The dwarves were running around in their homes, saving what they could. Then she heard it, the thud of the gate crushing. The sound of claws against the cold stone floor and Thror's helpless screams. Then all was silent. No more sound, only a slight rumble in the treasure hall. The She dragon stood up, shanking her purple body. She then yawned and decided to see what had disturbed her slumber.
