I walked outside of the house and sat on the porch step. Soyer said he would be here soon.

I pulled my knees up to my chest and hid my face, letting tears fall onto my legs.

After waiting for about 10 minutes I heard a car pull up into the driveway of the house. I peeked up from my legs and saw the familiar car.

I heard the car door slam shut over the loud music. Soyer started walking up to the house as I pushed my legs down from my chest and stood up.

"Soyer" I said quietly as he got closer to me.

He cleared his throat and looked me up and down "Did you fall in a pool or something?" He asked as he looked behind me at the house of partying people, probably wondering why I would be here.

"Uhm.. yeah, I tripped and fell into the pool" I say and I looked down at my feet.

"You're probably cold" he said, making me look up at him taking off his sweater "Put this on" he said handing it too me.

I slipped the hoodie over my head and smiled at how big it was on me.

"Come on" he said as he held his hand out for me to hold. I slipped my hand into his and we began walking to his car.

When we got to the car he walked me to the passenger side and opened the door for me as I slid in.

I quietly waited for him to walk to the other side and start the car.

After about 2 minutes into the drive me cleared his throat "So.. why where you there?" he asks.

"I was uhm.. invited" I said looked down at my lap, tugging at the hems of his hoodie.

"I don't want you going to anymore partys like that" he said glancing to me and then back to the road.

"O-okay" I squeaked out.

"I love you" he said making me look up at him while he rested his hand on my thigh.

It's the second time he's told me he loved me.. but this time it's in person. He's never failed to turn my into a blushing mess.

"I- I love you too" I said quietly.

I saw him turn into the road that leads to my house and I automatically sat up "I told my parents I was staying the night at Covers house" I said looking nervously between him and the road.

He looked over to me "So my house, I'm guessing?" he asks and I nodded.

He backed up out of the road and began driving to his house.

I must have fallen asleep because we where there in what seemed like minutes.

He walked around and opened the door for me and I stepped out, mumbling a quick thank you.

When I began walking he snaked his arm around my waist.

"You're turning 18 soon right?" he asks and I nod.

"In a few weeks" i responded looking up at him.

"Tell me if you want anything specific".

"w-what! no you don't have to get me anything".

He looked down at me and smiled "But I want to get you something. I would buy you anything you want, money is not an issue for me".

I shook my head and sighed. I guess I kinda knew money wasn't an issue for him.... I mean look at his house, it's probably 10x bigger than my house.

I wonder if Soyer gets lonely...

Soyer opens the front door for me and I walk in.

The smell of food wafts into my face and I turn to look at Soyer. "Were you cooking something?" I asked confused.

"No, that's probably my mom cooking" he says and my eyes go wide.

"M-mom?!" I say in shock. I was no where prepared to meet his mom.

"Yes, my mom and dad flew in from Italy and decided to pay me a visit" he says and my eyes grow even bigger.

His mom and dad? I look down and the sweater I'm wearing and furrow my brows.

"Soyer dear, where did you go and such time of night?" I hear a feminine voice ask.

Panic spreads across my face and my feet stay rooted to the ground, not daring to turn and look at the woman.

"Oh" the woman pauses. "Whose this?" she asks. I guess standing still doesn't exactly make me disappear like I hoped it would..

"Mother, this is my girlfriend" He asks referring to me. "Delaney this is my mother".

He says and I turn around to look at her so she doesn't think I'm rude. "H-hello ma'am" I stuttered nervously as I take in her appearance.

She's a tall feminine lady with light blonde hair and blue eyes, I now know where mason gets his looks from.

"Oh my, you're a very pretty young lady" she says and then looks me from head to toe. "How about we find you something else to wear" She suggests and I turn to look at Soyer.

"Go ahead princess, I'll go talk to my father" he ushers me over to his mother.

The woman giggled and rested her hand onto my shoulder "Who would have thought my son would finally settle down, you know, he's never really took interest in girls".

"Oh.. is that so?" I ask and she nods.

"Mason has always been the one to talk to girls.. And well- boys too. His father never really accepted his attraction towards men but what can you do" she says while leading me upstairs.

"He must feel so sad.." I frown.

"Oh his father can get over it, it's not like you can change who your kids are attracted too" she smiles at me.

"You have a very nice jawline, very prominent" she compliments and I smile lightly.

This woman sure does talk a lot... not that it bothers me though.

"I think you're really pretty too" I say.

She giggled and covered her mouth as she smiled "Why thank you" she says as we walk into a bedroom that's mostly decorated white, must be a guest room.

"My clothes are over here in this suit case, let's see if we can find something that will fit you. You're a lot shorter than me after all" she says as I sit on the bed.

"Oh! this will be perfect. I bought this dress a while back but never wore it because it ended up being to short, but as a tall woman these things happen" She says standing up fully with a dress in her hands.

"Here you go, theres a bathroom over there" she says pointing to the corner of the room.

I take from her with a small thank you and head to the bathroom.

I take off the hoodie and the still wet dress underneath it and slide on the dress she gave me.

As soon as I put the dress on I bit my lip nervously.. I've never been one to wear such fitted clothes.

This dress would suit someone more curvy.. But I can't just tell that to Soyers mom.

I walk out of the bathroom and she's standing in the same place she was before.

When she saw me she instantly smiled "Very much your style" she nodded.

"Heh.. I don't think I'm curvy enough for dresses like this" I said quietly.

"Nonsense, clothes aren't made for a specific body type. You wear the clothes, the clothes don't wear you" she said and caressed my shoulder.

"But-"

"Don't say another word, you look beautiful" she said while pushing my hair off the sides of my shoulders.

"O-okay.." I mumble.

Soyers mom is so nice. I would have loved growing up with a mom like her.

"Come on let's go eat dinner" she said and turned away from me and began walking towards the door as I follow behind her.

"yes ma'am" I say.

"Oh, just call me Anastasia" she says while looking back and smiling at me.

"Oh.. Anastasia, that's a pretty name" I smiled.

"Thank you so much" she says and I nod.

We walk into the living room and I see Mason sitting on the couch.

"Delaney!" he says and jumps up to give me a hug.

I hug him back "Hey Mason".

"You look nice" he says and then looks at his mom. "I see you've met my bestfriend" he says putting his arm around my shoulder.

"Oh please, she's clearly my new bestfriend" his mother giggled which caused me to smile at her.

"Anastasia, who is this" I hear a deep unfamiliar voice ask which makes me turn and look to the direction of the voice.

When I do I see a tall middle aged man with dark hair. He kind of resembles Soyer.

"Father.. this is Delaney" I hear Mason say. Oh right.. their dad.

"My girlfriend" I hear another Soyer add as he walks into the room.

The attention is suddenly on me and I start to look around nervously.

"At least one if my sons has a girlfriend" I hear the dad say and his gaze turns to mason who then furrows his brows.

"Actually I have a girlfriend too" He says with a cheeky grin.

Everyone's eyebrows raise and turns to look at mason, including myself.

"Well great, invite her over too" the dad says and Mason's grin falls.
