. It's not like that with David anymore. Hes never home and always to busy with his job.

As much as I hate cheating I could never regret that night.

"Scarlett I'm speaking to you!?" David yelled banging a fist on the table with impatience. Causing my heart to jump in fright from the random outburst.

"Jesus what's your problem this morning!?" I asked holding my chest.

"I've been calling your name for the past minute." He beamed with one brow raised.

"I'm sorry, now what is it you were saying?"

He gave me a confused expression for a while before asking.

"What's up with you lately huh, first the weird phone calls. Then your disappearing at night and now all distant at breakfast?"

Doesn't feel nice does it?

"It's just stress from work nothing to get so overworked about." I rolled my eyes while taking a bite of my omelet.

I nearly moaned from how good it tasted, jesus even his cooking is like having sex.

"Look just get it together or else your father will force you to come an work for me. And that's the last thing I need, I mean it's bad enough I have to deal with you at home." He sighed.

His words for some reason hurt more then they should have and I found myself fighting back tears.

Am I really that much of a burden to him?

It only took a matter of seconds until a heated Neil made his presence known.

"What the f*ck is your problem?"

"Neil it's fine really jus-"

David chuckled loudly while using a cloth to wipe his mouth.

"Problem? I don't have a problem but you just might. If you continue to play with my patience that is."

"You wanna pick a fight? Pick one with me because it would be an honor to punch that pretty boy face of yours." Neil spat while cleaning his hands with a towel.

I however tried to signal him to stop before things got out of hand.

"You better watch yourself Mr. Neil, because your about three seconds away from unemployment." He joked while taking down the rest of his coffee.

"Guys stop-"

"I don't need this job asshole, only reason I'm here is because of our father."

David laughed so hard he nearly choked on his coffee.

"You make it seem as if you had a choice, just face it big brother you needed this job. An if you want to keep it, I suggest you take your ass back in there an finish cleaning."

"David!" I yelled.

"Well how about you stop speaking to your wife like she's a peice of garba-"

David shot up from his chair so hard that it crashed into Neil's leg.

"Wait!"

"The way I speak to my wife is none of your f*cking business!" David shouted pushing Neil backwards which caused him to almost fall over.

Neil must of been waiting for this because he gave David a good push as well.

Causing him to bump and break our four hundred thousand dollar glass diner table.

"Stop!" I screamed shooting up from my seat to get in between the both of them.

Unfortunately I was too small so there was only so much that I could do.

"Real smart big brother. This table cost more then your whole life salary. An you will be replacing every single dime you f*cking pig!"

"David just stop already!" I yelled.

"You know what I'd rather serve the f*cking homless then serve you, I quit." Neil yelled removing his apron an storming his way out.

My heart fell with his words and I some how found myself chasing after him.

That is until a hand gripped my arm pulling me backwards.

"What the hell do you think your doing?"

"David let go you're hurting me!"

He then gave me a disgusted expression while looking me up and down. "Are you...are f*cking him?" David spat.

His expression caught me off guard and I started to feel guilty but I couldn't tell him the truth.

"Of course not, now let go!" I yelled snatching my arm away.

"Then why are you chasing after him, we can easily get another servant by the afternoon?"

"I'm not letting you change our servant a second time because of your personal issues. He's been doing a hell of a good job around here, plus he's your brother!" I yelled finally pulling away from him.

"That ain't no brother of mine, my family is run by success. He's an embarrassment to everything and everyone he comes accross."

"Why do you hate him so much David?" I asked confused. How can he just talk so badly of his own family?

"Look you heard him yourself, he's the one who quit. Let him wander the streets again for all I care." David beamed in annoyance while fixing his shirt.

"Just stay here, I'm going to fix this."

He grabbed my arm again but this time he pushed me up against the wall.

"What are you doing?!" I beamed.

"You're not going anywhere, you are going to stay here. I'll have my driver take you to work first this morning."

"You can't just order me to do whatever you want to!" I yelled pushing him this unfortunately made him really upset.

He leaned close while using both hands to push my shoulders against the wall.

"You listen to me...you are my wife so I have every right to order you every way I wish. And we both know that you dont wanna upset that father of yours. So how about you get your ass upstairs and change!" He screamed so loud his face turned a light purple.

My eyes widened in shock and I took a step back.

What's wrong with him...he's never raised his voice at me like that before?

Neil's POV

Making my way towards the main rode I pulled out my cell and dailed up my friend to pick me up. That bastard has got some nerve to be disrespecting his wife like that.

I mean why would I expect anything less?

His father is a worthless scum who treats women like collectable items.

Worthless prick.

Him and his son is a f*cking joke.

I never should of taken the offer.

"Hello?"

"Hey look, I need you to pick me up I got to talk to you about something."

"You got it man, I'll be there just send me the address."

"Alright thanks,"

"No doubt,"

Once he hangs up I place my hands in my pockets and wait.

I'm gonna miss her but she's married an I doubt she'd leave her husband for someone like me.

A guy who couldn't give her a fraction of what he could.

A voice comes from behind me and I turn around to peek.

It was him, standing near the gate while on the phone. It wasn't until I heard what he was saying that made me actually pay attention.

"Look we can't keep doing this alright? If my wife found out it would ruin everything. Just stay there I'm on my way I promise, alright bye."
