"We don't even go to the same school." I tell Elliot about Taylor. Elliot decided to follow me everywhere in school even when I am with Cameron or Marcel. He decided to make it more awkward and some news spread that I have moved on from Carson and now I am with Elliot. Not that it matter to any of us. Carson's glare was obvious when he see me with Elliot. I thought they are friends. When I got out of my class and Elliot was standing outside. I asked him,

"Don't you have class?"

"My class got over early." He said as he looked at his watch.

That was how he was through out the week always with me wherever I go, they take turns Marcel, Cameron and him. I keep telling them, she does not even study in our school, but they said she might be asking someone to watch me and that definitely creeped me out. Carson made it sure that he did not like Elliot roaming around me for whatever his reasons are because they apparently had a dispute about it. Elliot told him that he have no say when Carson himself is roaming with different girls in his arm.

Kyle came to speak to us during our time off from classes. Elliot said that Kyle is trustable and so he shared with Kyle about the matter and he nodded his head in agreement that I need someone to watch me and I scowled.

"I am not a baby." I tell the four boys who was oblivious about my situation that since I started living with my grandma, being watch have started years ago, but this time I was being watch not only by them, who wanted to protect me, but also because someone wanted to harm me.

"She can be very very mean." Kyle said. "Carson does not see her as someone who can hurt other, but we do." Elliot and him shared a look that have a story behind them.

"People will obviously figure something is wrong, with you guys always around me." I tell them.

"Let's make it less obvious and pretend you are dating one of them." Cameron said it in such a cool manner that I looked at him with a 'what the heck' did you say way.

"That's not bad." Elliot said, "make it less noticeable."

"Not you too." I tell him.

"I think you should stick to Elliot considering that he have been roaming with you now these days." Kyle stated.

"I promise, no feelings for you." He tells me. "You are my locker buddy."

"Did you just friend-zone her?" Marcel asked and Elliot winked at me and I laughed.

"She is cute, but not my type."

I really didn't mind that he said it that way, although it might have sounded offensive to some, but Elliot is someone who I would like to be close with, but not close to date, but more in a friend way.

And that's how my week ended with news around that we are dating. Pretending to date was the hardest, we have to hold hands and be a couple.

Carson death glare towards us was enough for us to take hint not to be close to him because he will explode anytime soon.

Elliot wanted to show to people that we are actually dating by taking me to Cafeteria and treating me like a princess by buying me food, tuck my fallen hair behind my ears and smiling like I am his whole world.

"You guys are making me cringe." Kyle said making puking sound. Marcel laughed at the comment.

"Not that I can help it." I said rolling my eyes. "You guys were the one who came with this whole plan."

"Carson will bury Elliot soon." Kyle coughed in between his sentence.

"That guy have some serious issues." Cameron said. "He roams with different girls and have problem with Tracy roaming with guys."

"Isn't he jealo-" his sentence was cut off when Carson came to our table glaring at Elliot who was obviously trying to pretend Carson was not here and said, "Baby, you want to share red velvet cake with me?"

He was adding fuel to the fire, we all can sense it and he personally knows it too. That did it, Carson pounded on Elliot like he is going to kill him, but we know him better. They are best friends.

"You mean to say that Taylor is watching her?" He asked when we all settled down in the empty classroom and I was applying medicine on his busted lip while Elliot grinned triumphantly since he was the one who beat up Carson at the end. I pressed the q- tip with disinfectant on his lip with a scowl as no one wanted to help him disinfect and he sure did not want to go to the school's nurse. He winced and look at me while I glared at him.

"It's not like she will harm her." He said.

"She is a crazy b****." Elliot said.

"You guys should have told me earlier."

"Like you would believe us, you kiss the ground she walks on." Kyle said with his arms folded and leaning on one side.

"I don't do that." He protested and no one said anything.

"Things were going smoothly until now." Cameron said. "News will travel that you give a reaction that you care for her."

"I can protect her too." He said proudly.

I pressed the q tip harder on his busted area and he winced.

"How? When you were busy sucking some other girl's face." Elliot said.

He give us a guilty look. "You don't have to feel guilty for liking someone." I tell him, "but playing with someone else's feeling is surely you should be feeling guilty for." I tell him as I put some ointment on him and moved back.

"So, we are going to act like we are still dating?" Elliot said and I just shrug..

"Tomorrow we are going to the fun fair, you guys can bond and get your act straight." Marcel said.

"We always had our act straight, but what about him?" Elliot teased Carson and he scowled.

"You guys have to know each other well, to pull the dating cards, so tomorrow is your chance." Kyle said and I think that was the last straw for Carson because he shouted with a loud "Enough." In the empty classroom, taking all of us by surprise.
