After Judge Stanley called for a brief recess, court resumes and Erin becomes nervous wondering what made up evidence her ex-husband and new wife have that will make her look guilty. Once Judge Stanley enters the room, his eyes glare at Ross and Tammy indicating he isn't buying the evidence.

"Please have a seat, everyone. I have looked over the evidence and I call BS, but I have no choices but to obey and respect the law. Erin Joanna Stetson, I have no other choice but to hold you in the county jail till either new evidence comes forward proving your innocence beyond a shadow of a doubt, or you're able to make bail."

"You're honor, I beg you, this is a farce. Erin's ex-husband and his new wife either planted that evidence, or it's fabricated. Please don't send Mrs. Stetson to jail, she's pregnant. This is clearly Ross and Tammy setting up my client for something she clearly would never do. She isn't capable of murdering anyone. Although, I am starting to think two people sitting in this courtroom are capable of murder when it comes to getting what they want."

"Mr. Walker as much as it pains me having to go this route, the law is the law. And believe me, when I say, I want a full investigation. Mr. Elijah Stetson, I assume you're wanting to do everything you possibly can to clear your wife and you will be contacting your FBI friends?"

"Actually, your honor, I have my partner on the way here now and he has already called our headquarters, they will be gathering all the evidence we need to clear my wife of the murder we all know she did not commit," he informs the judge.

"Very well. Erin Stetson, please stand a place your hands behind your back," Judge Stanley orders.

"Eli, when will your partner be here and how long will an investigation take to prove I didn't murder my best friend?"

"Don't worry mom, Eli and I will do everything we can, we will go to the ends of the earth to prove you're innocent," her son's voice assures her. She turns to see her Chris in an FBI jacket.

"Christopher, what the hell are you doing wearing that FBI jacket. it's against the law to impersonate a law enforcer," she innocently snaps.

"Then I guess it's a good thing I'm a real FBI agent still in training, mother,"

"Dear lord, you're what?"

"No time to explain now, mom, just please trust me and Eli, we know what we're doing and we will prove you're innocent."

"Christopher, are you seriously an FBI agent?"

"Yes, well, I will be soon. They made an exception to allow me to help Eli bring down Tammy and my sperm donor. Mom, I promise, I will explain why I couldn't tell you about me joining the FBI agency. For now, Eli and I have to get to work getting you out of this mess dad and that witch created."

"Erin, listen to me, I know you must be angry me and Chris have been keeping something this huge from you, but it was for a good reason. Tammy would have continued targeting other innocent people."

"Eli, I have to ask, did Ross help Tammy set me up to make it look like I murdered my best friend?"

"Yes, Erin. We have every reason to believe they're in this together. Tammy needed help pulling this off and the one person she knew would help her,-"

"Damn it, how did I not know I married and had a child with a deranged monster? I made him Chris' father."

"Stop it. You couldn't have known Ross was capable of something so horrible. None of this is your fault, Erin."

"Please, Eli, I know my son is now a full-grown man and he can take care of himself, but please, don't let him do anything stupid that will land him in jail with me."

"Don't worry, sweetheart, I'll watch over Chris. He knows not to screw this up. He will be fine."

"Okay, just please, do everything you can to help prove I didn't kill Cora," she pleads. He leans down kissing her forehead and gently caresses her growing belly.

"I love you both so much, Erin. I will get your bail money as soon as I leave here. You're coming home soon, I promise. Don't say a word to anyone. Keep to yourself. I'm going to call the jail and have a friend of mine keep an eye on you. You'll be okay."

"I love you, Elijah and Chris," she cries as they drag her off towards the door.

"Hey, Erin,  Soon, what you claim is yours, will be mine very soon. The house, the cars, the property, the money. I already took your husband from you, now I'm taking your freedom," Tammy gloats not expecting Erin to say a word.

"Hey, Ross, I ran into your gold-digging wife at the doctors. Congrats, you're not the father and I have undeniable proof."

"Shut the hell up, Erin. You don't have any proof because it's not true," Tammy insists. The room goes silent when Eli pushes play on the cell phone. Ross hangs on to every word coming out of Tammy's mouth. His glare is obvious and his body language speaks volumes.

"Ross, I can explain," Tammy whispers.

"Choke on it, bitch. It's time I let my dom and powerful side out to play again. Karma is one hell of a bitch, and I'm proud to be the bitch who will bring you down," Erin smirks as the officers escort her out of the room.

"This is going to be so much fun watching my wife finally kick your vile ass right into the ground. Ever hear of that saying Tam, what goes around, comes around? My wife is going to come around, to you, and when she does, she's going to knock your lying ass out."

"We're both pregnant, your old wife won't be knocking anyone out."

"You two won't be pregnant forever. You might want to remember that, you slut."

"I can only hope my father also coms up with a suitable payback, but that doesn't mean I will ever forgive you, because I won't not after the way you treated mom," Chris glares at Ross.

"Chris I do regret,-"

"You stop right there. I do not give a damn what you regret. If you have even an ounce of decency in you, then tell the damn truth and help us prove mom is innocent."

"Come on, Chris. Your father has already proven he doesn't believe in doing the decent thing. Look who he chose to cheat on your mother with. Let's go across the street to Dee Dee's Diner and get a cup of coffee and go get the money to bail out your mother," Eli says.

Once they enter the diner, they order a cup of coffee and a burger. After sitting at the booth Chris looks at Eli and remembers the sad story he told him back at the agency. Eli slowly stirs his cup of coffee and remembers back at the most horrifying night of his life.

"You're thinking about that horrifying night, aren't you, Eli?" Chris questions him.

"I can't stop thinking about it, Chris. That night is what lead me to become an FBI agent. If only my brother Caleb would have listened. Tammy has no clue I'm also investigating her murdering my brother and his wife, Carla."

"Carla was three months pregnant?"

"Yes, Carla was three months pregnant and Tammy didn't care.  We have to stop her from hurting more innocent people, Chris."

"I know and the best way to keep my mother safe is keeping her in jail. When she finds out that all of us, including Judge Stanely, is in on the investigation and we purposely sent her to jail to keep her and the baby safe, she is going to flip."

"Erin can be mad all she wants, Chris. As long as she and our unborn baby are safe, then I can deal with her being mad."

"On the bright side, we know mom and the baby won't be harmed in jail, we planted our best FBI agents in there to protect them. And, Tammy and my dad fell right into our trap."

"Yes, now we have to work like hell to prove they are responsible for Cora's death and not your mother. And I have an idea on how to prove they killed Cora and not your mother."

We have to find the evidence proving my father and Tammy murdered Cora. It's time they both pay for what they did to Cora, and to my mother."
