Everyone is finally on the surface. Humans and monsters have made peace. Harmony has finally been reached. No issues or problems with anyone exist anymore...Right?Well, you already know that that's not how this story ends. Those were my original ideas for him before reading it but since it was put in a much more understandable way and made by a much better author, plus I don't want to literally just copy it, just imagine this as a fan-made sequel to it. Essentially Nobody is Happy With This but fan-made and with Deltarune-este stuff and random OCs. The Daedalus Diaries Volume 1: Dark Roots
As an orphaned street urchin on the streets of ancient Rome, Delta is nothing special. But he has a dangerous secret; he's a demigod. A Greek demigod. When Delta is recruited to the gladiator academy, he must fight to survive, as well as battle his mysterious past that doesn't seem to want to stay behind him. But when he becomes entangled in a deadly sabotage of godly proportions, he is forced to finally confront his true identity and his true nature.-Before reading I highly recommend reading the PJO series or at least book four. But if you're lazy here's the quick rundown. Daedalus built the labyrinth for King Minos while he was his prisoner back in ancient Greek times. Minos imprisoned him after he told Minos' daughter how to beat the labyrinth and by extension, helped Theseus survive in the famous Theseus and the Minotaur myth. He escaped with his son Icarus in the famous Daedalus and Icarus tale with wings of (bronze) feathers and wax, Icarus was dumb and died. He then took on his nephew as an apprentice and then killed him out of jealousy and spite. Athena punished him and marked him with a quail brand, the mark of a murderer. (For those that read the Battle of the Labyrinth, yes I know Perdix was turned into a quail before actually dying, but I'm taking literary license in this story.) Minos eventually found Daedalus with a 'trick' that Daedalus saw coming from a mile away, but did anyway. With some help from some handmaidens, he killed Minos and disappeared into the Labyrinth. In Battle of the Labyrinth, he's on his fifth body, so there's some unaccounted time in between, and that's where we begin. This is my first book so please give me feedback. And although I did edit it, it will probably still have some minor mistakes. I hope you enjoy.P.S. Book rating about PG-13 for mild language and dark themes. -Δ…
